I used to spray this in my office to give it a clean scent. I would also use it on myself, especially in summer it's nice. Smells like freshly laundered clothing.
This is a good clean scent for summer, makes a bit more of a statement than many summer scents, but still appropriate. Smells like you just got out of the shower, which I like. I might not buy it again, just because there are others in that category that I like as much or better, such as Carriere.
This actually smelled quite pleasant, like a young fruity smell. But I would have to test it again to see if I would buy it again.
I wanted to like this one. Plum with spice sounded so nice. Oh well, it was not to be. Too heavy and sweet. No distinct plum smell either.
This is a relatively pleasant citrus floral. I would need to test it again to see if I would buy it again.
Smells rancid and I had an allergic reaction to this fragrance - my arm turned bright red. Should be taken off the market. UPDATE: 4/19/04 I have been informed that cinnamon in general can cause allergic reactions in some people.
I love the Dragonfly blue packaging and the prices can't be beat. But I hated this scent. First of all, it smells like cinammon with some kind of rancid aftertaste/smell. I couldn't wait to get it off. Second of all, and perhaps more alarmingly, it caused an allergic reaction on my arm where I had put! I had heard that others had a similar reaction to this scent. I never reacted to any other of Dragonfly blue's scents. For that reason, I really think they should not sell it any more.
I tried these scents at Sephora. The only one that smelled good on me, with my chemistry, was orchid. It was a bit spicy, and I prefer warm, spicy scents. Rose was non-descript - there are far better roses out there; Jasmine was too heavy and dry; Magnolia was light and too sweet. Hibiscus and Peony were the nicest after Orchid. I don't know what a peony flower is supposed to smell like, though. Peony was sort of a light, sweet non-offensive scent. I don't think I would buy it personally (I'd more likely buy Orchid or Hibiscus)but if someone really liked peonies I could see liking this scent.
I have never liked this fragrance. You can find it pretty cheap in discount stores like TJ Maxx or Marshalls. I had high hopes for it because of the name - I like spicy scents. However, I don't smell a lot of spices or even coriander itself in this scent. To me it just smells green and very masculine.
Allure is one of my no-fail sexy date perfumes. I have received compliments on it. I much prefer the EDT formulation -it is far superior to the EDP. EDT is richer, sweeter, and more "bubbly", which is one of the appeals of Allure. This is one of the few fragrances with a citrus top-note that I can wear, because on the whole it's a warm floral scent with vanilla and some soft spices.
This is a perfectly acceptable fragrance, but nothing special. To be honest, it smells like half the other fragrances out there - sweet and watery and non-descript. It's a bit less offensive than most of the modern scents because it's not too fruity or sharp. But there are much better rose scents out there.

Beautiful bottle. I was impressed with this scent. Sweet powdery rose with a kick - very romantic and feminine. I don't usually like such sweet fragrances but this one was very nice.
Fragrances -Guerlain - Shalimar Eau Légère - Light

Really did not like this scent. The only product in the Shalimar original line I like is the Parfum, and the hair gel. These scents are heavier on the vanilla and base notes, and easier on the citrus top notes, which I find jarring in Shalimar. Sadly, Shalimar Light is if anything heavier on the top notes, and with less base notes. It is not an improvement - in fact, it's much more unpleasant than the regular Shalimar.
I really like this. It's a pleasant mild tea slightly floral scent. The general effect is a bit citrusy but more feminine than most citruses. I don't smell any cherry though, so I like to layer it over a cherry scent.
On my skin this smells so much like Coco Mademoiselle, must be the combination of orange and rose. However, I like Coco Mad. much better - the vetiver-patchouli drydown on this is great. In Carolina, the drydown still smells too sweet, like orange - yuck.
