This is a great serum. I have used other serums from Olay and although I like them I'm not crazy about the silicone looking and feeling of them. This one seems like a very light moisturizing lotion with just enough silicone to give it a very nice texture. As it is Paula's pick it gives me some confidence that it has some actually "good for skin" ingredients in there. Now I'll tell you what I dont like about this. Dont like the container! Why not make it transparent? Make it perttier and also you know if you're running out and it also gives it more luxurious look. The other thing I don't like which doesnt bother me TOO much is the fregrance. While it smells really good I dont like too much fregrance in stuff I put on my face. It has a very nice scent but it's a tadd too much but it does go away after couple of minutes.

Concealers -Make Up For Ever - Full Cover Concealer

I love this concealer. I put some of this over my moisturizer and some Clinique Almost powder makeup on top and I look flawless. This seems expensive but you need so little to cover up that in the long run it's priced reasonable. I don't have big flaws to cover but using a little of this on my cheeks makes me use alot less powder which will save me money because I used to go through my Clinique powder so quickly. The powder alone did not last all day. I needed to reapply half way but now I just blot since I'm oily and I'm good to go. The texture is like a thick cream, truly full coverage. Hard to blend without moisturizer. I use #7 and I'm NC30. I basically use a tiny bit all over like foundation to boost my powder foundation so I use less powder and make my powder last longer.

Lipstick -Clinique - Long Last Soft Shine Lipstick in Pink Spice

The quality is amazing. Very creamy and moisturizing, feels amazing on the lips. HOWEVER the colour is very unflattering on me. It makes me look old and outdated. I got it as GWP so no hard feelings. This will go to my mother-in-law as she likes these colours. I just hate how Clinique never gives out a nice neutral lipstick with their GWP.

Powder -Palladio - Wet/Dry foundation

I was so sure i'd like this but no. I usually use Clinique's Almost Makeup powder foundation and I LOVE it. But I thought I could use this to save money to just go to the grocery store or something. Although it can be used for that but it doesnt stay on my face for long and the coverage is medium after trying really hard and the thing is when you have that much product on the skin feels quite tight. I dont hate it so I will finish it but I would not wear this to a party or seeing friends or work because it doesnt stay on. and I would not repurchase.

Oh my. I love this thing. I bought it knowing I'll be returning it. I just wanted to try it but this baby is here to stay for good. I curled my hair with it for a party and almost every girl in the party asked how I got the beautiful waves. It comes with a glove but I don't use it and I never burned my hand. $38 CAD at Walmart worth EVERY single penny.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Telescopic in Carbon Black

This has been my staple since it came out and that was I think 3-4 years ago. I've tried them all from the Telescopic family but this is the best one. If you want separated long lashes without racoon eyes, this is it. On my lazy days I sleep with it and dont reapply the next morning and NOTHING happens to it. I dont get no racoon eyes in the morning. This is not water proof but even if you cry real bad this doesnt come down unless you rub. I've bought other mascaras for fun but never finish them and I always come back to this.

I actually got this as a gift and didnt know what to do with it so I tried returning but Sephora didnt take it back since no receipt and also they had discontinued the old packaging. So I felt like I needed to use it somehow. I used it as a highlighter on my cheekbones and I had never used highlighter before but now I'm in love with this product and totally hooked. I will definitely buy it when I run out. But I am not sure if this can serve as bronzer. It's too shimmery and not much 'bronzing' color to be used as a bronzer. But I LOVE this as highlighter. I didnt even know I needed this till I got it.

Finally a lip balm with a nice tint in Canada. I've ALWAYS wanted something like this but it just wasnt available. It's moisturizing and it feels really nice and moist but not waxy. Love the tint, you can actually see it but its not a lipstick. Love it!!! only complain is the spf, I wish it was at least 15 or more. but you cant get everything so I still love it. and will buy again and try the cherry one next. (I hate FAKE strawberry smells but this one smells as close to the real thing as you can get)

First off, dont buy this if you are lighter than NC30. This powder has a tint that can't be ignored. I think this is probably a NC35 color but since it's sheer I can get away with it (i'm NC30). Second don't buy this as your sunscreen, I dont think thats the idea. This will give you only extra protection so dont rely on it for sun protection. I LOVE this powder because it gives me a nice airbrushed but undone look. You cant see it on my skin but you can see the difference. It just evens out my skin on those days I dont feel like wearing foundation but I want to look good enough to go out of the house. The staying power is not there so it's defenitly not like a foundation. It is also great to set liquid foundation or to mattify the skin for touch ups.

Pressed Powders -Maybelline - Dream Matte Pressed Powder

WOW!!! Finally a powder to replace my usual MAC's blot powder, but same or better quality at one third of the price. I keep this in my purse for touch ups and have used it as finishing powder after my liquid foundation as well. Nothing gets more natural than this. Although there's not much coverage but yesterday I used it to mute the shine of my sunscreen and boy did I love my skin. I think I might start just using this alone. It's very sheer but It looks absolutely natural and it evens out my skin. Looks like skin but just better, alot better.

We dont have this one in Canada but there is a Canadian version which is called NEUTROGENA® ULTRA SHEER® WATER-LIGHT™ daily face sunscreen. The bottle is exactly the same. I have finished a bottle and I just bought my second. This is the best sunscreen I have tried ever.

I think this is the Canadian version of Neutrogena - Ultra Sheer Liquid Daily Sunblock spf 70. The bottle is exactly the same. I have finished a bottle and I just bought my second. This is the best sunscreen I have tried ever. I usually dont purchase the same product again so this really doesnt have a substitute. It's everything I want, doesnt ball up under my foundation, no white cast, non greasy or shiny and just so light. The consistency is very watery I sometimes dont like that because it would be easier to manage it if it was a bit more thick. That's just me though, maybe it has to be that way so it doesnt feel like you've got a thick cream on your face. I know some commented that it is so little for the price but the bottle lasted me 4 months of every day liberal use, so it's not too bad at all.

I definitely like the product inside. Cleans like it should and doesnt irritate my combination skin. Love the feel of the brush and it cleanses nicely. Why not five lippies? Squeezing the product out is not that fun or easy. I added just a bit of water to make it runnier so it can come out easier. But I know once the product is close to end I'll have harder time. I will however repurchase cuz I like the brush alot and it's convenient not to have a separate scrubber.

Tinted Moisturizer -Wet 'n' Wild - Ultimate Sheer Tinted Moisturizer - Natural

Let's not call this a TM because it's more like a sheer foundation. It has some coverage and it's not really moisturizing since it has a matte finish. Natural is probably close to NC25 and Sunkissed is NC35-40. I have both but I find Sunkissed too dark for my NC30 skin. I prefer Natural for color. The quality is excellent for what you pay. Texture is ligh but with some coverage buildable to maybe a medium coverage. The feel on the skin is amazing, feels like your skin, just better, not heavy at all. I love this.

Palettes -Sephora - Color Play 5 in 1

I said 'yes' to buy it again but I seriously doubt I'm gonna run out and by the time I do they wont have this probably. But this a great buy and although I dont wear shadows every day I do like to play with colors sometimes (the name fits the product). The color pay off is really nice, unlike alot of palettes most colors are wearable and it's not some crayon looking stuff just to fill the palette. The shadows come in both shiny and matt options. So it works great for creating pretty much any look. I just bought this and I used it with primer so i dont know how long it lasts on its own. But i'm so glad I bought this for $38 CAD, worth every penny. Because it gives me the option to pretty much create any look I want.
