I, too, am an Ulta Fan and have only good things to say about their stores. I live in Illinois and their staff is always friendly and helpful, the store clean, the shelves well stocked. I frequent several Ulta Stores in my area and they get an A across the board.

Lip Gloss -L'Oreal - Infallible Lip Gloss in Posy

I bought this lip gloss at Target for $8.49 in Barely Nude after reading MUA reviews and I'm so happy with it. This gloss has amazing staying power - I applied at 11 am and did not have to reapply until after 3. The consistency is wonderful - not too thick, sticky, or goopy, but heavy enough to avoid sliding right off your lips. You feel like you have something on your lips when you wear this gloss and I like that, and it doesn't feel dry or flakey after being on your lips for a while. The Barely Nude color is a great nude. At first I was concerned because it appeared a bit orangey when I dabbed it on my lips the first time, but as soon as I rubbed it in the color was perfect. And there are lots of great colors to choose from in this line so I look forward to buying a few more next time I'm at Target. Gets a A+ from me.
