Moisturizers -LUSH - Vanishing Cream

This is the only Lush moisturiser I can use, my skin tends to break out with small pimples if a product is too oily or heavy and I've found the other Lush moisturisers all do that to me. This moisturiser seems to be a great balance for my skin, it is one of their pricier ones but I don't need a lot so it lasts longer then other brands. I've found the best way for me to use it is wipe face with some toner on a cotton pad then dip the pad of one finger in, rub between the fingers on both hands, pat on face then massage in. I don't need to slather a big layer of the stuff as it would leave an oily residue, it's a very concentrated moisturiser and sinks in fast! I just wish it came in a pump bottle :/

Cleansers -LUSH - Let the Good Times Roll

I LOVE this cleanser! I bought it at first because it smelled AMAZING and the SA used a little on my hand and when washed off the skin looked so much nicer then the other hand. After using this for a month with my lush toner and moisturiser my skin was flawless!! I haven't found a lush cleanser that is perfect for me till this one, most are either drying or oily and this sits in the middle. I'm so upset it was a limited time product, I wish I bought 10 and put them in the freezer, I'll do that next christmas lol.

Treatments -Joico - k-pak deep penetrating reconstructor

This treatment really helped to repair my hair, my hair was breaking all the time after destroying it with bleach. I used this with the moisture treatment and reconstructor sprayfrom the same range. After a few months my hair never breaks anymore and isn't frizzy. I took off one lippy because I really don't like the texture, and when I apply it to my hair it kinda feels like it disappears. I recommend using a little conditioner after as there is no slick left to detangle. Overall a good treatment that I will repurchase if I ruin my hair again.

This is a great hydrating treatment, when I fried my hair from bleaching I used this as my regular conditioner and it did a lot to rehydrate and smooth my hair. I teamed it up with the protein treatment from the same range and together they're a great all round hair repair plan lol. Now I use it once a week or so instead of conditioner. I will repurchase this item :)

I love this treatment, I think it has been a big part of my hair repair after bleaching a few times. It is also great at detangling without weighing my hair down. The only improvement I think would be good is if the spray was more mist like but that could be due to the consistency. I will definitely repurchase :)

Shampoo -Joico - K-Pak Color Therapy

I really love this shampoo and when teamed up with the conditioner I end up with lovely clean, smooth & hydrated hair. It is definitely my favourite in the Joico range. The smell is pleasant, it's a bit expensive in NZ, the bottle can be turned upside down when it starts getting low which is handy, it's just a little difficult to open with wet hands. UPDATE: I still think this is a great shampoo but my hair has enough protein now due to this plus the other k-pak treatments and the strength has been restored. Because of it's high protein content I have switched to a moisture shampoo now to avoid over proteining my hair and turning it brittle. I would definitely recommend this if you bleach your hair which I have stopped doing.

Conditioner -Joico - K-Pak Color Therapy

This is my HG conditioner! I was always switching products because I couldn't find something that conditioned my fine hair without weighing it down. This conditioner does that, it is perfect for my hair! I have fine hair that has been bleached a few times so is dry and has a tendency to frizz after I wash it (regardless of how many treatments I do), but with this my hair dries much smoother :D

Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eye-Liner Gel in Blacktrack

I use this eyeliner everytime I do my makeup. It has such a lovely smooth consistency, it lasts the whole day and it is a beautifully deep, opaque black. Definately easier to use then liquid liner in my opinion :)

Blush -MAC - Dollymix

I love this blush! its a lovely rosey pink with a very slight shimmer and even though it looks quite dark in the compact, on the skin it doesn't come out that intense so you can slowly build till you reach the colour intensity you are after. It's lasting me quite a while too :D The only reason I took off a lippie is the price, in NZ Mac is a tad pricey (In my opinion)

Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel

I was expecting this product to knock my socks off but unfortunately it didn't, it is still a lovely moisturiser though. I find it hard to find moisturisers that don't break me out, (I havn't got shiney oily skin it just can't handle any product even slightly heavy) and this moisturiser didn't break me out so it gets my thumbs up for that! Its easily spreadable, has a pleasant very mild scent, comes in a handy pump bottle and a little goes a long way. I however found my skin felt like it had a grippy layer left on it for 10 - 15 minutes after I put it on which I really didn't like, so I guess it took a while for my skin to absorb it, after it did absorb it though my skin felt lovely and soft. I've recently decided that I need an spf in my moisturiser to protect my fair skin so this one has become my night cream till it runs out.

I love this moisturiser, it is light but very moisturising without clogging pores. The colour is a bit off putting when I first saw it but after using it I loved it so much it didn't matter. My skin is fussy with products, anything too heavy will break it out and anything too light will leave it dry, this moisturiser was the perfect balance and my skin tone looked great while using it. The only thing I think could be improved would be if it were in a pump bottle and available in NZ. Edit: I still love this moisturiser but I'm not using it any more as I want a day cream with spf.

Cleansers -Unlisted Brand - hemp hemp hooray! - lush lime cleansing cream

I bought this cleanser thinking it would be amazing but now that I'm coming to the end of the bottle I will probably try something else. It does an ok job of cleansing but I find my face feels like it has a bit of residue left on after rinsing, perhaps using it with a face cloth works better. I don't have acne but my skin does have small breakouts when a product is too heavy which I found with this cleanser. I personally think it is best suited to normal to dry skin. I also found that the consistency was VERY watery so I had to shake the bottle before pumping the cleaser out as i think it was separating a bit which was quite annoying.
