Eyeliner -Clinique - Egyptian Gel Liner

Recently I had the opportunity to frequent the Clinique counter at Herberger's. I was modestly impressed with the Clinique associate, as she listened to my individual wants and needs. I have developed a true appreciation for gel liner, however; recently when discovered Clinique's gel lining product, I was so impressed. Not only is this product long-lasting, it doesn't smudge nor crease. In fact, I had to use eye make-up remover, just to remove the product. I also like the fact that this amazing gel lining product is heavily pigmented making it color building. The brush is included, which makes the application that much easier. I was impressed with Clinique's gel liner and would definitely use it again.

Eye Shadow -Christian Dior - Eye Show

When it comes to finding the ultimate long-lasting, color building, eyeshadow that can work alone or as a base, it can be rather complex. Why? Because, there are so many eyeshadow products marketed to a standard, that simply make many promises they cannot keep nor they just cannot live up to. Dior Eye Show is different. This cream based eyeshadow formula is long-lasting, color building, and definitely possesses a quality that most eyeshadow bases can learn from. The only problem with this product that I had is the fact it is not universal, hence why there are only few colors available. I own this product in 622 Undressed Beige and I must say that it is fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone looking to find a great, quality eyeshadow base that is long-lasting, color building, and also has the ability to collaborate well with other shades.

Mascara -Christian Dior - Diorshow Mascara

I am very impressed with this mascara. Everything from the product inside to the actual wand/brush. You don't need a lot to achieve the desired effect and a lot can go a long way. I like this mascara better than most because it doesn't turn into a "tarrish" mess near the cap and t doesn't clump nor stick. It goes on wet and dries to a smooth, powder finish while lifting and lenghening the lashes in the process. One can appreciate this mascara (as I do) for it's big brush that modestly coats every lash without little effort. I use this mascara often and have not had any problems at all.

Liquid -Christian Dior - Extreme Fit Extreme Wear Flawless Makeup SPF15

This has got to be one of the best foundations I have ever tried in my life. When you first apply this foundation, it feels like it is slowly desolving into the skin. It actually feels like it just sinks into your skin, almost as if it's a second skin. The coverage is incredible and it is very long-lasting. I often wonder if there is a primer built in, but then again I am not certain. This foundation possess a very clean scent, which makes it that much more interesting. This product is truly a force to be reckoned with, that is for sure.

Lip Gloss -Yves Saint Laurent - golden gloss 11 golden whisper

Yves Saint Laurent never fails to seem to disappoint the vast majority of status quo society, especially when it comes to the Golden Gloss Shimmering Lip Gloss which possesses real 24 carat gold flecks. I was incredibly impressed with this gloss, as it not only possessed a real pigmented color, that is amazingly long-lasting, but the fact it lives up to it's promise of giving a visual mirror effect, while moisturizing the lips modestly, as a result. Gold works as a sealer, a healer, and a powerful anti-oxidant making this product that much more appealing. I also love the fact that for as pigmented as it is, it produces a color pay-off that is subtle. You can apply this lipgloss modestly and you won't feel like your lips are run down nor unnatural. The gloss also posssses a clean scent. Golden Whisper is a great color because it's accessible and flexible, but also possesses an immaculate appearance. Out of all of my golden glosses, this one I have used most. I must say that if I had to choose my favorite gloss, this would definitely be it. I would recommend this to anyone.

Luscious Lips is a product developed by Cynthia Rowland that allows individuals to achieve fuller, sexier lips without needles, drug, or risk. A friend of mine informed me about the Luscious Lips product and recommended that I interview the woman behind the innovation, for my beauty blog. I, then, had the opportunity to contact Cynthia Rowland via email and was introduced to the Luscious Lips system. The woman behind this revolutionary product, Cynthia Rowland informed me that she was inspired to create this product, when she viewed a head shot picture of herself. The picture revealed that her top lip was disappearing when she smiled and that it looked very unnatural. When I first saw the video of the Luscious Lips product, I was a bit skeptical. I had convinced myself, that this was just too good to be true and simply, would not work. I read testimonials on the website, but still was a bit skeptical about this lip product. Then I tried the Luscious Lips product and realized, how wrong I was. When I first used it, my lips blew up like a bratz doll. My lips are naturally full, but they aren't huge. Well, this product made my lips huge. The Luscious Lips product actually guarantees real results in little less than two weeks and I have only used the product for a few days. The product comes in a white and pewter colored box. The top is pewter colored and possesses the design, which includes the Luscious Lips product logo on the top. Included with the logo, is the pitch which states "Full, Pouty, More Kissable Lips In Seconds!" One may read this sales pitch and may not be convinced, however; I am reluctant to mention this product works. To think the pitch is false is like saying cinema does not rely on the billion-dollar cosmetic industry. The Luscious Lips system is much more simple than I realized. This amazingly fluent lip product is a deep red, plastic vacuum pump that sort of resembles a portable suction device. The device is pre-lubricated, so you can use it manually, without using the use of any additions. In an effort to make the Luscious Lips system more effective, it's best to tilt your head backwards a little bit. You, then, want to place the device directly on the mouth. It is very important to keep your lips together. In order to achieve the desired effect, it is best to hold the device in place, using a firm grip. As you have the device in your mouth, you want to continue keeping your lips together. Once your lips are placed into the device, you want to slowly pull back on the cylinder. This creates a pump action, to which shows results of fuller, sexier lips. What I love most about this product is the fact the directions are so informative, yet simple and direct. When you first start using this product, it is recommended that you use it only a few times a day, for only two seconds at a time. The directions state that it is best to start at the minimal for 10 to 14 days. As time continues, you can increase each time. The directions give you estimated times, which is great. The Luscious Lips system comes with such good directions on proper usage and even lists possible risks. After you have used the Luscious Lips plumping device, it is recommended that you apply the Therapeutic Lip Creme (also known as TLC). This amazing lip creme possesses an array of nutrients that are good for your lips and even includes a special, scientifically safe plumping agent from France. What makes this creme even more is amazing, is the fact it possesses a sweet, yet flavorful aroma and flavor. I have tried an array of lip plumping products. Sure some of them work, but only moderately or temporary. This product is truly a force to be reckoned with. This product is truly effective and so far, the results have been outstanding. The Luscious Lips system is easily one of the best lip products in the world today and one of the most practical, underrated innovations in the beauty business. I truly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to achieve a fuller, sexier pout. This is your answer. With this amazing lip product, you have my promise, that it does work.

Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eye-Liner Gel in Blacktrack

This amazing eyeliner product by MAC is marketed as a gel formula that provides the precision and essence of a liquid liner, but with a silkier, yet softer finish. It is applied with a brush and can be applied moderately or generously, depending on what you want to achieve with it. I find this product to do more than just that. This amazing eyeliner product is very easy to apply and allows you to fix your mistakes with ease. The color "Blacktrack" is a very nice black. What makes this color so amazing is the fact that it is rich, but also flexible and versatile and can be used with any kind of eye make-up look. It is not only long wearing, but smudge proof and definitely lives up to it's promise. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great eyeliner product and to be honest, I would definitely purchase this again.

Eye Shadow -NYX - Ultra Pearl Mania

I first discovered NYX cosmetics when I was doing a search on MAC pigments. During my search, I had the opportunity to discover the prestige and quality of such an affordable product. It was then that I was ultimately swayed to purchase the pigments for myself. Although the pigments seem huge, they are rather small (not too small to the extent they are misleading in pictures, but about 5 gm), but radically modest. The colors are beautiful and since the powders in these pigments are loose, you can create your own pigment by mixing the shades together. What made me extremely impressed with NYX Ultra Pearl Mania was the fact these shades look even prettier in person and are so versatile and flexible, they work whether for a natural or dramatic kind of look. You can apply them as an eyeshadow or even a luminizer, as well as, top for gloss. You don't even need that much to achieve the desired effect and knowing that these pigments do not burn a hole in your wallet, makes them even more interesting. If you are looking for a great pigment that is universal, yet effective for a rather affordable price, NYX Pearl Mania is your product.

One of the most universal, yet unique products in the beauty market today is definitely the Shadestick by MAC. As one of the most fluent necessities in the modern cosmetic market, I truly believe that this amazingly eye shadow inspired product is truly a force to be reckoned with. I was first introduced to this amazingly unique MAC eye product when a friend of mine (who is a professional makeup artist) recommended it to me over the telephone. Although, I felt convinced, I was rather skeptical as I assumed a product that worked as an eyeliner and an eyeshadow would be messy. I was wrong. The base of MAC shadestick is rather creamy in content goes on rather light, yet smooth and dries to the ultimate powder finish, delivering only visibility. Depending on the amount of visibility (whether natural or dramatic) is entirely up to you. Whether used alone or underneath your favorite shadow or pigment, the MAC shadestick proves to be modestly beneficial in just about any way. What I love about the MAC shadestick is the fact it can be worn as an eyeshadow or as an eyeliner and goes radically great with just about any eyeshadow or pigment. In fact, it's great to achieve any look. Some of my favorite MAC Shadestick colors include: Sharkskin, Taupographic, Shimmersand, and Beige-ing. The MAC Shadestick is truly one of my favorite products and once you are introduced to this fine, yet universally unique beauty product, you will be addicted, as well. If you haven't tried it, I truly recommend that you do.

Lip Gloss -Lancome - Lancome Juicy Tubes

I was first introduced to Lancome Juicy Tubes when a friend of mine started using them all of the time. I have seen quite a few other cosmetic companies and brands possess these uniquely fruity inspired gel lip concepts, so I was sort of skeptical, as the price was higher than the average cosmetic quo. What I love about these fruity inspired lip gels is the fact they are eclectic, yet fun and possess a lot of varieties, that fuel dopamine and make them radically addicting. Combining a heavy gloss in a form of a gel, mixed with a flavor of fruity temptation, you are destined to love Lancome's popular Juicy Tubes. I do NOT recommend Juicy Tubes to individuals who are not fond of a gloss that sticks to your hair, when you are driving or riding with the top down in a convertible. In fact, even an updo with a little bit of fallout, will stick to this gloss. As the coverage may appear light, it's rather heavy gloss and it does possess dramatic effects, as a result. I recommend this amazingly fluid lip product to individuals looking for a great gloss that is heavy, yet modestly visible. My favorite Juicy Tube colors are: Juicy Tubes World Tour in Peach Mochi, Juicy Tubes Jelly in Touched By Light, Juicy Tubes Smoothie in Spring Fling, and Juicy Tubes Sparkling Night in Sky Diamond. I have developed a huge appreciation and respect for Lancome products, that these individual lip gels have become a huge part of my life, as a result.

Mascara -Lancome - Courbe Virtuose Mascara (Divine Lasting Curves)

The first time I heard about this glamorous inspired mascara was when I was turning the pages of Vogue magazine. I remember seeing the ad and thinking to myself "I wonder if this mascara actually lives up to it's promise". I had read an array of mixed reviews on the internet, with people stating that it clumped and just didn't work for them. As desperate as I was to finding "something" that would work for me, I made a trip to Belk. I was inspired then to really inquire more about this fluently innovative mascara. I had questioned the girl about an array of Lancome products. I had asked her about mascaras and I asked her which was popular and what she recommended. She wasn't hesitant to mention the "Courbe Virtuose" mascara, insisting that it was the best they had. I had tried quite a few Lancome mascaras and although I was satisfied with quite a few, there were some that didn't live up to their actual promise. The concept of this mascara is rather simple. I decided to purchase this amazingly fluent mascara in black. In an attempt to not go away empty handed, I used some and to my observation my lashes felt not only natural, but there was a modest enhancement with just one coat. I have found that the actual concept and general marketing pitch of promising a curvier lash did, in fact, live up to it's name. The mascara is amazing and truly a force to be reckoned with. I do NOT, however; recommend the Courbe Virtuose mascara to individuals who want something dramatic and coat their eyelashes significantly. I have attempted this and the mascara tends to clump and become a mess, as it takes quite a while to actually dry. Doing such actually gives you the opposite result of what you are hoping to achieve. I do, however; recommend the Courbe Virtuose mascara to individuals looking for a natural, yet subtle practical mascara that is good to enhance the general beauty you already have. Although the mascara is far from perfect, it provides quite a few elemental addities that promote a curvy, sexy lash without applying it heavily. You can purchase the Courbe Virtuose mascara by Lancome for $24.50 at Macy's, Belk, Sephora, or Neiman Marcus, as well as, the official Lancome website.

Mascara -Lancome - Hypnose

Searching for the perfect mascara can be as troubling as finding the perfect anything. As I do not believe a perfect mascara exists, I have found quite a few mascaras that come close. However; Hypnose by Lancome definitely does not. In fact, Hypnose by Lancome is an average mascara, at best. As much as I love Lancome, a brand I trust, I do not love this mascara. When you apply it moderately, it's content is a bit stinky and kind of hangs on the lash. It also tends to clump, making it a mess to fix when it smears on your skin. When I choose a mascara, I go for mascaras that feel natural and lightweight, as opposed to something dramatic and heavy. This mascara was a bit heavy and obviously just didn't work for me. I do not recommend this product to individuals looking for a lightweight mascara, with a modest enhancement nor anyone looking to spend at least $20 on a mascara that possesses qualities like mascaras less than half the price. All individuals are uniquely different and probably have had a different experience. One thing is certain, Lancome does provide an array of amazing mascaras, however; Hynose mascara is just not one of them. It simply, did not work for me.

Mascara -Lancome - Flextencils

In search of the "perfect" mascara, I have tried an array of individual mascaras before deciding which one was just the ultimate mascara for me. A friend of mine gave me a sample of "Flextencils" mascara by Lancome in black and insisted that I try it, as it was to be discontinued. What I loved about this mascara was the fact that you don't need to coat your lashes repeatedly, to achieve a dramatic look. In fact, using too much can actually cause a reverse effect. This product is fluid and creates simplicity using moderate enhancement and quality. This mascara is a full extension curving mascara, with a minimal effect for those individuals looking for a modest medium to lengthen and strengthen the natural lash. What I loved most was the fact that this Lancome mascara did not rub off nor smear. I do NOT recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a dramatic lash or anyone who is not willing to spend at least $20 for a mascara. However; I do recommend this product to individuals who are in favor of simplicity and want to achieve an enhanced, yet natural lash. Also, if you are looking to spend at least $20 on a mascara, Flextencils mascara by Lancome is your mascara.
