I'm a gal that sticks with a fragrance for a long time before switching. Picked this one up at a duty free shop. Love this scent. My preference is fruity (have also loved Burberry Weekend for Women). I like the notes in this one. Three spritzes on my decollete in the morning and a little rubbed onto my wrists. Lasts all day, but not as heavy as a full perfume.

Liquid -Lancome - Teint Idole Fresh Wear

Discovered this product very recently. I'm middle aged, oily, dark hair and green eyes. Always seeking a decent foundation that has spf 15 or higher and some staying power. This is pretty darn good on both counts. It's winter, so I am wearing Bisque OW. If I go on a winter holiday I'll buy another shade. I don't mind mixing my shades as my skin changes colour. Pretty happy with the price, amount and availability. Will stick with this one for a while. Apply by pouring an amount on the back of your hand and use a makeup brush.

Scrubs -Arbonne - Awaken Sea Salt Scrub
rated 5 of 5

How I love this scrub!!! I love the scent and the results. I have some red spots around hair folicles from years of shaving and waxing. If I use this scrub on my legs before shaving in the shower I get a beautifully smooth result and the red spots are gone and any ingrown hair problems are calmed right down. I follow this with a 8 or 10% alpha hydroxy lotion like Paula's Choice or Neostrata and I'm loving my legs again. Best results are acheived if I do this every 2 weeks or so.

Primer/ Corrector -Avon - MagiX Face Perfector
rated 4 of 5

Bought this product 3 weeks ago from my intrepid Avon lady. Like it much better than Smashbox so far. The SPF 20 was a hugh bonus and it is very inexpensive. Does a very good job as a primer as I use liquid foundation and a foundation brush to apply. I also use it alone if I'm not doing a full makeup for whatever reason. I have been rotating this product with Smashbox and the various liquid foundations I've been playing with, but I think it's a keeper.

CD/Books/Movies -Paula's Choice - Don't Go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me 6th Edition
rated 4 of 5

I've been waiting for this 6th edition. There have been so many changes in skin products and cosmetics, and the 5th edition was very outdated. I am not a member of Paula's fan club, but her advice has caused me to reconsider my purchases and use of any products I buy. I do use some of her skin care products, but have been disappointed with any cosmetic items I've bought. I go to her book for the same reason I go to this wonderful site: to see what others have experienced with certain products and what others are buying and saying about what they are buying. The book is a great reference, not a bible. She rated all of her Paula's Choice products so highly that the ratings can not be taken seriously! I have subscribed to her beautipedia, but as yet have not been able access the site. All in all, it's a good buy.

Liquid -Boots - No7 Stay Perfect Foundation
rated 1 of 5

Hey ladies, my first review was for the No7 Lifting and Firming Foundation, SPF 15, and I obviously put it in the wrong place! All the comments about No7 Lifting and Firming are still applicable. I have a very differenct opinion about the No7 Stay Perfect Foundation, SPF 15!. I was very dissappointed with the coverage. Colour was splochy, and uneven. Very greasy feel and poor staying power. I was actually very surprised by this as I am so happy with the Lifting and Firming. I've gone back to the Lifting and Firming and knew right away it was better in everyway! The only thing I like about Stay Perfect is the pump dispenser.
