Treatments -L'Oreal - EverPure Moisture Leave-In Conditioner

Does not live up to it's name or the claims as a "conditioner", but it still is a great styling product. I followed the directions on the amount to apply (less is better), blow dried my hair; which took way less time, and styled with an iron. It does leave a residue, but washed out fine. I probably would not use if I was going to air-dry my hair.
I have usually bought and used the TREsemme Heat Tamer spray. It worked well, cheap, and smells nice. After I finished my last bottle, I decided to try Nexus brand of heat protecting spray. It was definitely more expensive; about 3 to 4 dollars more. Well, I was not impressed. I used it for a week, and then went back to my Tresemme. What a difference, the Tresemme Heat Tamer Spray just works so much better, smells nicer and is way cheaper. Leaves my (procesed hair) much more softer, moisterized, and silky. Just goes to prove that expensive does not always mean better results.
Eyeliner -Almay - Intense i-color liquid liner in Black Pearl

Well apparently "Intense Black Pearl" means "Dull Grayish" color. Blaaaa. Not impressed with the color of the product. When I first opened the container the product seemed dry (like I have used it for a couple of weeks). I like a crisp clean line and I found this applicator didn't deliver on that either...Too thick. Bought a cheap liquid eyeliner; half the price and it is amazing. Goes to show that high price and big names don't always mean better.
Conditioner -John Frieda - Full Repair Full Body Conditioner

Overall not a bad product, but will not be buying it again. Did not hydrate my hair as much as I hoped it would, Herbal Essance HELLO HYDRATION conditioner does a way better job. I had bought both products at the same time to try out. Found that John Fredia left my hair limp and not as moisturized as the second product.
Moisturizers -Garnier - Nutritioniste Ultra-Lift Anti-Wrinkle Firming Night Cream

This is a product that does work well. It will not transform your face and make you look years younger over night; it will not remove wrinkles, but it will improve your skins firmness and appearance. When I run out of the product and don't replace it right away, I do notice a change in my skin. I use this as an everyday cream, not just at night. I have combination skin and it is the only product that does not cause pimples. As others have stated, it does make your skin feel tingly and red at first, but it does go away quickly. The price is reasonable and it usually last me about 3 weeeks to a month using it twice a day.
Hair Color -L'Oreal - Healthy Look Creme Gloss Color

So I bought Extension and the blonde in the extension did not match the golden blonde in my hair. So I went and boight this at the drug store, Light Golden Blonde" to put on my extensions. I wanted a semi-perm so that if a changed my hair color, the dye on the extensions would eventually wash off. Holly F***ing pissed, it turned them a brassy light brown color and dried them out considerably. Not happy at all. I certainly hope that a little head& shoulders will remove most of the color. I had dye other extensions with a perm color and they looked way healthier after, compared to this. Do not buy this and definetly do not use this product to dye extensions.
I have been highlighting my hair with bleach over the last month and used this product the first go round. The warm hues generated by bleaching were not awful, but I wanted to tone down some brass/red hues. The end result was darker hair, with a more ash tone to it. Most of the warm hues (which my hair needs to compliment my skin tone) were gone. So I wasn't really happy with the product, especially when there is a picture of a wonderful blonde color on the box. It is deceiving as to the result you will actually get.
Toners -Aveeno - Skin Clarifying Toner with Soy Extract

This product has worked great for me. My complexion is better, improved. My pores are minimized and it removes any left over oil/dirt that didn't come off with the wash; but does not dry out your skin.
Styling Products -TRESemme - Instant Heat Tamer Spray

This product is great for color treated/processed hair. I have been trying to lighten a dark color by adding highlights every two weeks with bleach. The process has done some damage, but my hair is bouncing back with conditioning and by using this spray daily. I don't do anything to my hair without putting this stuff in it. I make a huge difference when curling or straightening. My hot iron glides smoothly and the hair is left soft and smooth. The spray bottle can be cumbersome, but for the price, I’ll deal with it. When I don’t style my hair, I spray this in a few times throughout the day to keep it moisturized and soft.
Hair Color -Revlon - Frost & Glow Highlighting Kit

UPDATE: June 22_ I have used this product twice since this last post. LOVE THE RESULTS still. I am now a blonde and loving it. There are lots of variations of blonde in my hair from dark blonde, honey, golden, and light with some coppery strands which look great. CON: It is difficult to up keep the roots if you to do this by yourself. I redo my roots in the more visible parts of my hair more often then the rest (hair line and crown). I will definitely keep using this product until I no longer feel like having blonde hair. This process is drying to the hair, but good conditioners goes a long way. Usually within a couple of days of good conditioning my is back to healthy, soft and manageable (washing my hair every 2 to 3 days only). Also buy a good heat protecting spray if you use heat to style your hair lots. Old Post: I had spent a great deal of money going to a salon to get my hair colored and highlighted. I wanted to have a lighter base color then before and more highlights since summer was coming. Well not what I got at all. Dark Coffee Brown, with caramel highlights is what I ended up with. I wasn't going back. I have been dying and highlighting my hair by myself for years when I was younger and should have just trusted myself to do it again. So I have been buying the Revlon Highlighting kit for dark brown hair and putting in highlights through out my whole head every two weeks with lots of conditioning in between. Thankfully the dark coffee brown, which didn't suit my skin tone at all, is slowly disappearing and a range of light browns, honey blondes, and light blonde is left behind. There is some coppery highlights also, but they look good and are well blended. I will keep using this product until I achieve the hair color desired.
