Palettes -Bobbi Brown - Nude on Nude Shimmerwash Palette

Neutral LLL This five pan palette consists of: Shimmerwashes in Nude, Cement, Wheat or Woodrose and an eye shadow in Mahogany along with the double ended eyeshadow brush to apply & line. I was incredibly psyched about this product and received it in the mail yesterday. This morning, I followed my usual routine and began to apply the Woodrose to my lid. It barely showed up. I tried Nude, it didn't show up. To be honest, there was not the slightest hint of shimmer on my lids whatsoever. It looked almost as though I had taken a matte eyeshadow the color of my skin and applied it. I was overwhelmingly disappointed in this product, especially after I have loved other shimmerwashes so much. They are simply far too sheer and pale to create even a natural look.
Pigments are a wonderful thing.
I love this palette. The lipsticks are gorgeous and easy to wear (neutral LLL). I will definitely purchase this again. Bobbi Brown's products are top notch for a very natural look
Neutral LLL Very wearable berry shade in a creamy, long-lasting formulation. This is a must-have shade for winter.
Depending upon which e/s is in question, my opinion varies. MAC is #1 for me in terms of color choices and the B2M program definitely is a selling point. However, I find that certain shades, mostly matte shades do not apply with the same ease as others do. So for the matte eyeshadows, I'd have to say I wouldn't purchase again. For the rest, I'll admit, I'm purchasing some every week.
Neutral LLL While I am not opposed to this shade, I truly dislike the MAC lip lacquers. I don't find them to be very long-lasting, nor glossy, and I despise the applicators. This is not a product I would try again under any circumstances.
Neutral LLL This is by far the most wearable palette I've found from NARS (as far as being able to wear all shades). Unfortunately, it's only sold in the land of Ebay now. This is my go-to palette for neutral eyes and dramatic lips (one of the lip shades is a sparkly reddish copper). Luckily, all the pieces of this palette are still for sale individually.
Styling Products -Frederic Fekkai - Glossing Cream with Olive Oil

Just going to jump on the bandwagon here and profess my love of this product. A simple pea sized amount rubbed between my hands will keep my hair straight and smooth all day long. I have long and sort of thick hair, which tends to be subject to static-y messes in the winter. This cured that problem in a split second.
Neutral LLL I absolutely love this bronzer. It gives me a great color without looking muddy or overwhelming. It's very natural and can be built up easily for a deeper tone. It stays on all day and looks great. Plus it's NARS...can't ask for much more.
Lip Gloss -Clinique - Glosswear for lips in Air Kiss

I used this lipgloss as a constant when I was really young (like freshman in high school) before I discovered the other brands. I used to love it, so for old times sake, I purchased it again this weekend. Why I liked this? I don't know. It lasts on my lips about 15 minutes tops and it's really just a clear gloss (even on someone with not very pigmented lips). I won't repurchase again, maybe just stash this one in a drawer for nostalgia :)
Lip Treatments -Clinique - Superbalm - Bronze Spice

This is fabulous. I'm not a fan of Clinique at all... I actually hate everything nearly except these. I stumbled upon these while at the mall last weekend and the colors really grabbed me (Mango, Grape, some Berry, and the Bronze Spice) and I thought "how cute". These moisturize lips while giving a hint of color and a ton of gloss. Not sticky at all. I do wish they lasted a bit longer, but I was extremely happy with these purchases. I will most definitely purchase the Mango next.
Normal Skin I ended up picking this up because I ran out of my normal cleanser, which I can't purchase at any mall near here and I knew it would take a few days to get from Sephora. I at least expected it to cleanse my face. I wasn't looking for much. Good grief. This was terrible. It didn't even get my *makeup* off. Not even almost. I didn't feel clean afterwards and I felt like I had a thin film all over my face, which was truly grotesque feeling. After using it once, I tossed it and just went to the drugstore for some Neutrogena until my skincare arrived in the mail. I would seriously discourage anyone from using any of the Clinique skincare line.
Neutral LLL / normal skin BeneFit's High Beam, for me, is a terrific highlighter. It was really one of the first ones I tried in liquid form. I use this on my cheeks dabbed over a blush or mixed with my moisturizer for an all over "glow". I didn't find it to be oily or drying or have any real effect on my skin (except illuminating it subtly). The price is fairly cheap, in my opinion, compared to other highlighting items. The packaging is the best.. I'm not really a fan of the nail polish-esque applicator and would have really preferred a sponge applicator instead. I will most likely repurchase this unless something better comes along.
This is my most used eye shadow. Black Tied is my go-to shadow for all my lining needs. I have several pots of this and will purchase again and again.
Liquid -Becca - Luminous Skin Color sheer foundation

Neutral LLL / normal skin As my current foundation, this, so far, has been my favorite. It's a very lightweight foundation, which I like, as I don't really want to "cover" anything as much as just smooth out the appearance of my skin. It doesn't cake or dry out my skin, nor break me out as others have. I don't feel like I'm wearing makeup when I have it on either, which is a huge plus for me. The only problem some may have with this, is the limited color selection (it took me a few tries to get something neutral enough for me as most have pink or yellow undertones).
