I use this at night, before i go to bed. First I take off makeup with a mac facial pad and then i wash my face with this to make it so everything is off nicely. I only use it before I go to bed because I feel it would be too drying after I used my toner, and even with moisturizer I think it'd probably still make my face drier than i want. So this cleanser is perfect to just simply wash the face and go to bed. It makes my skin feel very, very clean and soft. Not as soft as my morning cleanser. I love feeling my face after i've cleansed with it. My skin feels great. I'm actually writing this review right after I washed my face with this. So the results are still fresh in my mind. I got tons of samples of this somehow. I don't even remember how I got them. These samples have lasted me a long time. I can't comment on how much a full bottle of this would cost or how good of quality the bottle is. I'm sure it's not too expensive. I bought the clinique toner in #2 and it only cost me $11.50 for 6 or 7 ounces. I've only got 2 or 3 samples left. each sample lasting around 4 or 5 uses. When I've finshed them i'll for sure go out and buy myself a full sized bottle of this cleanser.

Moisturizers -Laura Mercier - Flawless Skin Day Crème SPF 15

I'm not really sure how many stars I should give this. So i just gave it a 5, because this would be PERFECT for people who don't break out. I have a few new big pimples, and i think it's because of this. (This moisterizer is the only new thing that i've been doing lately.) It would be for me if it didn't make me break out. I love the texture of it. It's a nice thick creme. Only a little is needed. (If you apply more than a little, it'll make you look greesy) It moisturized amazingly. The smell could be better, but hey, smells don't really bother me, too much, so I didn't really care about that. It's a wonderful moisturizer. I think my skin is getting better with breaking out, because I hardly ever break out anymore over anything, so as soon as I got my new pimples I knew it had to be this. Sad. I guess it's a good thing I got it as a sample.

Scrubs -Merle Norman - Polished Perfection scrub

This scrub makes my face feel so silky. It's like washing my face with silk. I love it. My face always feels so smooth and soft afterwards. It cleans my face greatly and gives the skin a glow. The lady at the Merle Norman store said i should only use it twice a week. So i do it on Monday and Thursday. I love that it doesnt have so many scrubbies. All the scrubs i've tried are too harsh and it's like rubbing my skin with sand paper. It has just the right amount of grids to clean my skin perfectly/get all the dead skin off, without leaving my skin feeling red and sore from the harshness of the scrubbies/grids. Love it.

Mascara -Smashbox - Lash DNA

I can't comment on the price, because I got it in a set at the smashbox counter in nordstrom in a set, with other makeups. Not sure how much it sells for alone. In my opinion almost all mascaras suck. This one was (believe it or not) one of the best i've tried. It gave my lashes volume, and made them look thicker. It didn't give my lashes the spider leg look. (which i find a lot of mascaras do) It didn't flake. It dries well. I didn't like the brush that it came with. It's too short and I can't get my little lashes on the sides very good. I liked this, but i won't be rebuying it. I like too faced lash injection much better. Although this mascara is a lot like it. Too faced is better.

Primer/ Corrector -Merle Norman - Foundation Primer

I can't believe I'm the first to review for this product. This primer is great. I've tried a few different ones and this is my favorite. I'm a big fan of Smashbox photofinish foundation primer. I like this primer even better than that one. It doesn't say it on the tube, but I notice a tint in this primer and when applied it gives the face a glow. My mother gave me a rant on how great my skin looked and asked what I did different. This primer is all I did different! It makes my foundation stay on for a long, long time. It makes my other make up stay on longer too, like my blush. It's a bit thicker than I'd like it to be. The texture is like a lotion. And that's why I'm giving it 4 lippies. Otherwise it's a really, really nice primer. Cheaper too.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Satin Taupe

This color is gorgeous. One of my favorites. but I love all Mac shadows. They sell the best. I always feel fabulous when wearing this eyeshadow. it blends well. but I like wearing it alone on the lid with a nice natural crease color and a top color. This shadow lasts a good time on. Doesn't fade that badly. i think I had to reapply once later in the day. (make sure you wear primer) The price is good. Around $14. I wish I could give this shadow 10 lippies!

Eye Shadow -Merle Norman - Luxiva Matte Eyeshadow

I've just recently been getting into merle norman. My favorite color that i've gotten so far is mist. it's a gorgeous light grey/purple/periwinkle type color. This line shows up great when on. It's buildable, which I like. they tend to fade a couple times thoughout the day, even with primer. Ive used (with this shadow) merle norman automatic shadow base. (hated it. Don't waste your money on this one ladies. worst one ive used), urban decay potion primer (loved this, hated the bottle its in.), mk signiture primer (hated this. Didn't really do much) and mac paint pot primer in painterly (im currently using this and love it) it fades with all primers. The colors go on silky, but I don't know if i'd call them matte. they don't go on well at all with the merle norman automatic shadow base, but go on great with mac paint pot primer and Urban Decay potion primer. so your end results also depends on what primer you use. So ya. LOVE these shadows. And the price isn't bad either!

Eye Shadow -Bobbi Brown - Metallic Eye Shadow in Velvet Plum

This is a beautiful DARK mixture of (mostly) brown, and some plum. This is too dark by itself. But it looks gorgeous as a secondary color. Love to shade it in with my main; all over color. Looks so beautiful. Fades off a few times during the day, even with primer. That's the only thing I don't like about it. It has a slight shine to it. It isn't really metallicy though. It cost $21

Makeup Brushes -MAC - #242 Shader Brush

I love this brush. I bought it for just shading, but now that i've tried it out it's also great for packing on color. I used a pink/mauve color as my main color today and usually I have to put on a few layers of it for it to show up. With this brush, It only took one time. It looked great. And I love shading/adding in other colors. It makes it so much easier. It's great for reapplying during the day. Like if my shadow starts to fade, this brush makes it easy to touch up. Love love love it. The price was a little over $20. Like $21 or $22. Only Thing I don't like about it is the Mac logo on it is starting to fade off already.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Paint Pot in Painterly

I went to Nordstrom looking for an eye primer that is just as good or better than my urban D primer. The UDPP is just plain annoying with that stupid bottle it's in that keeps half the primer in there and that wond that wastes the primer. The lady at the Mac Counter (whom was extremely helpful and nice) suggested this. She said she likes it better than the UDPP. But then again so did the lady at Merle Norman who sold me their crappy eye primer. So I wasn't sure if she was trust worthy with saying that or not. But I went ahead and bought it anyway. It's a couple dollars cheaper, at about $16. UDPP is over $18. and it comes with a ton more. I liked this primer. It isn't as good as the UDPP, but it's pretty close. As close as you're going to get. It lasts all day. It spreads good. Gives better coverage; evening my skin tone. It's smooth. Not drying. My eye shadow goes on great and lasts longer. Fading does acure with this primer, but it's not so bad that it's a deal breaker. I just love this. Great product.

Eye Primer -Merle Norman - Shadow Base

This primer is terrible. (Got the automatic primer) It goes on white. And the white is hard to cover with eyeshadow, so the white is showing through. This primer makes my shadow go on all blotchy. It doesn't make eyeshadow go on smooth and even. After this happened I wiped it off and put on the Urban D primer and my shadow went on great. Not all uneven like this primer made it. I've also used Mac paint pot primer with my shadows and they go on just fine. It's just this primer. This primer creases too. Badly. I know it's cheap and it comes with a lot, but don't waste your money on this ladies!!!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Haux Eye Shadow

This is the color i've been looking for. and mac has it! I'm way into Mauves. this is the prettiest one i've found. It goes on smooth and silky and looks gorgeous. I got compliments on my makeup while wearing this last night. It lasts all day on. It blends well, but looks amazing all by itself. Love it. Edit: Wore it to work today and you wouldn't believe how many compliments I got on this eyeshadow. This is the prettiest one I've ever gotten.

Blush -MAC - Blushcreme - Brit Wit

I got compliments on my makeup last night while wearing this. it was the first time wearing it. Wore it from about 1:30pm til about 10pm. Had to reapply once at about 5:30, because it was wearing off. I'm just inlove with this blush. it's a gorgeous mauve pink. Goes on well with a feather brush. I wouldn't put it on with your fingers. I tried this while trying it on at the mac counter and it looked streaky and it didn't apply well with fingers. I love this blush. Its cremey and the color is brilliant.

i will now tell you my love story lol This is a great leave-in conditioner. My hair stylist uses this on me every time and i always walk out of there with such soft hair. It looks and feels so different than when i do it myself at home. I asked her what she was doing and she named a few things, including putting this in my hair, while it's wet. So i bought it and I LOVE it! It's amazing. It leaves my hair so, so soft and silky. I work at a daycare and the first day i used it, a little 7 year old from there said to me "Your hair looks different" so if a little kid notices your hair looks different then it must look different. My mother said the same thing to me. This really is a miracle for the hair. I get my hair hi and lowlighted and my hair is starting to get coarse and dry looking and feeling. I've been looking for products I could use to save my hair and this really is saving it. I use it after i get out of the shower while my hair is still wet and then when it's dry before i straighten along with my silk drops from Regis (also a great product) Great leave in conditioner. Cost about $17. Bought it at Regis salon.

Mascara -Bobbi Brown - Everything Mascara

This was just alright. It didn't really do much. It didn't lengthen or thicken that much. Just a little bit. It didn't want to curl. It did darken my lashes. Like I said. It's just an ok mascara. I'm a HUGE Bobbi Brown fan, but this just isn't as good as the rest of her makeup and products. I gave it to my mom.
