I love this product! For reference I have a skin condition called Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Faceii where my cheeks can get flushed and red. This calms them down pretty well. I use it in the morning and at night. Pros- 1.) The price. You get 170ml for $28.00. They even have a bigger one, a 12oz also. 2.) Lasts a looooong time even if you use it for both your body and your face. (I only use it for my face) so I get more bang for my buck. 3.) Calms my sensitive skin down. It has ingredients like colloidal oatmeal (great for Eczema, Rosacea, Keratosis Pilaris, etc.), eucalyptus oil (which is supposed to be soothing but there are disputes on that) licorice root (proven effective for Rosacea sufferers). 4.) Free of parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, and synthetic dyes. 4.) Sinks right in and hydrates my skin very well. I get dry in the winter and combination oily-to oily in the summer. 5.) Has multiple uses. Can be used for as a face cream, body butter, hand cream, foot cream, or whatever you choose. Cons- 1.) Doesn't really have anti-aging properties like AHA, BHA, or Retinyl palmitate, retinoids, etc. Does contain some amount of antioxidants and ceramides though. (Anti-aging is not what I was looking for when I bought this so it's fine for me). 2.) Maybe too moisturizing for summer or oily skinned individuals. Overall 5 out of 5 for me.

Lotions/ Creams -The Body Shop - Mango Body Butter
rated 3 of 5
Saibachick 3/3/2013 2:38:00 AM

I love this body butter the best out of all The Body Shop body butters. It's just so nice for the winter as it's highly moisturizing and smells heavenly. The mango scent is just so nice in this product. Pros- 1.) The smell. Just the smell. I'm a lover of mango smells though so if you are not you may not like it. But it smells exactly of the mango fruit, no artificial smell in my opinion. 2.) Extremely moisturizing. Definitely lasts 24 hours and even beyond for me. 3.) Non sticky. Just sinks in. 4.) The packaging is actually very sturdy and cute. You won't have to worry about dropping it and product going everywhere because it twists closed very well. 5.) Can actually last you a long time if you buy the jumbo which is only $5 more. Cons- 1.) The price. I feel the price is unwarranted for this...it's not THAT good. But with The Body Shop's frequent sales you can get it for half price at times with their buy 3 get 3 sale and if you buy the jumbo you get a little more bang for your buck. 2.) If you are adverse to using parabens avoid this as it's in the ingredients list. 3.) Could be a little too moisturizing to non-dry skin types. I wouldn't recommend this at all for the summer. Too moisturizing. Overall 3-1/2 out of 5.

Lip Treatments -The Body Shop - Lip Butter - Shea
rated 4 of 5
Saibachick 3/3/2013 2:29:00 AM

I see a lot of people say this product or The Body Shop Lip Butters in particular dry their lips out instead of moisturize. I'm one of the ones where it does the exact opposite. These lip butters are the only thing that moisturizes my lips the best out of any lip moisturizer I've used. I don't have particularly dry lips in the first place and they can be easily moisturized however, so keep that in mind. They all smell heavenly also. The Shea Butter smells like some kind of icing or lovely baked food, it just smells sooooo good! Pros- 1.) My lips seem to drink it this product up. It keeps my lips moisturized all night and I get a small amount of plumping because my lips are very moisturized for it. 2.) They last a very long time as you don't have to use much product. Cons- 1.) This one I would recommend for night as it has a white caste that is VERY obvious and noticeable. There really isn't a way to tone that down unless you use very little product. 2.) If you're the type that doesn't like dipping their fingers into a product that's another negative. 3.) I also feel the price is somewhat steep for such a small amount of product. However, The Body Shop does frequent sales such as buy 3 get 3 free which is basically half off every product you buy so then it's $3 instead of $6 so a much better price. Now I have more cons than pros but this product is a winner for me. Overall I give this a 4 out of 5.

Eye Shadow -Maybelline - COLOR TATTOO barely beige
rated 5 of 5
Saibachick 10/10/2012 8:06:00 PM

I love this cream eye shadow! I find it to be a pretty good dupe of MAC Barestudy paint pot. It's not exact but it's very close. But onto the product quality: The application of this is not patchy at all and so smooth. The product also stays on lids for a very long time and lives up to its name of 24hr. I have oily lids and these 24hr cream eye shadows are some of the few cream eye shadows I can actually wear without the oil melting it off. Make sure to close the packaging as tight as you can so that it doesn't dry up. I am a bit sad that this is supposedly limited edition and really hoping that Maybelline changes their mind. All of the other colors in this particular line they have are very bright and colorful and there are not as many neutrals. This is perfect to sweep over your lids on lazy days and to help brighten up any look. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good neutral cream eye shadow that's not going to break your bank.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast Waterproof
rated 5 of 5
Saibachick 6/14/2012 2:45:00 AM

This is the only American mascara that I trust right now, I know that sounds bad but it's hard to find any that will hold my curl all day and still separate very well. Their other formulations like 24+, etc...I don't like them as much as this, and I keep coming back to this mascara only. Anyway, I don't really look for length in this product but it does that also. I find this to be very helpful for holding my curl as opposed to MANY other mascaras I have been through. I finally found my HG because of price and availability. Before this I was ordering Japanese mascaras which are amazing but expensive and I don't really enjoy ordering online unless I have no other choice. So this is HG for me!

BB Cream -Skin79 - Super+ BB Cream Gold Label
rated 5 of 5
Saibachick 6/14/2012 2:37:00 AM

I really haven't worn foundation ever again after I discovered B.B. Creams. This was my first, even though I have oily skin. I use the gold one during winter and the pink during summer, the pink is better for my oily skin. The gold one however, is more moisturizing and great for winter. I got so many compliments on my skin when I wore these as apposed to foundation. The coverage isn't as high as foundation but I'd give it medium coverage. The packaging is very cute and sleek at the same time. You won't have to worry about anything unsanitary with this as it has that great little pump. Also, you can apply this with a foundation brush, sponge, or your hands. Hands seems to work better with some B.B. Creams though. If you're thinking about trying B.B. Cream I'd definitely try this one out, especially if you have normal to dry skin.

Lips -Lioele - Blooming Pop - Orange Tint
rated 5 of 5
Saibachick 6/14/2012 2:30:00 AM

I love Lioele products! Their lip tints are amazing, this one is especially my favorite because of the color. I thought it would be orange like in the bottle but it's this wonderful coral peachy color that I adore. Didn't dry out my lips but I usually had a lip balm applied before hand. I mainly use this for my lips but it looks amazing on cheeks too. Great if you're looking for dupes to Benefit's Benetint, chacha tint, etc. I highly recommend these!

Styling Products -TRESemme - Instant Heat Tamer Spray
rated 4 of 5
Saibachick 6/14/2012 2:27:00 AM

They've changed the packaging! I used to have leaking problems with this when traveling but not now, which is great :D I use this all the time to protect my hair. Smells good, cheap (considering the price of others) and seems to do it's job for me. I don't have split ends anymore and if I use it religiously I definitely don't.

Sunscreen -Shiseido - Ultimate Sun Protection Cream SPF 55 PA+++ [DISCONTINUED]
rated 4 of 5
Saibachick 6/14/2012 2:23:00 AM

This is currently my sunscreen staple because it contains zinc and titanium dioxide. I can't find many sunscreens readily available in America that have that high a content. Because it has high contents of zinc and titanium oxide, it tends to leave a bit of a white cast. Which is fine because it does dissipate a little after it dries. Now I'm not sure if this is micronized or nano zinc since it leaves that white cast but for the percentage it's remarkably not as white as say (badger sunscreen) and I haven't asked the company if it's micro or nano yet. But being a physical sunscreen it should stay on all day and there's no need to reapply, that's why I chose this sunscreen, pricey or not. One of the few sunscreens readily available in America that offers a good amount of UVA protection all day. It doesn't contain alcohol so that's a big plus in my book, no drying experience. It does work as an amazing makeup primer too, probably because of the silicone. Packaging is very nice and you can get pretty much all of the product out, even when you're hitting pan on it. I'll definitely keep buying as long as they don't change the formulation or lower the percentage of zinc and titanium.

Lips -Unlisted Brand - Perfectly Pure - Vitamin E Moisturizing Stick
rated 5 of 5
Saibachick 6/14/2012 2:14:00 AM

Considering this is so cheap and readily available at walmart I wasn't really considering picking it up because I didn't see the functionality of this product. Boy was I wrong! I love this because of the cheapness and you can use it under your eye area (carefully, don't let it tug. Roll it on gently) and on your lips. Though I don't know about using one stick for both areas...that's a little unsanitary so because they are so cheap, buy two, heck buy more! Our eye area is lacking in oil glands so it's a very cheap way to get some needed moisture there. Use it alone, or use it under an eye cream to get some more moisture. If you know you are millia prone then please I wouldn't use this, but I have had no problems with that in the 3 years I've been using this for my eyes. Now for the lips, alone it's not that great because it kinda looses it's moisture quickly because of the fact that it's oil and just oil, nothing else to help it stay. But if you put this under lipstick I find that it works perfectly to help lipstick glide on. So anyway, I love this product! Did I mention it's cheap? XD

Treatments (Eye) -L'Oreal - Lash Boosting Serum
rated 4 of 5
Saibachick 6/14/2012 2:05:00 AM

I use this every night, plus mornings when I'm not wearing makeup. I can definitely tell the difference in my lashes strength when I'm not using this. When I stop, my lashes break off more. I have very lengthy lashes myself and I haven't seen any growth in that regard however, I use this mainly to help maintain the strength of my lashes from wearing waterproof mascara a lot and to help with their fullness which I have noticed a difference too. All in all, I can't say much for length but this definitely helps strength and fullness and I can recommend it for anyone looking for that :) It's become a staple for me

Eyes -MAC - Paint Pot in Rubenesque
rated 4 of 5
Saibachick 6/14/2012 1:10:00 AM

The color of this paint pot is just gorgeous! Whole reason why I got it really and was surprised (because I've never used a paint pot, let alone MAC) at the way it applies. Goes on smoothly like butter. I've had no problems with it applying patchy. The color is amazing in the pot and out. I would definitely buy again, but I don't see myself running out of this anytime soon XD there's a LOT of product here, another plus.

Eyeliner -Physicians Formula - Eye booster eyeliner + serum
rated 5 of 5
Saibachick 6/14/2012 1:05:00 AM

I love this product so much! Before I was buying Japanese liquid eyeliners online because I couldn't find a good priced American liquid eyeliner that was packaged this way. All of them had it in a little bottle with a wand you pulled out and I couldn't get precise lines, etc. This is why I love this product, it's easy to apply, no smudging, no flaking, great pigmented line, precise lining, great packaging, convenient to find in many stores. Can't say so much about the eyelash serum that's supposedly in there cause I was only really looking for a liquid eyeliner and not looking at my eyelashes. Anyway, if you are looking for a great eyeliner this is definitely one of the best!

Moisturizers -Physicians Formula - Redness Relief Moisturizer
rated 4 of 5
Saibachick 6/14/2012 12:57:00 AM

Wow, a lot of comments about how this product wouldn't suit people with oily skin, even though I have oily skin I love this product believe it or not. It doesn't clog my pores, though I am not an acne prone person. I have oily skin, but it is not super oily and my pores don't get clogged easily. I do have breakouts but I mostly when my hormones levels go up. I also have a bit of redness on my cheeks and nose that really bothers me so I thought to pick this up. It worked very well to help my redness! I don't see very bad ingredients in this product either, it's oil free. I thought it moisturized very well and I can see this being a lot more helpful for people with normal or dry skin with redness. Though again, it worked for me an oily skinned person. However, don't pick up the one with the green tint to use at night! That really shouldn't be used at night and that may be why some people are having their pores get clogged because that green tint is a lot like wearing makeup at night. There's a regular moisturizer and then one with green tint in it. That one is more for the morning under makeup, etc. Anyway everyone is different. It worked very well for me and I will definitely buy this again. Though the price is a bit of a downer.
