Coverage is a bit lighter than I would like, but other than that this is a great foundation. It doesn't break me out, which most foundations do, and that is the primary reason I keep using it. Overall a great product: good coverage, good colors to choose from, good consistency, easy to apply.

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

First of all, I hate this brush shape (the tapered one). If it weren't for that I would give it a 3 rating at least. I don't know if it's the brush or the formula, but it makes me lashes clump together which drives me bonkers.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous mascara

This is the best mascara I've found under $20. My lashes tend to like thicker mascaras rather than glossy, lengthening mascaras as my lashes are already pretty long, but a little more sparse. This mascara gives me the extra oomph I'm looking for. Only one complaint: because the formula is so thick it really dries out faster than most mascaras so you have to repurchase more often or it will start flaking. All in all my favorite every day mascara.

Conditioner -Alberto Vo5 - Strawberries & Cream smoothing conditioner

I have been on the search for my HG shampoo & condish for as long as I can remember and of all things to work for me, the VO5 Moisture Milks Shampoo & Conditioner do. I've used the Strawberries & Cream as well as the Passionfruit Smoothie. Both were labeled "Moisture Milks" and not "Smoothing" that I saw anywhere on the package. The shampoo lathers well and cleanses without stripping. The shampoo moisturizes without weighing my (fine) hair down. And the best part: my usually tangle-prone hair is easy to comb through. I seriously cannot believe these are $1.00 each! That is just insane. My only complaint is that the product literally flies out of the bottle top if you're not careful...DO NOT SQUEEZE! :) After one or two uses you get the hang of it, but it would be nice if they redesigned so the flow was slower. I can't see myself buying another brand of shampoo & condish as long as these continue to work so well for me.

Blush -Clinique - fresh bloom allover colour

This is one of my HG makeup products! I honestly bought it at first just because it was so pretty! But I ended up loving it so much, I can't imagine my makeup routine without it now. I use it as a broker because it's just the right amount of color for my fair skin. Highly recommend it!

Lotions/ Creams -Bath and Body Works - Sinful Vanilla (Halloween 2011 line)

I am livid! I want more, more more of this lotion and there are none left anywhere. :( Something about this is like a sweet, natural musk...I can't quite describe it, but I'm obsessed and I only managed to get my hands on one lonely little 3 ounce bottle. I am seriously thinking of emailing BBW and asking if I could somehow, some way, no matter what it takes, get more. It doesn't smell like, but reminds me of a lotion I used to buy from Skindazzles years ago. I really hope they rename it and bring it back as a permanent scent. Gorgeous, warm, "close" fragrance that just makes you smell a little sweeter and more gorgeous. Hmmmm... *cries*

Uh oh...I'm addicted. I used this on my face tonight and could immediately see a difference when I rinsed it off. That never happens! I think I'll use it on my lower back tomorrow...for some reason I have a little bit of a break out there. Why oh why? It's summer time, I needs to be bare skinned and free! Haha... I have oily skin and it did leave my face a tad parched, but I find I'm a-okay with their moisturizer on. So if you don't have oily skin, it may be too much for you. Also, the smell is heavenly...I did sit ups, push-ups, etc. while I had it on and it kept wafting at me, all yummy like.

Really good facial cleanser...cleans effectively without stripping, smells delicious! Does not irritate my skin at all and I tend to have a problem with that. I love it when gentle products also smell nummy yummy. It's a rarity.

I have to say, I was hesitant to try this line of products simply due to the simplistic packaging. I tend to go for more dressed up bottles. However, after spending 20 minutes in the face care section at Target and reading the labels on dozens of products, I decided that Yes to Tomatoes would be going home with me. And I am so happy! I used this after washing with the Clarifying Cleanser and donning the Skin Clearing Mask for five minutes and I can actually see a difference in my skin already, which I totally wasn't expecting. I have very oily skin that gets congested so easily that I cannot break with my routine or it will show. I love that there are numerous products in this line that I can create an elaborate routine with. I will be buying the scrub and facial pads next week. Some others mentioned the smell...personally, I love it! But then again, I like smelling like food. Haha... My only complaint is that this did leave my face a tad oily if I used even the slightest bit too much. A little goes a long way.

Tinted Moisturizer -Physicians Formula - Organic Wear - Fair to Light

Best tinted moisturizer I've ever used...in my entire life. And I have been partial to tinted moisturizer's versus conventional makeup since I started wearing it. Some have mentioned that it is a little heavy for oily skin. I can see how someone would feel that way, I too have oily skin, however this product absolutely does not clog my pores and I find that if I set it with a couple swipes of powder (I also use PF's Organic pressed powder), it looks and feels awesome. I don't think the lavender smell is too strong, although you definitely can smell it, but it reminds me of going to a day spa so...I rather enjoy that mini-sensory break. :) The tube is strong so it doesn't crack as with other tubed products I've used in the past. And I'm so fastidious about using this up that when I can't squeeze out any more product I actually cut it open and use it up that way. I can honestly say I have NEVER done that with a product before. Obsessed much? Haha...

Self Tanners -Victoria's Secret - Sunkissed Bronze Instant Self Tan with Tint

Love this self tanner! In the past I had tried gradual self tanners fro L'Oreal and Jergens and this is far and away a superior product. The tint helped me apply evenly, the texture is lovely...like a moisturizing gel, and the faintly beachy fragrance gracefully masks the tell-tale self tanner smell. The tan is subtle, yet definitely makes a big enough difference that I will purchase another tube as soon as this one runs out. Big, sparkly stars!

Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - Gilly Hicks La Perouse perfume

I love this store and this fragrance is beautiful, however it smells exactly like Crabtree & Evelyn's Summer Hill collection which is much less expensive and the packaging is more alluring. Buy Sumemer Hill instead and spend the extra $20 you saved on some new Gilly Hick's undies. A better buy all around.

Fragrances -Victoria's Secret - Heavenly Bloom

I absolutely love this fragrance! I went to VS last week to shop for sleepwear and spritzed this on my arm, for the rest of the day I was sniffing myself. It is simply GORGEOUS! SO I went back yesterday and bought a bottle. I really hope this is not a LE release because it is light and beautiful and doesn't give my boyfriend a headache (big plus...well, some of the time. *wink*). I'll be returning to the store to buy the other items from the line (body spray & lotion). I'll use the body spray as a linen spray/car spray so I can be surrounded by the scent wherever I go. I have never had this reaction to a VS fragrance; they did a very good job creating this one!

Fragrances -Lacoste - Inspiration

I loved all the testers I got of this last year...it seemed like every magazine ran their ad. Then I received it as a gift from my boyfriend for Christmas (along with boatloads of LUSH...it was a very smelly holiday for me) and wore it non stop for about a month which I usually don't do. It does smell lovely, but is very heavy on my skin. Everyone notices it and not everyone has the same sniffer so not everyone likes it. Consequently I never wear it to work, just around the house or running errands. It's not at all a favorite in my fragrance library, but it has it's place. I'm horrible at distinguishing "notes" but this one smells "cute" to me. Yeah...cute. Not sexy, not exuberant, not intelligent, but cute. So, who wants to be cute all the time? Not me. Who wants to be cute sometimes? Me. :) See, I just used a smiley, which is cute. And guess what...? I'm wearing Inspiration right now so now you know how powerful the cute fragrance influence can be.
