I LOVED this mascara, unfortunately it smudges so bad after a few hours I'm returning it. And that really bums me out, because it gave me such long, beautiful lashes. :(

Finally! After 32 years of buying and wearing mascara, I've found my hg! I have pale and short eyelashes and this mascara gives me lashes that are full and out to THERE! I have tried literally 90% of the mascaras on the market, searching for one that didn't smear, smudge, fade or make me look like a racoon when I wake up in the morning at my boyfriend's house yet gives me the lashes I've always wanted and this is it. it's easily removable, yet stays put through crying, snow, rain and sweat. I don't know how L'oreal does it, I'm just grateful as hell they do .

I saw this at Walgreens tonight on my way home from work, after waiting (impatiently) a few months for it to be sold in my area. I had seen it advertised in a magazine, and being a HUGE highlighter/blush/bronzer/illuminator fan, I HAD to try it. OMG, was it ever worth the wait!!! I tried it as soon as I got home, swirling my Sonja Kashuk powder brush in all four colors, applying it to my temples, bridge of my nose, hairline and cheekbones and I couldn't believe the results! Somehow, it revived my 12-hours-old makeup, making me look fresh and alive, rather than the dragging-my-butt-after-a-long-day-of-work appearance I had beforehand. It's not too shimmery, or obvious, just an amazing "glow" I can't even define. It's like nothing I've ever used before, and believe me, I've tried everything, it seems, from the most expensive to the cheapest brightener/bronzer/etc. I take really good care of my skin and have been told often that I look like I'm in my early 30's, but this made my skin look incredible!! You know those occasional days when you feel like you look especially good and look into the mirror with confidence? That's how I felt! I didn't even want to wash off my face, and I can't wait for tomorrow to come, to put it on again with fresh makeup. At $3.99, even if you're not sure about it, buy it anyway. I promise you, you won't regret it! .

I'm also surprised by the negative reviews on this. I have the worst of the worst as far as eyelashes go: short, straight, sparse and extremely light. I've tried every mascara there is and have had some decent success with Maybelline 3X mascara, but this one gives me such amazing lashes they almost look false. They're so thick, long and the topcoat (Ocean Blue) adds a glossy, fringey effect I can't even believe. I've had it for a week now, and after working my 10 hour shifts, there's been no smudgey raccoon rings underneath my eyes (which ALWAYS happens to me, no matter what kind of mascara I use). It also looks just about as fresh as it did when I first put it on, after 10 hours. I swear, I will never, EVER switch mascaras, not even just to try something different. Thanks once again, Jane, for another amazing, super-cheap product!!

Liquid -Rimmel - Renew & Lift

This stuff is amazing. I'm 44, have fine lines around my eyes, on my forehead and the "squinty" area between my eyebrows, and when I put this foundation on, my lines are REALLY diminished. It never cakes in the lines and creases or makes my skin (normal/oily t-zone) greasy. It blends so easily, it just takes me about a minute to apply it. I use my fingers to put it on. Also, I apply it about 2 hours before I go to work, (a loooong 10 hour shift), and it looks almost as fresh after work as it does when I just put it on. I've waited all of my life for this product!

I bought 4 of these because they were at THE DOLLAR STORE!! They WERE $20.00 at Walmart. Glad to see a couple of decent reviews, because I thought if this stuff ended up at the Dollar Store, it must be crap. I'll try it and update, when I have the time to sit around waiting for it to dry. Unfortunately, I have 6 dogs and a cat that like to lick lotion off of my legs after I put it on, so I'll have to hide somewhere whilst it's drying!

Bronzers -Jane - Shimmering Bronzer - Sedona 10

I love love love this. I bought it as a bronzer and "pick me up" for my skin, which looks amazing, but use it most as an eyeshadow. The lightest, cream color looks great on the inner corners of my eyes, with the darkest, shimmery taupe on the outside and contours of my lids better than any pricier eye shadow I've purchased. The lightest colors also work great as a highlighter on my cheekbones, and on my browbones. It's my "If you were stranded on a desert island, what makeup would you HAVE to have with you.' What a find!!!

Primer/ Corrector -Revlon - Age Defying Instant Firming Face Primer With Botafirm, For Dry Skin

I bought this product, but in the "Normal/Combination" formula just yesterday, tried it twice, and I have to say this is the cosmetic find of a lifetime for me. I'm 43, with some fine smile lines around my eyes, but serious frown lines on my forehead and between my eyes on the bridge of my nose. I could not believe how my skin looks after using this. I put it all over my face, and I seriously look, and feel about 30. I've been told I look 28, but my kids told me that, so it doesn't count! My son plays high school football, and his teammates, coaches and the football dads called me the "Hot football Mom"). The foundation and eyeshadow on my eyes didn't make creases on my eyelids as it normally does, and my shadow and eyeliner lasted ALL DAY, but the most pronounced difference is how my blush, bronzer and highlighter went on. There were no lines at all on my face for the makeup to settle into, and my makeup stayed fresh looking all day, and into the night. The primer also made my foundation, etc. blend in so naturally I look like I'm not even wearing any. My daughter who is 26 also tried it, and is hooked on it as well. She's got some acne scars, and the primer filled those in whilst looking very natural, and with the foundation on top, you can't even tell she ever had acne. This is THE product I will never be able to live without.
