Here's the thing..People who had a bad exp. with it,I don't know what you did wrong..the only solution I have to your problems is that you didn't read the directions or have zero knowledge on bleaching your hair. If you have brown hair,when you bleach it you are either going to destroy your hair leaving it on for hours getting beyond the orange..or your going to take it off early and have orange hair. If you do it right it will work wonders.I love dying my hair and had a chesnut brown with some salon done highlights and wanted to go blonde,I bought this product,left it on for about an hour,I let it go to an orange/gold and then washed it out,deep conditioned it..It was very very orange gold,so I dyed a light neutral blonde to get rid of the brassiness,it somewhat did the trick it was more of a toned down orange blonde...go out and buy "brass banisher" from Loreal,looks amazing now,you leave it on for about 15 minutes and the brass is gone.I now have beautiful golden strawberry blonde and ill keep this and bleach it again in a couple of months....if you have dark hair take it in steps and be patient.
