Tinted Moisturizer -Urban Decay - Urban Defense Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 (Halo)

Not bad as far as TMs go! Not much coverage, but it brightens up my skin and has SPF. I find it really easy to blend. I bought this discounted, I doubt I would buy it again full price. It tends to make my skin a little more oily than usual later in the day and I overall prefer BB creams.
I had the older model years ago and LOVED it, but it broke after the warranty expired and at the time I couldn't afford to buy a new one...I sort of forgot about Clarasonic until I recently and ordered the Mia. HOW did I live those years in between? I use this with baby soap to remove makeup at night and my skin looks and feels SO nice. It's the best.
BB Cream -Skinfood - Peach Sake Pore BB Cream SPF20 PA+ (Shade 02)

Right now this is my favorite right now, and more often than not I choose it over my other bb/foundations/tms. I disgree with others that there is no oil control, but I also wear a primer underneath it. It is sheer, but not invisible, and you'll need a concealer for dark circles or blemishes. I pretty much love everything about it, including the scent!
Primer/ Corrector -NYX - HD Studio Photogenic Primer

Yes, this primer is WHITE. It even has a green tint to it which may not work for most people. I'm super pale already, so it only helps even out my skin tone. It works well as a primer too. The only drawback is that I suspect it is the cause of the beginning of a breakout.
Stick -Kevyn Aucoin - The Radiant Reflection Foundation

I didn't think was nearly as bad as other reviews for it suggest. It's creamy and feels good going on. I don't mind the smell at all, but I can see how you might hate it if you are sensitive. I'm very pale, and it looks yellow going on, but once it is blended it is nearly undectable. It fills in my pores nicely, but doesn't have much coverage--more like a tinted moisturizer. You can layer it a little before it gets cakey. I said I'd buy this again, but I bought it from Hautelook for cheap, so I'd buy it again at a discount!
I received a sample of this a couple years ago, and it took me that long to use it all! I love the color and it looks so natural and pretty, but unfortunately it just does not last. If I'm lucky it still be on before I arrive where I'm going. It is nice to layer under lipstick or gloss to help that last longer. If the formula changed I would repurchase again in a heartbeat!
Polishes -Unlisted Brand - Forever 21 Love & Beauty Mint
Silrayan 6/10/2011 12:12:00 AM
I picked this up on a whim because I've been wanting a mint polish and this was less than 3 bucks. You get what you pay for. I only just applied it, so if it lasts forever I'll come back and give a better review but so far it is pretty nast. The applicator brush it comes with is really flimsy and hard to get an even coat. It doesn't help that the polish is really chalky and clumpy. It isn't that the polish looks more vibrant in the bottle, but it looks especially pasty next to my pale skin. It might look better on someone with a tan. EDIT: I came back to say that at least the polish holds up! A good sign for other colors. I used Seche Vite on one hand and no topcoat on the other to see how it lasts, and all fingers are unchipped.
Lo is bright!! I like it, but I can see how others might find it obnoxious. I'll probably stick with slightly softer pinks in the future, that is the only reason I would not buy it again. Perfect for 80s parties though! It doesn't chip easily and works with Seche Vite.
This is a great hot pink color. Makes me feel like Barbie :) It doesn't chip easily and works with Seche Vite.
I LOVE this color so much. Like other reviewers mentions it is a very soft coral...it almost has a "vintage" look to it (if that makes any sense for nailpolish). It has become my go-to when I can't decide which polish to use. It doesn't chip easily and works with Seche Vite.
Primer/ Corrector -NYX - Studio Perfect Photo-loving Primer

No redness control at all :( I was hoping this would be a dupe for MUFE's green primer and I was pretty disappointed. It IS good for filling in pores, but if I haven't exfoliated RIGHT before I use this is makes me look really scaley.

Like others have said, this works just as well as Urban Decay.
Shampoo -Trader Joe's - Balanced Moisturizing Nourish Spa Shampoo
Silrayan 12/9/2010 11:47:00 PM
I LOVE this shampoo. But, let me also add that I only use it every 2-4 washings...I can see how it would be drying using it more often and it works well as my "clarifying" shampoo (not what it's meant for but that is what works best for me). I always look forward to when I get to use this, it makes my hair super shiny and soft. After using it my hair stays SO clean feeling--literally for days without another wash (which is GREAT because my hair gets a break from the flat iron). I have to use more product to get a lather than I ever have with other shampoos...I guess that's my only complaint, but it's barely worth noting.
Moisturizers -Trader Joe's - Enrich Moisturizing Face Lotion
Silrayan 12/9/2010 11:36:00 PM
I really want to like this, it is overall a great product and a really great value...but sadly I fear it may be the cause of my recent breakouts. I'd never had a blackhead until I started using Enrich. I'm going to have to give it a break for a while but if my skin problems turn out to be from something else I will no doubt come back to this!
Lotions/ Creams -Sephora - Coconut Cream Body Butter
Silrayan 12/7/2010 5:45:00 PM
I also recieved this as a sample at Sephora. It sat in a drawer for about a year until this winter when my skin decided it wanted to resemble an aligator. I LOVE the cream and the way it feels, it's pretty heavy duty. However, I could do without the scent. I would buy it with another fragrance though!
