This is an AWESOME little boutique store on etsy ran by Juliann who is an absolute PLEASURE to work with! I had to have some professional customized product labels for my bath and body sample orders and she got them to me in just a few days on short notice! I was very impressed. Her customer service is TOP NOTCH....the best I have ever received on etsy, and her labels are super professional. She even gave me extra at no additional cost! To boot, she also included a free full size lip balm in my order....which let me just say is the best lip balm I have used to date (and I generally have difficulty finding good lip balms). Lip Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Befine Lip Serum with Chamomile & Beets

The consistency of this is a little thicker than Aquafinas lip oil/serum. This has a pleasant non sticky feel, gives a natural dewy shiny...not too greasy...and is softening. The moisture isn't very long lasting but it does leave the lips soft and has a slight sugary taste

This is the best smelling body wash I have ever used. Im literally saddened when I run out. HIGHLY recommend. The smell stays on your skin for HOURS....Id even go so far as to say almost 24 hours...and is a very sophisticated scent

Cleansers -Unlisted Brand - Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

MUCH better than refined coconut oil. Virgin coconut oil, smells strongly of coconuts and it is probably the best and most "true" coconut smell ever. Absolutely LOVELY...and the scent lingers a bit.

Deodorants -Secret - Scent Expressions Va Va Vanilla Invisible Solid

I was dissapointed in this product. First of all, I just realized this was supposed to be "invisible"? HA! Ummm no....this leaves white streaks everywhere. Nothing about it is even remotely invisible at all. Second is the fragrance, the fragrance of this is annoying. It's not vanilla at all. LIke there is no hint of vanilla in this product whatsoever. It smells like artificial fruity-ness. Like Smackers fruity lip balm fruity. The scent is really a let down. It doesn't even smell like vanilla in the tube so it's not my body chemisty either. I dont think this holds up as well as other deodarants either. I dont sweat a lot anyway....but still...it's just a little less than mehh

I absolutely LOVED this stuff for my heat trained natural hair. When I would heat style...one pump of this would leave my hair shiny, frizz free, not weighed down and beautiful....it looked even better when I waved my hair. NOW the problem with this product? It causes seborrheic dermatitis....BAD. My scalp itches so bad and flakes so much from this product that it caused me to not be able to use it unless I am dry combing before I wash my hair.

Fragrances -Victoria's Secret - Love Spell

This is one of those fragrances that should only be used by people in middle school. Its extremely fruity smelling, extremely cheap, its just extremely everything. Nothing about this fragrance is appealing. It smells like one of those fruity lotions that are for kids that you get at the dollar tree. No grown woman should wear this.

This is one of my all time FAVORITE fragrances! I cant recomend it enough and my bf loves it. It smells like lemon verbena...coconut, vanilla, and a hint of musk. The smell is not cheap at all and is sophisticated and later on the notes of all the different scents blend into a softer smell. It lasts ALL day...and makes you smell edible. Well worth the price

Styling Products -Kinky Curly - Curling Custard

Kinky Curly Curling Custard is probably the most over hyped hair gel that I have ever purchased. This product is your regular run of the mill hair gel, only slightly looser in texture, with a strong cloying cheesecake fragrance oil smell for good measure. The packaging is sleek, clean, and pretty, and the ingredients simple, however for hygienic purposes and convenience, this product BELONGS in a bottle. I admittedly did not use this with the Knot Today (which is also a very "average" conditioner ingredient wise) but because of the agave in the KCCC I understand that the point of the conditioner is to counteract some of the inevitable crunch that KCCC gives. If you use a leave in conditioner with KCCC that has oil or silicones in it, it has some reaction with the agave and pectin in the KCCC which causes the flakes. I used an oil free leave in conditioner under KCCC (also natural) with similar ingredients as KCCC and didn't get flakes. I applied the KCCC to preconditioned soaking wet hair, well actually, first of all when I opened the jar of this I was PUNCHED in the face by the scent. The smell of this is like spoiled cream cheese, cheesecake, or sugary vanilla yogurt. Something very NOT natural, cloying, strong, with a definite "dairy" type smell to it. I would not have bought this product had I known is smelled this strongly. People always rave about KCCC being unique in texture and having a cookie smell. NO. This product is not anymore unique than EcoStyler gel. The ONLY difference between KCCC and any other gel is that KCCC is thinner in texture than a regular thick gel. I wouldn't go so far as to say a snot consistency like others seem to do. Think of it this way, KCCC is like jam where as regular hair gel is like jelly. Same thing...looks the same and everything only the texture of KCCC is slightly thinner making it a cross between a serum and a gel a bit. Thankfully the smell of this doesn't linger however what DOES linger is the fact that it takes HOURS for your hair to dry with this. Who HONESTLY walks around 24 hours with SOAKING WET hair just for the appearance of curls?????? You can get the same results of this with any other gel or make one yourself and get at least comparable results. KCCC leaves the neck super sticky, and while curls are indeed super shiny, the look of this product is most comparable to jherri curl curls than anything. Its just a mess and hassle of a product, and its very clear the only reason its raved about to the extent that it is because the product came out at a time where there were VERY few natural hair care lines and even fewer naturally curling gels. It's been grandfathered in, basically, and now that there are less complicated, cheaper alternatives people who have been using its for years still stick to it because it's "tried and true". THERE ARE CHEAPER LESS ANNOYING ALTERNATIVES TO THIS!! 4 oz Aloe vera juice 1 oz agave nectar 1 oz jojoba oil 1/4 tsp tsp 1/2 tsp of xanthan gum french vanilla fragrance oil That ^^^^ is my cheaper, less sticky, and less drying time and just as effective KCCC hair custard recipe. It's been working for me for years and is no fuss. Keep it refrigerated unless you can get your hands on a preservative. I use over preconditioned hair with Suave coconut conditioner.

Hair -Unlisted Brand - Essential Wholesale Bases

I get very mixed experiences when I order from Essential Wholesale. I've had everything from bottles that didnt include the amount of product I paid for (noticeably so and I measured btw). I've gotten the detangler spray sometimes in a separated form, sometimes in a super thick unsprayable form. The pumpkin masque molded on me. Im not overly impressed with this supplier. They are very cryptic when you ask them for help, the shipping is often times more expensive than the products.....and the texture of the products are rarely consistent. Many natural hair and cosmetic businesses use Essential Wholesale bases and resell them to the public. And by "many" I mean hmmmmm....65% of online businesses and a good 80% of etsy. Be on the look out for these. Essential Wholesale IS a good alternative if you are looking to buy bulk reasonably priced natural products with great variety. However, be VERY careful that when you buy from small businesses that you make SURE they aren't reselling Essential Wholesale because you'll end up paying $30 for a product that if you got it from Essential Wholesale would have been like $10. The ingredient listings for Essential Wholesale consistently look the same...Organic Aloe Juice as the main ingredient with phenoxyethanol and Testrasodium EDTA as the preservative and a mixture of Neem Oil some times Mannan and Rosemary Oleoresin as the antioxidant. No kidding.

I liked this product a lot but this product is unjustifiably expensive where as there are many places where you can get the same product for less. This is a great products that's super effective, however is very expensive for the small amount that you get. I got the EXACT duplicate of this product from Camden Grey at a CHEAPER price for MORE product. The Live Clean Baby Non-Petroleum Jelly was like $7.99 for 4 oz. I got Un-Petroleum Jelly (which is the exact same product) from Camden Grey for $7.50 for a whole POUND!

This has a pretty smell, however, its over powered by the prevalence of alcohol. You can't even really appreciate the smell of this because of the strong smell of the alcohol. the scent is also not long lasting at all. I do love the fragrance in of itself, so what I do is purchase the dupe fragrance from a supplier and add the fragrance to a little jojoba oil. This keeps my skin moist and conditioned without having to smell the alcohol and I can control the depth of the smell and how strong it is. Plus its a super cheap alternative to continuing to buy the actual BBW fragrance over and over again.

Masks -Queen Helene - Mint Julep Masque

This stuff is a GODSEND. It works really well at clearing up bumps in a matter of a day. I sleep with a little of this on problematic spots and they dissappear by the next morning. I used to have terrible oily acne prone skin (not the case anymore). I used to buy Proactive every three months in attempt to combat the oil and get rid of the break outs. THIS face masque is BETTER and MORE effective than ProActives facial masque hands down. Take it from someone who used ProActive for years, Queen Helenes Mint Julep Masque uses Bentonite clay as well as Kaolin to get rid of blemishes. Bentonite clay is known for zapping away oil and blemishes more effectively than Kaolin is alone. ProActive only uses Kaolin in their masque as a clay base. As a regimen, if you have oily acne prone skin I HIGHLY recommend the following regimen as a cheaper and more guaranteed effective alternative to ProActive. 1: phisoderm ph Balanced Anti Blemish Gel Facial Wash = Cleanser 2: Witch Hazel mixed with a teensy bit of Hydrogen Peroxide and Tea Tree Oil (tea tree and peroxide is optional) = Toner/Astringent 3: Queen Helenes Mint Julep Masque = Blemish Control/Treatment 4: phisoderm Oil Free Moisturizer with SPF = Moisturizer OPTIONAL 4: Mild glycolic cream peel for removing dead skin or you can use pineapple extract and massage that on your face as I find that to work really well without being too harsh. All of this will cost you UNDER $20 but youll get quicker results in about 2 days.
