What a gorgeous, versatile color. I agree with other reviewers, this is a nice peachy pink coral with gold shimmer. If the shimmer scares you, don't worry. It's very wearable and flattering. It will look wonderful on you if you tend to do well with warm toned colors. This would perfectly complete a bronzey summer tan look. I can't wait to wear this on my upcoming beach vacation! I took off one lippie for the smell, which really is gross. I wish Rimmel would change it. But it's worth toughing it out for the gorgeous color.

I am NC 30 with auburn hair. Even though I'm technically neutral, I find that I can't really wear cool colors. I do much better with peach tones, but despite this I recently got obsessed with going on a search for the perfect baby pink lipstick. This is not it. It's fucshia and has blue/mauve undertones. Looks terrible on me. Returning it.
I bought this looking for a baby pink that would work with my NC30 skin and brunette/auburn hair. Unfortunately it looks terrible on me. I'd call this more of a barbie pink than a baby pink. It has a definite blue/mauve undertone that just makes me look fake and clownish and weird. I am returning this.
This is a decent lengthening mascara, though the tiny brush applicator does take some getting used to. The problem is, within the first few uses, the stopper on this mascara came right out. I've seen other posts about this on the boards, so I'm pretty sure it's a design flaw. I was underwhelmed overall and will stick to my NYX doll eye lengthening for a mid-end mascara.
The color on this? Amazing. The feel on the lips? Buttery soft. The long-term conditioning power for your lips? TERRIBLE. The packaging? Well come on... who likes a big finger-full of gloss? It sucks. After a week of using this, my lips dried out and started flaking. I returned it to Sephora and chalked it up to hype. Save yourself $8 girls. There are better butters out there.
Woo hoo! Finally found my HG eye makeup remover. I hated the oily ones most people love-- too much residue. Hated more watery ones, because they could never get w/p stuff off. Finally resorted to jojoba oil, but it made my vision swimmy after use. I went to a derm about dry patches on my eyelids and it turns out it was eczema. He gave me a sample of this to remove eye makeup, and it is so perfect. It's got a texture simliar to Aquaphor or vaseline, and it comes in a big tub. I put a bit on my fingers, then rub it into my thumbs before massaging my lashes, and lash line. Then I swipe over it with a cotton ball or cotton square. It does a GREAT job of dissolving all makeup, and it gets every last bit off, waterproof or otherwise. I follow with a regular face cleanser like Purpose. Sometimes I need to take the cotton ball and do a clean-up around my rims for stubborn w/p eyeliner, but the best part is that NONE of this irritates my sensitive eyes. I don't get weird vision, it doesn't sting, it just leaves my lashes and eye area feeling moisturized, relaxed, and supple. An absolute HG!

I have to say, even for $2.99 I was disappointed. I bought 361A, which is kind of a pinkish neutral with some shimmer. Looks beautiful in the tube, and even better on... but it starts to flake off in bits on my drinking glass within the first hours of application, and my lips are peeling and dry by the end of the day. Save yourself $3, this one is one of those WnW products that you should pass on when you get the "I want a fun d/s product uplift" urge.
Finally! I found an affordable mascara that gives decent results. Like Rimmel Lycra, this mascara actually does add length to my rather short and pathetic lashes. I agree with others that the brush is annoying, because you will always have to dab a big gob of mascara off the end of the applicator. But once that's done, it's easy to use and makes my eyelashes look as long as they can. A bargain, and I also like the WP version of this.
Thank you MUA, you helped me find another HG. This shampoo smells just like cloud 9.... just heavenly. It's also sulfate free, which was an important feature in my book. The lather is absolutely fantastic, and I find that this doesn't really build up in my hair either. It never makes my hair feel stripped down or heavy, and did I mention the scent? I loooove the scent. So clean and beautiful. HG, HG, HG, will be rebuying forever.
I decided to try a sample size of this before taking the plunge (they have them at Target). I love this lotion! It is thick, but I don't agree with other reviewers that it is oily. I put a little bit on the back of my hand, and rub both hands together, and then work it all in... and it has disappeared into my skin within minutes. The scent is bright and energizing, with lemon notes and a hint of something green.... it's perfect for a pick me up after your morning shower in the winter. I plan to buy the full size of this as soon as my sample runs out.

I am reviewing the older version apparently (the white tubes). It's sad to read that they've changed it... every time we find something we like, it gets DC'd! Well, if you can find the old stuff, it's great. My hands get really rough and chapped just below the thumb area, on the back of my hand. I think that gets the most wear and tear from constant washing in the winter. I used this MK set, and there is no more chapped or dry skin, at all. Literally, after one time. I had gotten this as a swap extra and forgotten about it, but now it's out on the coffee table where I can see it and remember to use it every night! A godsend for winter chapped hands.
Lipstick -Bobbi Brown - Lip Shimmer - Berry Shimmer
Refuge 1/15/2009 12:50:00 PM
This is my standby lipstick for in the purse. It's not really a berry color at all, it's more like a gold toned neutral with just enough shimmer to make it interesting. It flatters any look and goes great with my NC30 skintone. I am almost out of this, time to scour CCO for a replacement!
Moisturizers -Unlisted Brand - Complex 15 Therapeutic Face Cream

This is wonderful, gentle, unscented, affordable face lotion that you can get at the drugstore. I read a tip about it on the skin board, and I've been buying it like a fiend ever since! This is somewhat thin in texture, but it really soaks in and does a great job of moisturizing my face. I love this.
Incredible, incredible, incredible! Do yourself a favor and buy a bottle of this stuff for your bathroom. I put it on after I shower, and the lotion just soaks right into the skin. There is NO scent, it is not tacky or greasy, and it actually moisturizes. Sometimes I even use this on my face. I'd compare the quality to DDF Ultra Lite Moisturizing Dew. It's fantastic stuff, and such a bargain. HG!
Cleansers -Philosophy - Purity Made Simple High Foaming daily cleanser
Refuge 1/15/2009 12:44:00 PM
I jumped on the bandwagon and bought this.... it's OK. It doesn't smell like original Purity, which is my favorite part. And, the foam doesn't seem to do as good of a job at getting eye makeup off. Overall, I'm just not that impressed. Won't be buying again.
