Eyeliner -Christian Dior - Crayon Eyeliner in Deep Brown

I'm sorry other ladies are having issue with this liner. I'm blond/light blue eyes, and this brown is a beautiful contrast, without being as harsh as black. I don't find it smudges any more than any other liner. In fact, when I drew the liner on my hand at the store, after washing my hands another 10 times, the liner was STILL there (never smudged). I was shocked at how steadfast this liner is. I know I can put this liner on in the morning, and after 8 hours it is still put. I love it.

Eye Shadow -Shiseido - Hydro-Powder Eye Shadow
rated 5 of 5

I use the Glistening Sand. As someone else mentioned, it is extremely versatile! I use it under my eye brows as a high lighter, and in the inside corner of my eyes and it looks beautiful. I also use it as a highlighter on my cheeks. It is, hands down, the best eye shadow I own. It lasts all day long. It doesn't crease, and more importantly, it does not rub off. I hate powdery eye shadow because it always ends up all over the place. Not with this one. It's expensive but worth it, when you consider how much money you waste every year on useless, boring eye shadows.

Liquid -Laura Mercier - Laura Mercier Oil Free Foundation

So I thought I had my IT foundation with "Make up forever", NC20, but I decided to give this a shot because I have very uneven skin, scars from acne, red skin, the whole nine. I read that it would be a dry foundation, so upon using it the first time, I simple dapped my foundation brush into some residual water in my bathroom sink (turn faucet on, off, and quickly dip brush into surface water).just enough to dampen it, and it applies absolutely beautifully. It doesn't take any longer than any other foundation, in fact, it takes LESS, because it covers so well! And best yet, it's not drying or has had any negative affect on my skin. I HIGHLY recommend it, despite the price. I have the 'warm ivory' which matches my pale skin beautifully, no lines, less oil, stays on longer. I can't give you enough positives about this. Oh, and the pump works great. Don't push all the way down or you'll have too much. It's not messy, it doesn't squirt out unannounced (like Make up forever would). It's just perfect and I found my REAL IT foundation. Done.

Brows -Anastasia Of Beverly Hills - Perfect Brow Pencil-Ash Blonde

I love the color. It's a complete match for me. I have light blond hair with ash undertones. It's not too gray like some, and no orange or reds. Also, it went on very easy and didn't have to do much brushing. I have very light and few eyebrows to start and this fills it in nicely.

Lip Gloss -NARS - Lip Lacquer

I love, love, LOVE this. It has awesome staying powder, it's beautiful, shiny, and subtle enough to wear every day, all day. It comes in a Jar which I thought was inconvenient at first but I've grown to love it, because you don't waste any that way. I have the Chasity color, which is lavender like and the lip liner to match and it's a beautiful match. It also plumps up my lips. This is it for me... It's expensive, yes, but worth it. I wish I was this happy with every other product.

Primer/ Corrector -Smashbox - Photo Finish Color Correcting Foundation Primer- Smashing Color Adjust

My skin: NC20, combination, oily, acne prone, roseca, dry. Great for a primer, but don't expect too much in way of covering up your roseca. It may have a hint of tint, but it's no miracle worker. I will likely buy again though because it does really smooth our my skin and fill my pores without irritating my skin or breaking it out. Depend on your concealer and foundation to cover up blemishes. It's a bit steep in price at $38.00 / pop. I will use this unless I find something better.

Liquid -Make Up For Ever - Mat Velvet PLUS Matifying Foundation
rated 4 of 5
Nastassja79 7/11/2008 11:11:00 AM

I am NC 20 at MAC, 30 with this foundation. I have scaring, acne prone, sensitive, dry/very oily, combination skin. My number one PRO is that the color match is *Perfect*. There are no lines and even after 9 hours of this, there is no blotchiness which I've found to be the case with many other, overrated foundations, such as Estee Lauder's Double Wear (feels like a mask), MAC's Fluid (too transparent), and Revlons Colorstay. It covers ok and is buildable. You can go with the more natural look or thicken it a bit. It doesn't feel like you're wearing a ton of make up. To make it last, I use Smashbox green tinted primer to cover my roseca, studio finish nc 15 concealer by MAC, MUFE foundation, and Blotting powder by MAC and it lasts until the end of my work day. To give myself some color I put on some bronzer and that's it. I really have super crappy skin, and this foundation seems to agree with me. It's only been a week since I've had it but I think I found my "it" foundation. I still get oily and use oil absorbent sheets and have to powder, but that's my skin's fault. My biggest CON: The bottle sucks. When you first use it (first few days), it spills over and you end up using more than you actually need. A little goes a long way. -------------------- Hard to believe, but I found something better for me. Laura Mercier Foundation tops this one. However, by and large, this is still a great foundation.

Skincare - Face -Arbonne - NutriminC RE9 Entire line [DISCONTINUED]
rated 4 of 5
Nastassja79 7/10/2008 2:01:00 PM

I am acne-prone (hormonal), scars, large pores, dry, very oily (combination) with roseca. This is the first line of products that does not irritate my skin in any way. I am able to moisturize and keep the dry flakey skin away without promoting break outs. It doesn't help reduce any oil, but it's not increased either, which is big since I could not use a lot of moisturizing lotions in the past. I was able to tell a difference within a week and have had consistently good results since. I am on my second order and will reorder. It will not get rid of your acne but it won't promote it either. You can mix this with other products (masks, etc) to battle that issue. I'm not sure I need the toner, but I can't live without the face wash, serum, night creme and daily moisturizer. I also enjoy the eye creme. I hate spending this much money but it works. _________ I've switched to something else recommended by my derm. I need something a litter harder to treat my skin.

Masks -Unlisted Brand - Aspirin Mask
rated 5 of 5
Nastassja79 7/10/2008 10:59:00 AM

Wow. Just Wow. I found out about this mask on MUA and I'm so happy I did. I put it on for the first time last night. Before I put on a mask, I generally steam my face for 5 minutes with hot water and a few drops of tea tree oil to open up my pores. I let my face dry, and then mixed just a dap of hot water, crushed 5 aspirins, added honey and a drip of tea tree oil and put the flakey mask on my face. I left it on for about 15 minutes and then rubbed it in the areas I was most concerned with warm water for a minute and then washed it off. It reeks, but forget the odor... I woke up this morning to beautiful smooth silky skin and my large pores?! They're gone! I'm not kidding... I will never spend another dime on masks again.

Misc Beauty Tools -Unlisted Brand - Model in a Bottle

I bought the 'sensitive' version which is a couple of bucks more expensive than the regular type. It does sting a little when you first put it on, and it feels a lot like hair spray would, were you to spray your face. Just keep your eyes closed for a little bit and the minimal discomfort you might feel goes away in a few seconds. I have very oily skin, so I'm really putting this stuff to the test. I do find that my foundation stays longer, but my eye make up is what really lasts all night on this stuff. What I like about it is that it gives my face a really nice glow. I would definitely buy again. I only use it for special occasions. I live in the Arizona so it gets hot out here!
