Cleansers -The Body Shop - Aloe Calming Facial Cleanser

My mom bought this product for herself, and while traveling it's all we had to use. My mom has rosacea so her skin is super sensitive to cleansers and lotions, my skin is also super sensitive and breaks out in hive's a lot. This was great in the sense that it doesn't make you break out, nor does it burn or clog the pores. BUT the bottle says it washes away eye makeup and makeup in general, and let me say it takes a lot of will-power to get makeup off. Just a so-so product, wouldn't waste the money because I think just straight water would do the same thing
Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Color Tattoo 24hr Cream Gel Shadow in Too Cool

I just started into the more high end makeup products, but I couldn't pass this up at the store. I was really attracted to the look of it, it's sleek and doesn't feel cheap like many of the drugstore eyeshadows on the market. I love urban decay's eyeshadow's and this definetly rivals the quality. Been wearing this shade alone all day, no creasing or transfer. The application was quite easy, no tugging and it really looks much more dramatic on than in the pot. Cost was sort of high, especially after looking at it sideways and realizing that the bottom half has no makeup in it, but I will definetly use this as a mainstay to my daily makeup routine.
Tinted Moisturizer -Cover Girl - CG Smoothers Tinted Moisturizer - Medium to Dark

I just bought this the other day at my local super store, because I really don't want to keep buying my regular TM because its a little pricy ($32) and doesn't offer enough. I was a little apprehensive buying the darker shade, because most darker shades are way to orangy for my olive tone skin, but the coverage is so sheer on this it doesn't matter to much. I haven't noticed any problems yet with reactions, and I have very sensitive skin. I definetly think this will work for when I have really good skin, but otherwise it will probably be used under foundation, because it didn't really even anything out for me.
Eyeliner -Maybelline - Eye Studio Master Precise Ink Pen Liner

Finally found a liquid liner that wasn't a waste of money or time! I have gotten into wearing more elaborate eye makeup and all the other liquid liners just didn't work for me because of the flaking off the water line and looking really super shiny. The control with this is perfect, I didn't have to wipe any mistakes off my face, and the line was smooth the first time without any practice whatsoever. The color is great, and anyone could use it because it's not a harsh black, its softer while still having impact. I didn't have much luck on my upper eyelids, it dragged a little bit, but a swipe of black eyeshadow and everything is just fine. Perfect to create that drop deap gorgeous cat eye without feeling frustrated. Will be buying again!
I regret the money I spent on this completely. I feel like a child when I am applying this because the makeup broke out of the container within 3 uses. I don't understand how it is physically possible to do a smokey look with this, because the "tapered" side is to big to create anything other than a big smudge. It tugs like crazy, I bought the silver/purple one and I basically just use the little nub left of the silver when I am running late for something. The packaging also broke within a few weeks, never again for me.
Pressed Powders -Maybelline - Dream Matte Pressed Powder

I actually like this product, which is funny since the dream mousse foundation isn't the best. I really just started wearing full face makeup more recently, but having sensitive skin has definetly limited my choices. I have tan skin with olive undertones, so I haven't yet found the perfect foundation, but this powder works for winter(when I am more pale) and summer (when I get more tan). I generally use it over a tinted foundation, and it doesn't look cakey it just make my skin glow and look fresh, not at all fake. The packaging sort of scares me, one of these days I will find it all broken in my purse, but so far not yet
I was definetly not sold on this product, it is ok and works in a pinch but if I have the choice I use something else. I am native american, so I have naturally tan skin but there is more of an olive undertone to it, and this makes me look orange, not subtle at all. The price also was a little bit more than the average drug store foundation. I notice the transfer on this to be quite high, I can't wear black otherwise it shows way to much. A little more tendency to break out when I use it, but not horrible. I think that I would look into another option before using this, but I do love the packaging.
I got the waterproof....very dissapointed to say the least. I really wanted an eyeliner to do sharp lines, and this does that...to a fault, it looks like someone put plastic on my face, and it flakes off in one piece as such. I hate the fact that if I don't shake it for like 2 minutes the applicator comes out of the bottle yellow? This also irritates my eyes more so than anything else I have tried. It also transfers very easy onto my brow...but doesn't come off nearly as simple.
Moisturizers -Biore - Nourish Moisture Lotion SPF 15
NitaE 12/31/2011 1:06:00 AM
I have no idea why this is rated so low. I have very sensitive skin and this lotion is fine on me, even with the great scent. I have used this every day for the last 2 years I think? I have gone through 4 bottles, and will probably go through another 4. My skin isnt easy to take care of, I have problems with oil and dry skin at the same time, so this stops all of that in its tracks. I haven't had nearly as many problems with acne as I used to, or pigmentation issue's (guessing thats due to the sun screen?). I live in Alaska, where cold and wind chill is a way of life, and this keeps my skin just perfect(and people telling you your face smells good isn't so bad either )
Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - 24/7 Shadow Pencil Stash set-Delinquent/Rehab/Juju/Sin/Clash

I bought this on behalf of my mom, when they were full price (darn) and I actually love them as well. They are the perfect eye shadow and are pretty fool-proof...well except the blue (dont put on in the dark) because the color is SOOO bright. I love these, I am actually considering buying another for myself since they went on sale. I recommend, they are a great mainstay for your eyeshadow needs.
