This product is amazing, and for me it's truly HG. On busy mornings, I can use this on its own without primer or moisturizer and it spreads beautifully. On days when I have extra time, primer and moisturizer work beautifully under this product as well. I find that I don't need to use a setting powder with this at all because it never goes "shiny" throughout the day. The Too Faced BB evens my skin tone and makes my skin glow. It's great for daytime, or a low-key evening look. Light/medium coverage. Natural glowing finish. Evens skin tone and makes skin look more healthy. Lasts all day. Quick and easy to use (I just blend it in with my fingertips). I use the colour Vanilla Glow, which matches my light, yellow under-toned skin (NC20-ish) perfectly. My skin is normal/combination.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express One by One

A good mascara. Separates, defines, thickens, even lengthens a bit. Doesn't flake or smudge. I even wore it during a 15 minute walk to school in the snow yesterday and it didn't move. I usually don't like plastic mascara brushes but I saw Lisa Eldridge use this in one of her videos so I thought I'd try it and I'm glad I did. It's a reliable mascara and it often goes on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart so that's when I'll pick it up. I just use the washable one, not the waterproof. It removes easily with the products I use to cleanse my face (Neutrogena Fresh Foaming wash, or Bioderma Sensibio).

Eye Makeup Remover -Neutrogena - Oil Free eye makeup remover

I bought this because I read somewhere on the internet that it was a dupe for Lancome's Bi-Facil. Well, it's not. I have to soak SEVERAL cotton pads to remove all my mascara - and I don't even wear waterproof mascara. It takes forever to get all my eye makeup off with this stuff. Also, all the excess rubbing ends up irritating my eyes. Do not like. If you want a good, cheap eye makeup remover, pick up the Kirkland Signatures facial wipes from Costco. They're cheap and they work great.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Colossal

This mascara rocks. I've been looking for a new HG mascara for years ever since my old HG, Maybelline Full N Soft, became really difficult to find (and if I do find it the quality is inconsistent). Full N Soft used to be great - it was buildable, and after two or three coats (sometimes four or five) my lashes looked amazing - full, separated, voluminous, lengthened. The great thing about the Colossal is that I get the same amazing lashes I used to get with Full N Soft with only one coat of mascara! Literally one coat and your lashes look fantastic. The thing is that the Colossal isn't buildable. Once it dries you can't add another coat or else you start getting clumps. Luckily you don't need extra coats because one is enough for perfect lashes. I can't say enough about how much I love this mascara!!
