You know a product is actually good stuff and working when the man in your life asks you what you're doing differently with your skin/makeup and gives you a compliment. That's what happened to me within days of just recently purchasing this product. I have to say that sold me on it! I also love the way this stuff smells. I use two pumps worth morning and night. Even though it says it's a night cream, my facialist said it's okay to use it during the day too. In the morning I apply my Skinceauticals serum first after I wash my face. Then apply this moisturizer then my sunscreen. At night, I put this on right after I wash my face. Then I wait 30 minutes and then apply my Renova. I definitely will buy this again as my regular moisturizer. I tend to be acne prone, but this did not make me break out at all. Using this product and Renova, my skin is looking more amazing than ever. It is a bit pricey at $110.
Got this product because I needed a new black eyeliner. I love this eyeliner because it doesn't smear when you wear it on the upper lid and lasts all day long. I apply the pencil liner then go over it with a brush to smear it out a bit to get the smoldering look. The name speaks for itself. Your dramatic eye will be smoldering. I even use this sparingly in the day for my office work makeup. I tend not to use it though under my eye because I noticed it does smear and I get racoon eyes after a couple of hours if I use it underneath my eye. I use a regular dark brown eyeliner for underneath my eye so it doesn't smear throughout the day.
This is defnitely a repeat purchase product. I use it about twice a week and my face feels so refreshed and glowing afterwards. It really helps revitalize your skin. I keep mine in the fridge for a cooling effect. I leave it on for about 15 minutes and when I take it off I feel like my face has gotten a good cleaning. It's so refreshing because it sucks up any excess oil on your skin. Would definitely buy this again for $11.75 product that will last me a couple of months.
Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Renova - Renova Rx cream

Renova is an amazing product that I am COMPLETELY in love with. I was previously using Tazorac because my insurance covered my prescription for this for acne treatment. My facialist at my dermo office finally convinced me to purchase it for the prevention of fine lines and wrinkles even though I would pay full price of $160 for 40g. I'm using the .02% cream on a nightly basis and within a week I noticed a DRAMATIC difference. My skin is so silky smooth. My skin has never been so smooth and my primer/foundation looks great because of the fact my skin is so soft. The texture of my skin feels like fresh new skin everyday. Tazorac used to make my skin peel and made my face really dry. But the Renova has no adverse side affects. This will definitely be a staple product I will continue to use indefinitely.
Lip Gloss -Fusion Beauty - Lip Fusion Plump & Replump - Beauty

Absolutely love the Lip Fusion newest color...CRAVE. Lipfusion are the only lipglosses I will purchase. As a matter of fact, I won't purchase a lip gloss unless it's a lip plumper too. It has a sparkly effect to it that goes amazingly well with my Nars Orgasm blush.
This is a great concealer. I love this concealer along with Stila as one of my favorites. It provides great coverage. A great buy.
I decided to try this product instead of my usual MAC paints in a tube that I swear by and I actually prefer the paint pot better. The consistency and quality of the product is identical to the paints in a tube, but I prefer the jar better because you can use it sparingly. One of my complaints about the Paints when you squeeze the tube is the initial time you open it, air pushes out too much product and you tend to squeeze out more product than you need and waste it with each use. With the pots, you only use the amount of product you needing my dabbing in your concealer brush. I will not wear eyeshadow without one of these MAC products ever! This is the best product on the market to avoid eyeshadow creasing and is must staple product! Your eyeshadow will last all day without creasing or flaking regardless of the weather climate.
Crème -Estee Lauder - Re-Nutriv Intensive Lifting Makeup SPF15

This is great creme based foundation that provides phenomenal coverage! It actually is a much more affordable substitute to La Prairie. The product lasts a long time and it goes on very smooth and looks flawless. Unfortunately because of my acne prone skin I had to switch to an oil free foundation. I use this only on special occasions and weekend wear because it's not oil free. I actually had the Neiman Marcus sales person put this product on one side of my face and La Prairie on the other side. I polled a few males who were walking by, and they all preferred the Estee Lauder side of my face. It's pricey, but cheaper than La Prairie, but since you need so little product it's definitely worth the price. You will be tempted to use more product but you only need four dabs, one on the forehead, one on each cheek, and one on your chin. If you apply more than this you will look cakey and regret it. Use this product sparingly and your foundation will look stunning.
Foundations -Make Up For Ever - HD High Definition Foundation

I LOVE this new foundation and I am so glad I decided to try this based on a recommendation from Sephora and Kim Kardashian's how to videos on her website. As you will read from my other product reviews I have tried every high end foundation on the market. I am always looking for the next best thing in foundations. Although my beloved La Prairie caviar foundation will always be near and dear to my heart, my dermatologist asked me to switch to an oil free foundation. I am also a fan of Make Up Forever's face and body foundation, I tend to use that product up really fast in one month. Thanks to my error in applying it with a sponge applicator since it is so fluid. By far, this is MUF's best foundation to date! I love the hygiene friendly pump container. All you need is exactly two pumps for phenomenal coverage. The color match 125 was absolutely perfect for me. I use it underneath Laura Mercier's oil free foundation primer and also use the high definition loose powder with it. Although I have two fabulous foundation brushes I reluctantly applied it with a kabuki brush after seeing Kim Kardashian's make up video. I was surprised and impressed by the coverage. Who would have known you can apply liquid foundation with a kabuki brush!
Loose Powders -Make Up For Ever - HD High Definition Loose Powder

I love this powder and the fact this is white in color so if you get it all over the place, it doesn't stain or smear clothing. I bought this product in lieu of my usual MAC blot powder, and so far I am really enjoying the coverage. It really sets your foundation and eliminates any shine from your foundation and gives you a matte look. I personally prefer the dewey creamy look, but the Sephora salesperson convinced me I needed loose powder to set my foundation. I definitely can attest that my foundation stays on the entire day without any need for any touch up. Not sure if it's the powder, the foundation or the primer I use, but the powder sets well. My only complaint is the small size of the jar, not the quantity but the size of the container itself. Because the container opening is smaller than MAC's it's difficult to get your brush in the container itself, and you have to remove the amount of product you need out of the container, then use your powder brush.
I bought this mascara based on a recommendation from the Sephora salesperson. Although the product looks good, provides volume and length, I did not care for the high technology "fibers" that make this product unique. Even if you apply makeup remover, you will notice these "fibers" begin to build up on your lashes after daily use and after using makeup remover. The "fibers" are very rubbery and bouncy in texture, that will have to pull off your eyelashes with your fingernails to remove the build up of mascara fibers. Although you can pull these rubbery very flexible "fiber" particles off your eyelashes, I don't like the idea of tugging on pulling on my precious eyelashes. I'm always afraid the pulling is going to make my eyelashes fall off! I definitely don't want to lose a single strand of eyelash.
This is my back up OTC mascara when I don't want to spend a lot of money on mascara. This is the closest OTC drugstore formula compared to my beloved Dior Show mascara. I like the oversized brush and it doesn't smear nor do you get clumpy build up, common with most drugstore mascaras. This is my go mascara when I want to save some money.
Primer/ Corrector -Laura Mercier - Foundation Primer Oil -Free
SandraBonita 9/8/2008 10:51:00 PM
I absolutely LOVE this primer. Although I am a big fan of Smashbox's primer and also Make Up Forever & MAC's primers, my facialist asked me to switch to an oil free primer. I know just about every make up line makes a primer in an oil free formula, but this is really the best value. Most primers are 1 oz. in this similiar price range, you get 1.7 oz. for the same price if not cheaper! The smell is not amazing, but it's not a big issue. The only thing that's missing is the fact it does not have SPF sun protection. Wearing primer underneath your foundation does absolutely make a positive difference in how smooth your face appears. It works well with my Make Up Forever High Definition Foundation. You only need a pea sized amount to apply to your face.
Dare I say this ladies, my under eye areas was starting to seem a little dull. Not necessarily dark, but a little puffy. I debated back and forth between a concealer or a highlighter and decided on buying the MAC Fast Response to treat my undereye area. I put this undereath my Make Up Forever Lift Concealer. I wish I could find a product that both treats and conceals, so until then I will continue to buy Fast Response as a staple product. Update... I have to say this is a repeat product that I'm now purchasing on a monthly basis. It's one of my staple products that I will continue to buy and use on a daily basis.
It is a beautiful color and it has a very tingly effect that would make one believe the product is actually working. The smell is also lovely and the scent is quite tasty. But the tingly sensation is so intense for me that it makes my upper lip prespire. Which is not exactly the sweaty look I am going for. I am giving this product a low rating because of the feedback I received from the opposite sex that it was "wow, you're wearing that sticky lipstick again". So I figured if this was worth mentioning, it must not be a pleasurable experience with this lip plumper. With so many other lip gloss products on the market, I will stick with purchasing a separate product as a lip plumper and purchase a lighter less stickier lip gloss. ++++ UPDATE++ After trying Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme, I am officially back to Lip Fusion XL!!
