Sunscreen -Shiseido - Anessa - town use sunscreen SPF30
PradaPrincess 11/3/2008 3:58:00 PM
I can't understand why this has such average reviews - I think this sunscreen is fantastic. It's lightweight and non-greasy, doesn't leave a white cast, and doesn't cause me to break out. I have combo-dry skin and have repurchased this product many times.

Cleansers -SKII - Facial Treatment Cleansing Oil
PradaPrincess 5/14/2005 1:51:00 AM
Love it! The texture is not as oily as other cleansing oils, very gentle, removes every inch of makeup. Rinses clean. I prefer this to Shu Uemura A/O and Light cleansing oil. RRP $AU88 for 250mL bottle

Conditioner -Origins - Knot Free Conditioning Rinse
PradaPrincess 5/7/2005 8:04:00 AM
My bottle says 'Knot Free Finishing Rinse' which I assume is the same as this. I LOVE this conditioner sooo much!!! I was overseas earlier this year and didn't pack my conditioner with me, so I borrowed my little sister's (which was this) and fell in love with it straight away. It leaves my hair super soft& sleek and the product itself rinses out like a dream. I have chemically treated (bleached, toned, thermally reconditioned, you name it) hair which isnt actually tangly but I love the way this product leaves it feeling.

Lip Gloss -Paul & Joe - Rose Caramel 05
PradaPrincess 4/24/2005 9:48:00 PM
This review is for Paul & Joe Lipgloss in #05 Caramel Rose, not 06 as in the product review title.
Pros- gorgeous texture, very smooth and non sticky.. nice glossy finish. smells lovely too
Cons- the brush sucks! When I first used it the brush was rock hard.. and now after a few uses the brush has splayed :(
Anyway, here's a pic of what it looks like on my pigmented lips

Palettes -Stila - Orient Bamboo Blossom Palette (Spring 2005)
PradaPrincess 4/23/2005 11:49:00 PM
I can't get over how cute this compact is. I remember when I first saw pics I thought ugh, looks cheap and plasticy but I changed my mind immediately after recieving mine. While I don't care for the brown liner shade much.. the other shades are beautiful. The shadows show well on my FFF-MMM skin, and like others have said, the blush is on the pigmented so make sure you are light-handed when you apply.

Lip Gloss -Chanel - Cristalle Gloss - Cafe Glace
PradaPrincess 4/23/2005 11:41:00 PM
This has to be one of the nicest lipglosses I have ever used! The texture is soo lovely.. unbelievably smooth and glossy.. not sticky, not goopy and thick like Glossimers. Rather than describing the color (which I'm not so good at) here's a pic showing how it looks on my pigmented lips-

Retails for AU42 in Australia and according to my SA, these are NOT limited edition

Beautiful gel-cream texture. Feels very light and absorbs easily. Moisturizes my combo-dry skin quite well. Comparable to Chanel Hydramax+ gel-cream (only cheaper)

Liquid -Shu Uemura - Water Perfect Fluid Foundation
PradaPrincess 3/12/2005 6:46:00 AM
Love it! I apply this with my fingers and it blends in so easily to leave a gorgeous natural-slightly matte finish. Light but buildable coverage.. a really beautiful product overall. For reference I wear #754 (around Chanel #20) and have combination-dry skin.

Mascara -Shu Uemura - Length and Waterproof Mascara
PradaPrincess 2/19/2005 9:20:00 PM
Long fluttery lashes. Water and smudge proof. Holds a curl. Can be a little clumpy.. but easily solved with a lash comb (love the Tweezerman one). The size and shape of the brush is pretty nifty too. If you love Mascara Basic, you have to try this ;) Retail in Taiwan NT770, duty free in Taiwan NT660 (cheaper than Basic)

Treatments -Chanel - Age Delay Rejuvenation Serum [DISCONTINUED]
PradaPrincess 12/18/2004 3:04:00 AM
This serum is beautiful! A really good blend of antioxidants and water-binding agents in a light pinky formula. I love the way it makes my skin feel, it's the perfect prep for a moisturiser. The perfect moisturizer for my combination-dry skin during the summertime. Beautiful light lotion texture, non-oily, non-greasy, absorbs in an instant to leave my skin perfectly hydrated. Toners -Clinique - Mild Clarifying Lotion
PradaPrincess 10/29/2004 10:41:00 PM
People who know me know that I HATE Clinique with a passion.. especially that horrible 3-Step of theirs which they keep pushing. Anyway I was on the look out for a new BHA product and Paula B raves about this in her book so I think, okay well what's the fuss about? I come on MUA and after reading all the rave reviews here, I knew I had to try it. It's a 0.5% salicylic acid/BHA solution which is alcohol free also. It leaves my skin nicely refreshed, with no drying or tightness which Clinique's alcohol-laden other toners do. I have used this consistely over the past 3 weeks and have noticed my clogged pores clearing up. For $AU33 for a generous 200mL bottle, I say try it!

Treatments -Shiseido - White Lucent Brightening Serum
PradaPrincess 10/29/2004 10:33:00 PM
This is a 'nice' serum but after about 3 weeks of continual use, I did not notice any improvement in the brightness of my skin.
