This is for sure one of my favorite items in my collection. I use it pretty much everyday and I usually always take this along when I travel. I love all the colors. I use Buck and Naked everyday as my blending and transition colors....i LOVE this palette!
I wanted to like this product alot but it was really just an OK product. I have found better foundations in the drugstore. It seems like MAC foundations tend to be too yellow undertone based. I like the coverage and the fact that its not too matte but not too shiny. Idk though, its not a bad foundation but its too yellow for my liking so i dont think i would buy it again....i do like that you can buy a pump for it though, i think once i run out, ill clean the pump and bottle and put another foundation in it.
I have always heard great things on Youtube about this and have been hesitant to buy it because its a little pricey in my area, but when I came across it at my local Walmart on sale for 5 bucks i was excited! This stuff dries my nails super fast and makes them very shiny. The only thing is that it sometimes peels off. Other than that, it rivals my favorite top coat, which is the Sally Hansen Insta Dri.
Top/Base Coats -Sally Hansen - SalIy Hansen Insta-Dri Anti-Chip Top Coat

I love this topcoat and in fact its my favoirite! Im on my 3rd bottle. It dries fast, delivers great shine, and makes my manicure last at least 5 days (if i dont pick my polish off). I just dont like the package design. Once you use it down past the brush, its hard to get the rest out. Also it gets kinda tacky when its been used alot.
Top/Base Coats -OPI - Start to Finish Base & Top Coat

This is BY FAR the WORST top/base coat I have EVER used. And what sickens me more is the price I paid for it! It was $12.95 at my local hair salon! Here is why I hate it so much... 1. Its NOT fast drying...at ALL, if anything, it slows down the drying time! 2. Its a very thick polish. 3. The brush part actually sticks to the bottle and the black cap comes off....thats how STICKY it is. 4. It makes almost all of my nail polishes bubble....i HATE that. 5. It doesnt add much shine, theres better top coats in the drugstore for FARRR cheaper! 6. It doesnt make my manicure last any longer. 7. It makes my polish just peel right off.. I will NOT ever buy this again!
Liquid -Clinique - Anti Blemish Solutions Liquid Make Up
Sena007 4/15/2012 3:50:00 AM
I love this foundation. It gives nice medium/buildable natural coverage. It matches my skin SOOOOO well. I dont have to use a primer with this and it keeps my skin looking fresh and matte all day long. The only reason i would not buy it again is because it works relatively the same as the Neutrogena Skin Clearing Liquid Foundation to me, but its just more expensive. I will use my bottle up but then go back and repurchase the Skin clearing foundation, as that worked out well for me also.
These have become a must have item in my purse. I like the Clean & Clear ones too but for a dollar, these work just the same and get the job done! I stock pile these when i can!
Concealers -Maybelline - Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles
Sena007 3/4/2012 4:04:00 AM
I love this stuff. It really brightens and covers my dark circles. The texture is very smooth and creamy like. I love the fuzzy brush applicator also. It also works well for covering other spots on my face.
I LOVE this stuff. Even though i have oily skin, as long as i go over with a setting powder i am okay. It makes my skin look flawless and it covers up well. It doesnt feel heavy to me at all.. LOVE LOVE LOVE
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)

I really do like this primer. I got it with my Naked 1 Palette, but as with EVERYONE else, i hate the packaging. Although the primer is great at making my eyeshadow stay put and more vibrant, i think the ELF one is just as good and MUCH more affordable.
Concealers -Almay - Bright Eyes Eye Base + Concealer

I got this at Walgreens for around 3 or 4 bucks, so i thought i would try it, because i wasnt going to buy it otherwise at like Walmart for 7-8bucks. DONT LIKE IT. Thank god it was on sale. Pros: -It was on sale lol Cons: -Packaging is so darn cheap and flimsy. The plastic that holds the brush applicator gets loose all the time and i have to push it back in. -Product is hard to squeeze out of its tube ( i hate stuff that you have to squeeze out anyways) -Coverage is okay but it settles into fine lines under my eyes and makes it look like i am older than what i really am. I have not tried it for an eyeshadow base and quite frankly, you can use any concealer as an eyeshadow base, so i dont know why they had to add that part into the products name. Junk.
Concealers -Revlon - Age Defying Spa Concealer [DISCONTINUED]

I got this on clearance at Walgreens for like 3 bucks, so it was a steal, and usually i do not gravitate towards something with packaging like this but i thought what the heck. Turns out to be a decent product. Pros: -Blends nicely. -Doesnt get cakey on the under eye area (for me). -Really brightens the under eyes very well. -Coverage is light-medium it seems. -Covers up my dark circles Cons: -Hate the packaging. I hate concealers (or anything in general) with a brush applicator and that you have to twist up to get product out. -Doesnt cover blemishes very well for me. Overall, I do think this a good concealer for days when i look super tired and my eyes need a little brightening. I wouldnt buy this again because the price varies so much (ive seen it as much as 8-9 dollars, so i got a deal) and because of the packaging.
Liquid -Neutrogena - Skin Clearing Oil-Free Makeup
Sena007 5/21/2011 11:06:00 PM
WOW. Is all i can say. I bought this product to compare it to the Neutrogena Healthy Skin makeup and also to use on days when i have active breakouts (since it has salacydic acid in it). I love it. Pros: -This stuff seriously keeps my face Matte all day! No touch ups needed! -Coverage is medium-full buildable (for me anyways). -Great for my oily skin. -Dont need a setting powder at all (in my case). -Staying power is GREAT. Cons: -No Pump...once again. -Formula is thick -Not as easy to blend (for me) -On the pricer side for drugstore makeup I will continue to buy this stuff. I just couldnt believe how great this stuff is. This really stayed on a long time and kept me matte all day. Now as far as the acne fighting aspect of this, im not sure how well it combats blemishes, but this is on my top list of drugstore foundations next to Revlon Colorstay.
Liquid -Neutrogena - Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup SPF 20
Sena007 5/21/2011 10:57:00 PM
After a long time watching and reading reviews on how this is a dupe for NARS Sheer Glow, i figured I would try it. Turns out that I love it! Pros: -Goes on smoothly. -Coverage is medium-buildable (to me anyway). -Love the finish it leaves. -Doesnt cake up in dry spots on my skin. -Staying power is OKAY. Cons: -NO PUMP. -Can become oxidized faster if you have oily skin, setting powder is recommended. -Doesnt cover up everything (like i said, medium coverage in my case) -A little on the pricer side for drugstore makeup. Overall, i do really like this foundation on days where i dont want alot of coverage and want to look "glowy" instead of matte. Sometimes it gets blotchy depending on how long i wear it or how warm it is, but this beats Maybelline Fit Me (in terms of the dewy look and staying power)out of the water.
I didnt have high hopes for this concealer because of the horrible time i had with the Fit Me foundation. But it turns out that i LOVE this concealer! Pros: -Glides on smoothly -Covers up my dark circles -Doesnt look cakey under the eyes -Decent staying power if set with powder -Affordable Cons: -The stopper isnt very good because the product is all over the wand and is kind of liquidy, so you have to tap the excess off the applicator tip.
