I got this shadow as a Back 2 MAC shadow, and it stayed in my drawer for a while, but I got it out recently and its a beautiful color, such a great base color for smokey eyes and in the crease to blend. Love it.
I love this blush, it gives me such a great flush color. I bought it after I returned Benefit Dandelion because that blush was too light for me. This blush is great and blends beautifully. It made me look at other products from this brand and I'm very pleasantly surprised! I'm just not a fan of the cardboard packaging for the price. But the packaging does have great flair!
This primer had way too much shimmer in it. I felt like a disco ball, the gal at the counter said its not noticible when you put your foundation on, but it was. It did nothing to control oil which is the reason i bought it, so i returned it. I give it 2 lippies because when first applied your skin does feel nice and smooth.
This is the first liquid foundation I've used and haven't returned. I have oily skin and have always used powder foundations. But after reading and watching so many reviews on this I went to the NARS counter and decided to give it a try. I LOVE IT! It is so smooth and creamy with excellent coverage. It blends like a dream, I apply with my fingers and then buff in with my Sigma round top kabuki and it looks flawless. I'm in the shade "Barcelona" great color, the best match for my skin. The only draw back is it doesn't come with a pump, so I had to go onto the NARS website and purchase a pump for $5 which seems kind of ridiculous, but now I have one for future bottles I purchase.
Eye Makeup Remover -Neutrogena - Extra Gentle Eye Makeup Remover Pads

Bought these at target for $8.99 thinking they would be soaked with product like the almay pads, but NO! they are dry and useless for taking makeup off, they just smear the black fromt he mascara all over my face. Waste of money.
I'm on my second pan of this color, its my staple for eyes almost everyday. Its a great color on its own too. I use to use Jest or naked lunch but this is my new faorite base color for just about every look i do. I will always have this in my collection.
So lately I've been in searc for the a dry shampoo that doesn't leave a grey cast to my dark brown/black hair, with a smell thats refreshing not like a floral perfume found at an estate sale, this task is almost imposible to complete, until now! I read a review on this online and thought it sounded great, especially since the gal that did the review has dark hair like me. So at WalMart and I saw it ($2.74) and took it home for a try. It smell wonderful, provides great volume and leaves very very little residue ( I accept the fact that there will be some residue when you use a white spray on dark hair) But this was near invisible. So it wins in my book after endless purchases of very expensive to cheap dry shampoos. Its totally worth a try.
I really like this concealer, its not too heavy and MAC always have the perfect skin matches. It hids redness, dark circles, and blemishes like a champ. I just apply with fingers and blend with my 224 brush. Like many others I hate the pump, when you buy always ask for an empty sample container to salvage the excess product that comes out, you'll get way more use out of it. I like the doefoot applicator concept for this better but the pump won't stop me from buying this again. Sidnote: for under eye circles I use smashbox photo op eye brightener as a base then this concealer underneath and it gives a weightless full coverage concealing of those pesky dark circles. I swear by it.
I would always go back to this cleanser thinking it was better than any other that I had previously tried. But it never seemed to help my skin. I have oily acne prone skin and while this did cleanse my face without irritating it did nothing else. Would always buy buy get tired of it easily, never finished a bottle. There are better products out there for about the same price.
This is NOT the blush for all skin tones, and it does not last after its applied. I really do not like this blush and I really wanted to like it, I like others NARS blushes but this "cult" favorite is not a favorite of mine. I think I'll put it up for swap. The packaging is typical NARS that matte black that attracks all stains and powders to it so it looks dirty if you put it with other products. My money would have been better spent on other items.
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)

This is the only thing that hasn't creased on me, I've tried paint pots, and 'creasless" shadows and they all creased on me. I have really oily skin so things like to slip and slide all over the place. But this atleast keeps my eyeshadow in tact, and I feel I can now spend time on my eye makeup because it won't stray from my eyes and crease. I just hate the packaging like most people its a pain to know that you don't get what you pay for unless you cut the bottle open.
This was the first mascara I ever bought, just because I saw my mom using it when i was growing up and it has a 'cult' following....I DON'T GET IT! Its terrible and does nothing for my lashes. The brush is an okay size I'll give it that, but hated the formula and the fact that it smudges.
I hate these with a passion, it burns my eyes so bad, and breaks me out. I would not use these if you paid me. Contact lense wearers BEWARE...not for you!!
I don't know why I like this scent but I do, its a little floral and fruity but not over the top, on my second bottle so that says something. I always stock up on this when they have their 3 for $30 deal, can't beat that!!
Bronzers -Physicians Formula - Bronze Booster Pressed Bronzer - Med to Dark
RachaelPDX 3/22/2011 5:15:00 PM
This bronzer is better than any other MAC or other high end brand bronzer I've tried. I absolutely love the natural color it provides without an ounce of orange! Its not to shimmery or matte the perfect balance. I really enjoy this product and will purchase it again!
