I bought this because I LOVE the color but it seems difficult to work with. I'm going to try some tips suggested by others. I know the price of it is debatable but I think it's an excellent value for the money considering you can only use a tiny bit for the desired result. I am kind of up in the air on this product. I love the color but like I said it seems difficult to work with, at least more difficult than pigments or other MAC products. I would recommend it to skilled m/u artists; otherwise, skip it.
This product has become a staple in my daily m/u routine. It is very smooth and has a good consistency (although I've had more than one and one was a little 'harder' than the other...could be fixed by being 'warmed up' on your hand). It basically erases my under eye circles. It has a tad of shine that I actually like. The only complaint I have is the staying power and sometimes it settles into lines (but that's usually only when I used too much on accident or are layering products). Overall, it's the best under eye concealer I've had and I love it!
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)

Okay, so after 1500 reviews everyone gets it...this product is amazing! BUT since I just reviewed something that was a huge disappointment, I had to balance things out and review something that was exactly what I hoped for! This primer potion is amazing! You only need a tiny dab for each eye, rub in and let dry for a few seconds. My first time using it, I did not let it dry and my brush got cakey. A minor setback because you have to learn how to use wonderful products like these. At first I was concerned, too, because with such a small dot (as instructed by my M/U artist/sister) it doesn't feel or look like it does anything. However, imagine my surprise after a full 12 hour day, coming home, looking into the mirror and seeing the sheen of my e/s! I admit, it wasn't the full product I applied in the AM BUT this was after a hot, long day where I already took off my make up once! I was really impressed! This has quickly become a staple in my collection!
Foundations -Make Up For Ever - HD High Definition Foundation

After all the aMaZiNg reviews, I was really excited to try this foundation! I've heard it's magic, natural and lightweight but providing the perfect coverage...just what I need. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed :( In store, the Sephora Beauty Advisor did an application of it...even with the MUFE Primer and HD Powder. At first, I felt clay-like. It really washed me out, too. For awhile, I kept looking in mirrors because I couldn't decide if I liked it...then I noticed it was SO cakey! Maybe the BA put too much on or maybe I'm just used to BE mineral foundation, but somehow this did not work for me at all. I was very disappointed and am still on the search for the perfect liquid foundation. I also lowered its rating because of the price...it is $40 and that is just if you buy the foundation...adding on the MUST HAVE primer (designed for the foundation, the BA insisted) AND the HD powder, you are talking over a 100 bucks. I'm sorry but for a product that costs this much, it should make magic (or at least not cake)!
I love this bronzer! I do not like MAC Golden because it's simply brown on me, while Refined Golden adds sparkle and a more bronzed look. I admit, it is slightly darker than my usual (I use Hoola for my natural-look days and this for going out or wanting to feel couture :) It really adds definition and it can look orangey at first, but once blended, it's magic! I might be able to make the bold claim that this is my favorite bronzer!
Loves it! I am a huge fan of bronzer, but I was hesitant with this item by the looks of it. I received it in a swap (thanks Denabeth!) and upon looking at the product, I wasn't too impressed. I thought it would not work on me because it's not a very attractive color in the container, and it looked too dark for me. However, once I tried it I was in love! It bronzes my cheeks/sides perfectly while leaving a dewy glow around the apples. I truly feel radiant! Its looks are deceiving, at least for me! I am light-to-lighter mediums and this color worked perfectly on me! I definitely plan to use it regularly (or at least in the rotation of bronzers :)
