Don't let a couple of bad reviews about "staining" deter you from at least trying this product if you have pale skin. I have pale skin with some freckling and blotchiness and I swear this stuff is the closest to a miracle in a tube you will ever find. My skin looks the best it ever has when I use this product (I even wear it under my makeup) and my skin looks creamy and beautiful....and has decreased my makeup useage by a least 50%. This product is wonderful, get the word out, because if we keep buyin' it they will keep makin' it.

Everything the below reviewer said was right on the mark. Don't waste your money on this gimmick. Venus works much better.

Foundations -L'Oreal - Visible Lift, Extra Coverage, Line Minimizing Makeup

This stuff is ok. The coverage is good and is pretty inexpensive, but I prefer the no-nonsense EL Doublewear that lasts all day with no touch-ups, even if I touch my face or eat a really big sandwich.

Too orangey on my skin for the price. L'oreal sublime in med/dark has a more natural color.

This stuff is awesome. Very nice, natural looking color. Not orange, streaky, or smelly. I like the instant tan you get, and the smell isn't bad. Will repurchase.

I've used this great product for years, but now I've switched to Rimmel - a less expensive version with more product in the bottle that works the same.

Crème -Cover Girl - AquaSmooth SPF15 Make-up

Not bad for a drugstore foundation. Gives surprisingly great coverage. I use this when I'm in a hurry and don't have time to apply my EL Doublewear. I just slap this on and I'm ready to go. With my doublewear I can apply it once in the morning and not have to touchup my makeup all day (even if I touch my face) but this can wear off and you need to keep an eye on it.

Liquid -L'Oreal - Airwear liquid foundation
rated 1 of 5

Probably best for those who already have perfect skin that don't want to look like they are wearing makeup. Doesn't cover much without applying a truckload and doesn't control the oilies like most long-wearing foundations. Very expensive for a drugstore foundation at $12.00.

Foundations -Origins - Stay Tuned Balancing Face Makeup
rated 3 of 5
Noahsmom 8/12/2003 8:41:00 PM

This is and ok makeup, but it's probably best for those with combo skin that tends to be more dry than oily. It didn't work for me, it became shiny within a couple hours but it didn't melt away like other foundations. I just kept applying more powder. Nice medium to full coverage and I'm sure will leave a nice dewy finish on those with the right skin type.

I love this makeup. Very nice for those with oily skin. Covers well, stays matte, doesn't fade. The smell seems to disappear after application.
