No pigment whatsoever! It hardy showed up at all on me. I am pretty pale, too. Very confused about this one. ??????

Eye Shadow -Stila - Wheat Eyeshadow

This is an AMAZING base for most of my eye-looks. It's great as a wash over the entire lid before adding a crease color. It's simple, nude-ish, yet with VERY subtle shimmer. This is a workhorse shadow for sure.

Top/Base Coats -Revlon - Double Twist clear base/top coat

This is awesome... SUPER SHINY! I have not tried it as a base coat, though. I only use it as a top coat. It dries VERY FAST.... and I have had the same bottle for 2 years... it has not gotten too thick. Still the same consistency. One important thing though: DO NOT PUT IT ON UNTIL YOUR POLISH IS DRY! If you are too eager, it could strip some of the color from your nails. Just wait that extra few minutes for the color to dry, then apply Revlon Double Twist, and your nails will be finished in no time... and be SUPER SHINY!

I LOVE THIS COLOR! It gives my light skin some oomph.. I really like the sparkles, too. It is a rich, warm shade and the sheerness is totally up to you, depending how heavy your hand is. I took off a lippie because I haven't sharpened it yet... but I have had it a couple weeks and haven't even needed to!!! But I can't comment on something I don't know about yet. HOWEVER, I did buy a Stila sharpener made for the glaze sticks.... on eBay for cheap. Better than trying to FIND one that fits.

I have been using this for 2 weeks now, from the sample I received. I need more!! I love it. My skin is crazy.... before this, I was forever greasy, yet flaky. It was strange... This product has evened out my skintone and stopped the flakes!!! The dry areas of my face are quenched, and the oily areas are not broken out. That is a miracle in my book! I also like the subtle anti-aging effects I am seeing. Smoother skin, yay!

The texture is HORRIBLE. It's an up hill battle to get enough on the applicator to make a pigment on your lids. You have to LAYER and LAYER. The purple looked a bit blue-ish on me... definitely not the shade in the compact. Doesn't work wet. I threw this away after many months of trial and error after error after error.

These are AWESOME! ALL VARIOUS SHADES OF BROWN/SAND. "Earthy warm colors", is what I would call them. They are so flattering... I am a neutral/fair with very dark brown eyes and coppery-brown hair. I think these would look great on anyone, except maybe VERY cool-toned gals. The darkest brown has a bit of burgundy shimmer undertone, but it is extremely subtle... Its not a dark orange-y brown, of which I am glad. Nothing in the set is too orange... The lightest champagne color has lots of gold to it, which is fine. There is a pretty neutral/cool beige color that can balance out the champagne gold if necessary. Anyway, I really think this IS foolproof and the colors apply velvety-smooth!!!!!

Lip Gloss -NARS - Harlow

Uhhhh... Harlow is definitely a head scratcher. The color would work better if it was more SHEER, less OPAQUE. But I haven't tried layering it, so I will try to manipulate the product to find some use for it. I have the duo wand with Sweet Dreams at the opposite end, and I like that color much better, just FYI.

I looove the color.. I think it must be a new color, "Lilac" because I don't see it reviewed. Anyway.... my big problem with the gloss is that is disappears quickly and it is VERY drying! Not good for me, because my lips get chapped and dry very easily on their own. I am going to keep this and try to make it work because I love the color (very sheer cool pink with sparse amount of multicolor glitter), but I would not repurchase... I need to find a more moisturizing version with staying power. Overall, poor performance for the high price!

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Midnight Cowgirl Eyeshadow

I have had this shadow for a while... and while I like the color, the TEXTURE isn't very good. Not smooth... more like gritty. But it does look good once it is on. I like a *reasonable* amount of glitter in makeup, so this product doesn't bother me- it is not crazy over the top. While I like this shadow, I probably won't repurchase just because I want to see what else is out there in the same color family.
