Such a pretty soft peachy-pink color. I wore this on my toes for more than a week w/ no chipping. Now that I'm tan I think its a lil too muted for a pedi color but looks esp. nice in the spring months. Has a pretty frost element that makes it look satin-y on. I'm only knocking off a lippie cuz it can apply streaky. Best to use a base coat w/ this one. Check this out if you like feminine, understated colors.

Wow, this really does smell like a Pina Colada. It even has the light rum note. Nice scent, the rum keeps it from being overly sweet. The pineapple tends to dominate this, which is why I knocked off a lippie. However, the coconut smells really creamy, not at all artificial. I put this over my self-tanner to smell better and bring out a little bit of glimmer. If ur looking for a glittery lotion, this isn't it. It has tiny gold micro-shimmer, not at all obvious. Usually when I use shimmery lotions, ppl comment. But nobody said anything when I used it, even tho I'm sure I smelled like a beach drunk. Moisturizing quality is good, altho my dry skin usually becomes less sensitive in the warmer months. Lasted a good 24 hrs w/o having to reapply. I will definitely have this in my beach bag this summer.

Lotions/ Creams -Bath and Body Works - Coco Cabana

Ugh at first I thought this was sooo nasty smelling. In a way I still do. Upon first spray (I have the body spray version; it evaporates quicker), Coco Cabana smells excessively sweet. However, this smells INCREDIBLE to me on the beach. After a day of lying on a beach towel in the southern California sun and pulling on a tank that I had lightly spritzed w/ this, I felt myself unwind even more. It was like just smelling the spray on me brought me into a state of "beachy" bliss. Weird. I think its because as this dries down, it begins to smell just like warm coconutty suntan lotion. If I could go to Rio or Ibiza, this is what I imagine it would smell like, apart from the sea and sand. LUV IT. I only wish it was a tad bit creamier, but who knows, maybe it if was it wouldn't smell as nice on the beach. They usually bring this out every year during the semi-annual clearance period. If they don't this year, pick up the new Tropical Colada scent, which is similar, but w/ a sharp rum note. Enjoy.

Candles -Illuminations - Pineapple Cilantro Jar Candle

This scent smells sooo good in the summer, fruity and clean at the same time. I like how the cilantro gives it a crispness. Has really good "throw". I usually buy these when they're on sale or when I get e-mailed a coupon. Still, I doubt I would repurchase just because pineapple can get to be kind of cloying after a while, or at least to me. Excellent scent but I prefer the Honeydew or Cantaloupe.

I'm giving this five l/s even tho, truth be told, its the only orange/coral e/s I've ever tried. I received some coral earrings for V-day and needed some e/s to match, so I picked this up. It also probably had something to do w/ the fact that I love the name too. It has a lot more gold in it than the swatch on the website describes. Still, it goes on a medium bright apricot coral color. Not as gritty/grainy as the other lustre e/s but still needs a CCB underneath, as least on me. I like to use Fabulush underneath to bring out the fiery coral tone. I would def. buy this again, given that they make it a regular color.

Sorry I can't get on the bandwagon w/ this one. RFB looked really pretty in the bottle, a frosty warm light pink color but on my nails it just looked like a layer of silvery-pink frost. Not a lot of pigment. Still a good quality polish, OPI takes more than a week to chip on me. I prefer Aphrodite's Pink Nightie (frosty light pink) or Dancing In the Isles (frosty peachy-pink) to this.

Self Tanners -Jergens - Natural Glow - Medium

Meh. Good in and of itself but not HG material for me at least. This moisturizes my dry skin adquately and while it does have a typical self-tanner smell to it, its not nearly as bad as other brands I've tried (ahem, neutrogena). Usually the smell can be remedied by using a glycerin soap in the shower or a body spray after application. Unfortunately, this was a little too subtle for me. My skin darkened slightly but not enough to get the bronzed look I wanted. I will stick to my Build-A-Tan.

Lip Gloss -Revlon - Super Lustrous gloss - Rose Blaze

I would def. buy this again. Reminds me a lot of last summer's LE Coral Glow color but w/ a pretty rose tone. The term "fiery" comes to mind. Goes on thin and wears v. well. Goes on a *little* too sheer, hence the missing lippie. I'm not really feeling how Revlon changed the tube colors, but it's still a nice square tube w/ a fairly good wand. This looks esp. pretty when I've put on some bronzer and a brightly colored top. This will def. be a go-to gloss this summer.

Polishes -OPI - Osaka-to-me Orange

If you have the audacity to wear bright colors, you can wear this. Osaka is a pretty, summery bright yellow orange creme. No shimmer but looks really glossy. Wears v. well, like any OPI lacquer. Looks best when my feet are tan. Ppl w/ v. cool-toned skin might want something a bit more pastel or w/ a bit more pink. My only complaint is that it has a tendency to streak on application, so I took off a l/s. For reference, this is slightly brighter and more yellow than Don't Be Koi w/ Me. Can't wait to wear this on the beach this summer.{Pic posted in profile.} TIP: I like to layer a shimmery gold topcoat on top of this to tone down the color slightly and add some dimension.

Nice apricot color, altho I wish it had more pigment. I like to uses over pink lip colors to warm them up. Brings a slight muted apricot tone. By itself it looks like a sheer gold gloss. Has tiny little gold glitters but not super-sparkly. I like this now but I would still rather repurchase Wonderstruck than this one.

Can't believe I've never written a review on Mulch. *Incredulous* This is a staple when I'm going for a shimmmering brown smoky eye. I think it kind of borders on the frost level but applied sheerly it isn't too overwhelming. My only tiff w/ the velvet e/s is that they tend to go on unevenly if u don't use a base. Can also be used in the crease but the shimmr tends to accentuate any creasing. I luv Mulch but am still looking for something w/ finer shimmer on the matte side for everyday use.

Cleansers -St. Ives - Apricot Radiance Moisture Rich Cream Cleanser - Normal to Dry Skin

I was using a combination of Neutrogena's Sensitive Skin Solutions cleanser and a more concentrated scrub on my face, but ideally I wanted to find something that was non-abrasive to my sensitive, dry skin but also gently exfoliating. I'm sure any gal with dry skin knows that in the winter months, its so hard to find something that will recover the glow w/o drying out ur skin even more. This is that product. This doesn't dry my skin out at all. In fact my face feels that much softer after I've used it. My mom even asked what I was using to make me look so "glowing". I love the smell and I'm super-picky about that. If I don't like the smell of a product, it'll sit on my shelf forever. Has tiny micorbeads that somehow don't irritate my skin. I don't need to use a harsh exfoliator anymore altho I do still use a rejuvenating mask once a week and a salicylic acid treatment at night. I would reccommend this for anybody w/ dry skin looking for something that will revive it after the colder months.

Lip Gloss -Avon - Glazewear in Chocolate Fling

Goes much more sheer an pink than the swatch would suggest. Also has a good deal of silvery frost/shimmer to it. I like it, one of the few browns that doesn't make me look muddy. Has enough pink in it so I don't look dead. Luv the scent kind of a coconut cream type smell. Doesn't irritate my highly sensitive lips. I would buy again, nice gloss and the price is right.

Polishes -OPI - Passion

My fave French mani color so far. I loved CND's Negligee before this but after awhile I noticed that it had a tendency to go gray on my nail. Passion can also look gray in certain lighting but not as much as Negligee. Looks like I have naturally glossy pink nails. I use this w/ my fave white, Essie Marshmallow. If you have a lot of pink in ur skin u might want something w/ a bit more beige since this tends to sccentuate any pink tones in the skin.

Polishes -OPI - Paint Your Toron-Toes Rose

Nice color but I wouldn't buy again. I was looking for deep rose color earlier this fall and picked this up. V. pretty rose w/ good amount of red in it and subtle purple tones. Frosty color so you have to be sure to use smooth brushstrokes. I like this color but it is too similar to my myriad of red polishes to justify buying again. Usual OPI quality, more than a week w/o chipping. This is basically the same tone as Nice Color, Eh? just a bit deeper, more muted.
