Im so pleased my hunt for the perfect red pout is finally over thanks to this lippy! It's just so fab I look forward to wearing it. It gives a lovely stain when dabbed on giving your face an instant perk and can be blended with other colours to create either a fuchsia - Add a plummy colour or even an orange by adding a nude or coral! Or you can ramp up the voltage and add a couple of coats to give you the best red pout ever and be the envy of all your friends! It has great staying power and will not leak even without lipliner. Its s siren red that will look good on all skin tones!

Highlighters -Bobbi Brown - Shimmer Brick - Nectar

I'm not very clued up on the whole highlighter front but as far as this one goes it's pretty damn good! Its somewhat on the pricey side however it does give an instant glow to the face. I can really use it on it's own on my nc35 skin as I do feel it doesn't show its varied corals and pinks properly(lighter skin tones defo could) but once used with a bit of blusher it's lovely! I normally dip my blusher stick into my blusher then give it a slight whirl around the shimmer brick and then apply. It isn't silvery or powdery but instead applies a subtle but lovely pinky lilalcy peachy sheen to the cheeks. The White in the palette is amazing to highlight the brow bone or the inner corner of the lid! Overall a very pleasant and versatile tool to have in the kit!

Moisturizers -Lacura - Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Night Cream

I was one of these people who never ever used to moisturise due to always being scared of breaking out further. My skin is acne prone with pigmentation issues and now I'm beginning to see signs of ageing!!! So I decided I needed to incorporate a moisturiser into my routine especially since I use acid based cleansers etc. I picked this up from aldi for £2 after reading so many rave reviews and I must say I'm totally sold! I've been using it for a month now and my skin looks plumper, glowy and makeup application is so much smoother! Can't comment on whether it has helped with any lines but it hasn't broken me out which in itself is nothing short of a miracle. This is a rich night cream which absorbs well and smells kinda perfumy but I can live with that since I punished my husband plenty with apple cider toner last thing at night! Price is ridiculously cheap for such an awesome cream! Go and get some!

Lipstick -MAC - Lickable
rated 5 of 5

This is a must have lippy for all skin tones as it is absolutely gorgeous! Instantly perks up your face as the colour is a very not so in your face fuschia pink. It's very build able too! Dab it on for a stain effect or layer it for a " my lips are just sooo kissable" type look! I was torn between this and GAT but wasn't keen on the blue undertones of GAT. Even my husband loved this lippy on me and insisted on snogging my face off!

Treatments -Makeup Artist's Choice (MUAC) - Radiance Peel
rated 4 of 5

Okay so let me start by saying how peeved I was at muacs shipping charges to e uk! I paid 39 dollars for shipping to the uk and an additional 25 dollars at customs in the uk! I only ordered a trial size gylcolic and trial sized radiance peel! But vanity always comes at a dear expense! Anyways when I finally got my peels 2 weeks after ordering them I was beside myself with excitement as I just couldn't wait to try them out. At 29 years of age I still get acne and have slot of hyper pigmentation as a result especially on my cheeks and chin area. So I read the instructions and thought even though it was advised to build up the minutes for the peel application slowly I dismissed the advice as my face is used to acids and went for the full five mins. I applied a thin layer using a qtip and omg! It stung like a mother!! The stiinging subsided after a minute or so and it became an uncomfortable tingle. Once I removed the peel with lots of water I patted dry and half hour later applied my simple mouisturiser. My face looked slightly red but that's it! No radiance to speak off! Bit peeved I went go bed dreaming of a miracle product that would give me gorgeous skin- the envy of all my friends! The next day I noticed a bit of peeling which made makeup application rather cakey. 3 days in the skin was very dry in some patches. I decided to give it a good buff using my clarisonic Mia- which I can't use everyday as I breaks me out! Ps I noticed so e purging in the form of a coup,e of whiteheads! Anyway after a good buff with the Mia and then ample moisturiser my skin look quite fresh. The dry flakey patches were gone and revealed tighter skin. The scars looked ever so slightly faded... Needless to say I was rather chuffed! Now whilst I understand this has only been my first peel I'm excited to try it again! Will update a few peels in

Toners -Unlisted Brand - Green Tea tea-bag toner

let me give you some background info on my skin- ive suffered from acne since i was 17 and the ONLY thing to have cleared it was Dianette, however it was not a long term solution as i gained a few hefty pounds whilst on it! My skin also stayed clear during pregnancy and breastfeeding but once i stopped the acne came his back! I took antibiotics which helped for 6 months ago but soon stopped working!! like life isnt full of problems already and to then deal with acne on top of that?! wheres the justice i say? out of sheer desperation i splased out on really expensive skin treatments, products, peels etc. I probably spent around a thousand pounds in total but without too much success. after having read some reviews on green tea i thought 'what the hell? i'll give this a shot too! along with zince supplements and acv. well after drinking green tea for over a month (mixed with manuka honey as its tastes rank otherwise) i can report its calmed my skin down! i have 2 active spots as im typing this but nothing major. also when i do breakout they aren't throbbing pus filled planets..they're smaller and heal quicker. im by no means cured and now i have a million scars to deal with but i'm not constantly staring into a handheld mirror and crying to myself all the while acting like a hermit who is afraid to scare the world and leave the house!! so hope this review helps guys and if anyone can give me some info on how to treat scars i'll be much obliged!
