A nice product. Did not streak (of course, the secret is to rub it in really well) and the color looks natural. I thought the fragrance was better than most self-tanners.

A very nice lightweight gel, without proteins or silicones. It distributed well through my thick hair, and gave me nicely defined curls with good frizz control. Its fragrance is minimal, so if you like Aura or Aveda products but not the overpowering fragrance, try this one.

This is my favorite conditioner, though it's on the expensive side once you add in the shipping. Perfect for my dry, curly hair -- gives it the right amount of moisture but doesn't weigh it down.

Shampoo -Jessicurl - Hair Cleansing Cream

A great way to cleanse dry hair without making it dryer. Don't be surprised that it doesn't lather very much, it does not contain any of the detergents found in most shampoos. I love the Island Fantasy fragrance, kind of a vanilla-coconut with a bit of fruit.

This is a great product for curly hair. It is a nice-smelling cream. It has more hold than most creams for curly hair. It gave me well-defined curls without the hard crunch of a gel. It fights frizz pretty well too. It does have silicones, but they are the soluble kind. The short fat tube gets really slippery if you already have some product on your hands and try to apply more, so be warned!

This is actually my Holy Grail of hair gels. It gives me nice definition, fights frizz, and leaves me with softer hair than other gels. Plus, it has no silicones or proteins, and it's really cheap. I have a whole drawer full of expensive gels that don't work this well. (My hair is medium curly, medium thick, below shoulder length.)

I've tried a lot of cream-type styling products, I especially like them in the winter when the air is dry and I don't need the hold of a gel. This is the best I've ever tried. It has both conditioning and hold. I get very soft curls with good definition, and no frizz. It's not the cheapest product out there, but it's worth the price (about $12 for 8 ounces). It comes in a convenient pump bottle. Curlies who like something softer than gel, try this one!

Styling Products -Pantene - Curl Defining Scrunching Spray Gel - Extra Strong Hold

I've been looking for a good spray gel for winter, when I don't need the hold of a regular gel. This is the one! This gives me curls that are defined but not crunchy. Unlike many Pantene products, this does not contain proteins, another plus for my hair. The spray nozzle gives a nice fine wide spray pattern, unlike many spray gels that come out in a stream. And, it's inexpensive and widely available.

Scrubs -Aveeno - Skin Brightening Daily Scrub

OK, I'm throwing out all my other scrubs. This has really tiny scrubbing beads and they seem much more gentle, at the same time very effective. And the smell is nice too, kind of leafy or herbal, not too strong. Now I have to check out some other Aveeno products!

Man, I wasted my money on this one...good thing it's pretty cheap. Instead of the nice defined spiral curls I get with other products, it was frizzy messy waves. Ugh.

This is a real favorite of mine. Light coverage, semi-matte finish, makes my skin feel nice and smooth. Only complaint is that in the summer, when my skin gets oily, it kind of disappears by lunchtime. But that's the usual for me.

I have combination skin, towrd the oily side, thought this would be good -- and it is. Somewhat matte but not dead matte. My complaint is the awful smell. It has an extremely strong plastic smell. Ugh! If they changed the smell, I would probably buy it again.
