I'm actually surprised by all the negative reviews! I bought this brush back in 2008-2009 and didn't use it for awhile because I didn't use powder back then. Flash forward to this summer when I opened a powder sunscreen. I tried applying it with the puff it came with and of course that didn't work. I used my philosophy brushes which aren't that bad. These are soft, strong, and have never shed on me. I can use this one or the philosophy one and it doesn't make a difference. Both are nice and do the job! i wonder if its because my brush is older is why its different? I'll be wary if I have to replace it due to these reviews.
Blush -Cover Girl - TruBlend Naturally Luminous Blush in Pure Romance
PanAm 9/3/2012 9:09:00 PM
I love this stuff! Seriously. To start out I'm super pale, really pale, as in I can't ever find a foundation. So this stuff shows up on me really well. The puff is alright that it comes with. The colour is a pale sheer pink with some shimmer of course. If you want light colour using the puff is key, if you want a more noticeable application use a brush. Either looks nice on me! As another reviewer said it gives you a really healthy glow. I see how this blush could end up not showing on someone whose skin tone is darker than mine, though. Best for the pale, and it is gorgeous! Overall this blush is love, and I'll buy it when I run out because the colour is really pretty. Oh- for the spilling. I just make sure to keep the container flat at all times. I took it on a trip with me that was 10 hours in the car and just made sure to keep it flat. All was well! Worth your time if you're a light skin tone. Def. in my permanent rotation.
I got this as a sample as well. The packaging is average is good. The actual product- I kind of actually like the smell. It's a strange refreshing clean, if that makes any sense. For the product you really don't need that much. Pea sized of what the other review said is correct. I've used this sample for about a week and a half now and still have lots of time to go. A bottle would last forever! (For reference the sample size is 1 oz. ) So I can definitely see this being a good buy. The little beads in it are really nice. You can feel it working and feel fresh after. My face is a little tight but thats how I like it because my skin will oil it down within a couple minutes. Now why the kind of low rating- Since using this I have broken out in a bunch of really tiny acne bumps. No head or anything, just bumps. I can't guarantee that this is where it is from but I believe it might be. I'll finish up the sample and see if anything changes. If it turns out that this isn't causing my acne and that its just natural, then this could be on my potential rebuy list! Edit: I really like this stuff. It is not infact, causing my acne. It actually seems to help clear up with time! My skin is really soft and I've been working on the sample for over a month now. I'll be rebuying when I get through all my other products.
holy. I've had this on for over a week and theres no tip wear, no chips, no nothing. I had another Revlon on last week and after 3 days it was chipped all over the board. The colour is great and bright but manages to look professional at the same time. I still can't get over the wear time! I used my usual top and base coat and did nothing out of the ordinary. Winner!

Ah! I can't believe I haven't reviewed these yet! These things are so nice! I finally bought helmers for my stash a couple months ago and was organizing my lip products when I found these chapsticks. Being college age, uh, it's been awhile. My mom probably bought these for me years ago and they just got thrown in the corner of an overused bag. I wanted to start using what I had and keep these on my desk. I use it a couple times a day and I'm actually surprised to say I'm almost out of these! The tubes are smaller, which I actually like because I think you get a more precise application. The citrus is nice, too! I have 4(!!?) of these in my stash in different scents, but they are moisturizing. I feel like I'm swiping pure oil over my lips, in a good way! A good purchase if you can find them, If i come across them I might pick up some more!
Shampoo -Finesse - Clean + Simple Hypoallergenic For Normal Hair
PanAm 6/14/2012 10:33:00 AM
Well... this is alright. I mean I really like it for my hair after coming off of Pantene, it restored my hair to its natural gross state (Greasy, greasy greasy!) so it works well for removing grease and I guess hydrating. My only complaint is that I don't really feel like my hair gets clean clean with this. Every couple days I use a different shampoo just to feel, well, clean. I like that its hypo-allergenic because I think a reaction to my previous shampoos is what started my problem. While at this stage of the game I like it, its not my favourite. I'll finish up the couple bottles I got on sale and probably will move on.
Tinted Moisturizer -Physicians Formula - Organic Wear - Light to Natural

I actually really really really like this. I got it at CVS a couple months ago during their semi-annual beauty sale and used it once and its just been sitting at the bottom of the bag. I completely forgot it was a tinted moisturizer. Which would explain why I didn't touch it for awhile. I started using it again this week and I actually really like it. I will give a lot of the other reviewers the point that it does smell, because it really does. I don't use much at once so maybe thats why I don't notice it as much. The smell fades after a couple minutes, anyways. It provides a light coverage (I put this on top of my moisturizer, because I am incredibly prone to acne, but this doesn't break me out). If you can find this for a decent price, I think its definitely something you should consider picking up, if your not self conscious by a little organic smell that is. PS. I'm really pale and the lightest shade in this range works fine for me. It comes out really dark in the tube but on my face its fine. EDIT: I find that if I apply this in large amounts, as in put a bunch in my hand and then rub it all over my face, it is way way way too much. I need to do little dabs at a time or I end up looking orange a lå jersey shore.

The packaging is so cute! I love the little cardboardness. That is what originally drew me to it. I was in ulta for the first time in my life (whaaat? I know!) and I saw it. I realized it was for 'younger' girls but I picked it up anyways for $4, hey why not, right? I got it in black, and it is VERY natural looking, beware if your interested in it. It is buildable, but your not going to get fake lashes out of this. Just an FYI. OH. My favourite part? Your lashes are soft. It is like there is NOTHING on them, even if you did 3 or 4 coats like I did. SOFT. TOUCHABLE. It is fabulous. No flaking either! I like really dramatic, so even though I said I would repurchase, I don't think i actually will. Overall, a good product.
haha okay staring this off i'm laughing at everyone who is complaining how long these take to dry. my china glazes take hours. I have 'Under 18' on my nails right now and they were dry in about 15-20 minutes and then I applied my topcoat which takes awhile. Under 18 is a very pretty red (which not going to lie, the name made me buy it because it was so strange) that is like a toned down version of China Glaze Ruby Pumps. I cant speak on chipping/staying power but my friend says she can get hers to go two weeks without chipping with the aide of a top and base coat. I'm a China Glaze snob so this is an experiment for me. The application is slightly streaky, but its not too noticeable. There was a killer sale and i managed to pick up 16 (!?), mostly sparkles due to my lack of those and I am not too disappointed so far! Will update review later this week. Edit: It lasted my usual one week with very little tip wear. I probably could of gone two weeks if i really wanted to, but I love changing my polish too much :) Deff. a good product.
This little brush saves my life time and time again. I am a KLUTZ at waxing my eyebrows. I probably shouldn't really be doing it. But somehow, I always managed to get wax in my brow that does not need to be there. So, i wet it with a little hydrogen peroxide, and run the plastic comb through my brush and wala! It will remove the wax without pulling much of my brows out! I highly suggest buying this, I am sure it works wonders for other things, but it is stellar for my uses.

Basic shampoo, I did not notice much different in my hair with it. The reason it is so good is because it smells SO DIVINE. When I use this stuff people will ask what perfume I am wearing. It smells that phenomenal. On the scent alone it is worth a repurchase.
Conditioner -Queen Helene - Cholesterol Hair Conditioning Cream
PanAm 4/10/2012 5:39:00 PM
I go through this stuff like butter. Its heavy duty and meant to repair your hair. If your hair is gross from straightening it, it is not going to heal that. You cannot really heal that. I have had this in my house for YEARS and just started using it recently because a horrible shampoo damaged my hair. My heavy oiled hair suddenly became really parched. Slather my hair in this stuff daily and its pretty normal. As for the ugly packaging- I just bought one of those pretty travel tubes from Target and poured some product in there and hid the tub in the back of my closet. Easy as pie!
Moisturizers -Neutrogena - Oil-Free Moisture SPF 35
PanAm 4/10/2012 5:06:00 PM
I am really not enjoying this project at all. i am not very picky with moisturizers. I switched to this during the intense heat week during March much of American experienced. Ew. I am so happy my friend gave this to me and I did not have to spend money on it. (should of been a sign!) This makes my skin feel oily, greasy, and just bleh. I need to wash my face when I come home asap just to get the feeling off. I have worn sunscreen on my face before and it did not feel this greasy. I will use the bottle up (or maybe not) and go back to my spf free moisturizer (as much as I would like spf).

I really love this nailpolish. its drying as I type this. The glitter is jelly and beautiful. i tried building it and it worked well. Be warned, it cannot be warned alone, the glitter is simply not that dense. Totally worth the dollar!
Liquid -Almay - Clear Complexion Blemish Healing Makeup
PanAm 4/7/2012 6:51:00 PM
This was my second liquid foundation I have ever owned, I have never really needed liquid. I broke out a couple weeks ago and I used this because I got it at a pretty good deal on it. It provided great coverage and matched my skin tone pretty well. (Which is quite phenomenal, considering that I pasty and much whiter than anyone I have ever run into). I don't notice any affect on my blemishes though, but the medication is only .6 salicylic acid. My skin is used to 10% Benzoyl peroxide, which is quite strong so I am not quite the best person to look at for the healing powers of this. Overall a decent product.
