Great dark nude-rosey colour. Even slightly peachey for my skin, but I adore this shade and wear it often on daytime. Although it is a nudish colour, it illuminates my face. A classic that I will always have in my bag.

Knowing I have extremely cool complexion, I steer clear of warm lipstick shades since I had my share of regrets in the past. But this shade is different. On my lips, it is a very wearable dark wine colour crossed with brown. It may be a bit expressive on daytime and may need to be used sparingly with a lip brush, but it is perfect for night. I definitely love it and will buy it again.

I just bought the LE in Bitten Fig. Amazing colour and texture! This is a medium-dark, satiny, cool red bordering on fuchsia and without shimmer. Suitable for daytime, but also perfect for night. But I'd recommend this colour only to cool and probably olive complexions, since this shade might be too cool for peachy-warm complexions. I belong to a small minority who actually like the smell of EL lipsticks. This is my nr. 1 brand and I'm replacing my old lipstick classics with shades from this line.

Eye Shadow -Chanel - Les 4 Ombres Quad Murano

Since I have cool skin tone and eye colour, I was sceptical about most green eye shadows. But Murano is different. It is (in my limited experience) made of unique shades of green, which suit my cool tone perfectly. The quality is great too. Since I recently paid a small fortune for the new Enigma quad, I believe I am developing a Chanel addiction.

Very smart quad. Super for everyday use. The colours are beautiful and I love the quality as well. Not to mention that it's a long lasting product even without a primer. Too bad it's a limited edition, could become a classic.

Well, I bought this palette yesterday and tried it only once, last night.. Although the colours are perfect for my cool colouring, and although the quality is simply perfect, I am sort of disappointed with the look I got.. Is it that the colours are too subtle? Or maybe the problem is that the three darker shades are barely distinguishable from each other. Anyway, I don't regret buying it, because I know the colours are right and the texture is superb..But with such a price tag, I guess I expected a more dramatic touch... But an edit may come soon, so the jury is still out..

Eyeliner -MAC - Powerpoint eyeliner in Permaplum

Gorgeous colour, soft and easy to apply. The staying power isn't ideal, but it's better than my blue-grey lancome eyeliner, which is as hard as a steel rod and has no staying power at all. I just bought three back-ups at once, I guess this is self-explanatory!

Super, super product. When I got this in soft pink, my expectations were not very high, I was just hoping it would work as a concealer for the thin and greyish skin under my eyes. But it exceeded all my expectations: Works great under my eyes, covers the blemishes and spots elsewhere and stays on the whole day. Also, I just got the idea from another reviewer to use it as an eye shadow primer too. I already backed it up!

Since I have hooded eyes, my eyeliner keeps smudging to my upper lids. My primary intention in buying this product was simply to stop the eyeliner from smudging, but I regret paying so much for this product, because it's extremely dry and gets patchy after a few hours. It also makes the fine lines and creases on my upper lids more visible. In short, it is a total disappointment. Since I bought it online and can't return it, I'm planning to use it as a concealer, especially in the summer when my skin gets darker. PS: Gave it to my sister, since she has darker and oilier skin, she uses it as a concealer.
