Masks -Mario Badescu - Healing and Soothing Mask

This product really does help my skin. I'm 16 and have moderate acne, and I break out about once a week, sometimes I'll have the tendency to pick at my face (which I know isn't good) but that tends to make my blemishes inflamed and red. Sometimes my clarisonic can be a little rough on certian pimples I have so they can tend to be errupted. I use this mask after I wash my face and when it's damp so it will absorb more into my skin. You only need a little dab on your hand for your face whn using this. I leave it on for about 10 mintues and I can honestly say that it does reduce the size of my pimples, reduces redness on my face, makes my skin feel very smooth and my acne really is "soothed".

Treatments -Mario Badescu - Drying Cream
rated 5 of 5
Pineapplegirlie25 1/9/2011 12:16:00 AM

I really like this product, a little goes a long way when using it so it kind of makes up for the price :) for me it works very well, especially if I have a under the skim cystic pimple I'll put this on it and overnight it does shrink significantly. Using the cream for a few days in a row tends to make sure the pimple dries out. I've also usedthis on errupted pimples on my face and (as gross as this is) it kind of drains the bad fluids out and flattens the pimple, making it easier to conceal and treat. I would reccomend this product

Eye Primer -BeneFit Cosmetics - Stay Don't Stray

I recieved a mini bottle of this with a benefit set I bought in the summer. My UdPP ran out so I've been trying this one for a while. I really am not a big fan. When I got home today I noticed my eyeshadow was completely creased and faded. Even thought I have oily lids and it has been about an 8 hour day, my Udpp never does that to me. Will not be buying the full size.

Blush -MAC - Sheertone Blush in Blushbaby
rated 5 of 5
Pineapplegirlie25 10/10/2010 8:35:00 PM

I Bought this today at the mac counter at my dillards. I asked the makeup artist what she would think would look good on me that was matte and good for everyday looks. She put it on ( a little heavy) but i noticed the side of my face she applied it to looked alot brighter and more awake :) I never thought I could wear blush because of the pink undertones in my cheeks already there but this color has enough dusty rose-brown quality it just warms up my complexion and doesnt look like I got a sunburn. I am Meduim MSF for reference. The price for this blush is reasonable as well considering it's only the second blush I've ever bought I know I'll use it every day. Very happy so far and I reccomend at least trying it on if you are looking for a nice natural everyday blush.

Eye Shadow -MAC - All eyeshadows
rated 3 of 5
Pineapplegirlie25 10/9/2010 12:57:00 PM

I own 4 Mac eyeshadow. Currently: Retrospeck (lustre) Trax (Satin) All that glitters (Veluxe Pearl) Style Snob (Starflash) I like mac eyeshadows, for the most part the veluxe pearls and staflash formulas are the most pigmented for me at least. Mac has a good selections of colors and formulations which make their eyeshadows different from the rest which is nice. However, they aren't the most pigmented eyeshadows I own. Urban decay eyeshadows are so much more pigmented. Starflashes are probably the only comparable formulation to urban decay and eyeshadows of that formulation are only limited editon. Yes allthatglitters is nice and has pretty good payoff, I just believe that it's payoff is not comparable to the buttery smooth urban decay eyeshadows. My mac shadows do last just as long as any other shadow though. I just think sometimes people get caught up in a MAC craze and don't realize that there are some drugstore and other brands that have better quality eyeshadows for much cheaper.

Lipstick -MAC - Lollipop Loving - Heatherette
rated 4 of 5
Pineapplegirlie25 12/2/2009 11:21:00 PM

I got this the other day at my CCO, in the beautiful heatherette packaging for $10, and I am very glad that I did. When I first swatched this color, it looked very scary because it has a slight light green sheen and micro sparkles. On the lipss however, these make for a very nice sheen that just lights up your whole face. The base color is a really nice peachy pink but it has a very unique golden-green shine too it. The only thing that I don't like about this lipstick, is that it is a glaze. If I use it by itself, it drys out my lips completely. But, with some softlips chapstick underneath and a gloss on top, it is perfectly fine :)

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Last Call eyeshadow
rated 5 of 5
Pineapplegirlie25 12/2/2009 8:58:00 PM

I got this with the Urban Decay Book of shadows. I actually used it today, with Mac's Retrospeck and UD's half baked on the lid, with this in the crease. Really pretty with golds, browns, greens, heck any color! :) A nice alternative to a brown crease color if you get bored with that. It is a shimmery purple-red-cranberry type color, that is great for fall. Great pigmentation, blends easily and lasts all day. Deffinately reccomend for fall!

Has a large mirror, holes in the bottom so you can easily swap out your shadows, and is very sturdy and lightwieght. I love this palette for traveling also, it protects the shadows and looks classy. I will buy again :)

I am shocked that some people don't like these eyeshadows, maybe they got duds? I have 4 and they are super pigmented, blendable, and beautiful colors :) If you would like to try one, I reccomend Go Lightly, it is a very pigmented dark brown with gold shimmer.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Trax
rated 4 of 5
Pineapplegirlie25 11/10/2009 10:43:00 PM

One of my first Mac eyeshadows along with Retrospeck, I knew very little about the formulas of Mac's eyeshadows, and so I bought this based on the beautiful color which is a nice plum-dark purple with gold shimmer in it. I was initally dissapointed because it is a Satin, that when applied to the lid it was a little sheer. However, I was just not used to more subtle eyeshadows (I was used to urban decay's in your face colors), and once I layered a little more I have come to really love it :) It adds just the right sparkle to a nice fall look, and makes my green eyes pop. It looks awesome with All that Glitters, and Urban Decay's half baked, which is a gold color. Overall, I like it and would repurchase :)

Eye Shadow -MAC - Retrospeck (Lustre)
rated 4 of 5
Pineapplegirlie25 10/29/2009 10:21:00 PM

This was one of the first eyeshadows I bought, along with trax. I really didn't think I would wear it all that much at first, but it has a nice dent in it now. It looks really pretty on the lid, and I don't have problems with fallout, becuase I just make sure to pack it on the lid.

Cleansers -St. Ives - Apricot Cleanser-Blemish Fighting
rated 5 of 5
Pineapplegirlie25 10/23/2009 5:54:00 PM

I love this face wash. I got in for oily and blemish prone skin, at first I thought I wasn't going to like it because there are very small peices of apricot in it, not big peices. But It all turned out well. Ive been using this for probably a little over half a year, and it seriously has reduced my breakouts, and always makes my face feel really clean but soft still. Im a little sad because I think that they may have gotten rid of this, Where I live at least, they say that they changed the packaging but my sister bought some too and it was a differnt much more harsh product. If you know where I can buy this same cleasner please let me know, I am almost out! :O

Eye Shadow -Stila - Wheat Eyeshadow
rated 5 of 5
Pineapplegirlie25 10/16/2009 8:27:00 PM

I love this eyeshadow, it is a really nice kind of muted light golden color, perfect lid color with any crease color. I like it because it also has a nice blendable, pigmented formula and because it is a Stila shadow, the pan is huge compared to mac and urban decay. (2.6 grams). I would buy again.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Half Baked Eyeshadow
rated 5 of 5
Pineapplegirlie25 10/15/2009 6:13:00 PM

This was the second urban decay eyeshadow I ever bought, and when I bought it I knew virtually nothing about makeup. Since then, I have added alot more to my collection but I still keep comming back to use this particular eyeshadow. I love the formula, very creamy feeling, it gives a nice golden sheen. Looks kind of like liquid bronze-gold on the lid. I love how it goes so well with any brown crease color as well. Really pretty for a neutral look, and it just brightens up your whole face! :) overall it is a great color for my warm complexion!
