Liquid -Estee Lauder - Double Wear

I've been wearing doublewear for almost 2 years and when I wasn't wearing makeup every day it worked pretty well. Now that I've been wearing makeup almost every day, I find that this is too drying/irritating to my skin. It does cover well and I don't think it smells bad but it seems to have oxidized a little bit since I bought my last bottle (a few months ago) and with the amount of moisturizer I need to apply beforehand so that I don't dry out, it doesn't look right. I am hoping to try Nars Sheer Glow next to see if it works any better for me.

Update: Apparently I've had a deep sinus infection for almost a year and after finishing antibiotics I realize that this doesn't work as well as I thought! I just couldn't smell myself and my loved ones wouldn't tell me I smelled rank. I gave it a 3 because it works better than some other natural products I've tried but just isn't enough after 2-3 hours. How disappointing. I might buy this again but only to layer it with another natural deodorant. This product works! I don't stink anymore! I've tried both the lavender and chamomile & green tea and they work. Love this product.

Lip Gloss -Lumiere - Lumi Lips - all

I have very pigmented lips and have a very hard time finding lipstick that is flattering. I've tried to neutralize the natural pigment by wearing foundation/primer and then applying lipstick over the top but it doesn't work for me (pro ma. have tried it on me as well and it doesn't work for them either). Thus, I've embraced my natural color and usually just slap on chapstick. I bought a Hibiscus mini and love it! It is just a bit darker then my natural color and gives a nice glossy finish that lasts longer than most other glosses. Even my SIL commented that it gave my lips just the right amount of color/shine (this was an unsolicited compliment). I will definitely repurchase!

Blush -Lumiere - Ditto 'O'

Lumiere takes great care in packing and shipping their products. I ordered a sample jar of this and am so pleased. A little goes a long way on my fair skin and when I'm finished I plan on reordering a full size. The color is very flattering and natural (when blended) and overall it is a good quality product.

Scrubs -Giovanni - Hot Chocolate Sugar Scrub

Nice product! Smells delicious and I like the tub as it has a widemouth and is easy to get the product out. The granules don't last all that long but, on the plus side, are easy to wash off. I hate having residual scrub stuck to me. I purchased mine online for around $9.00 which I felt was a steal because it was at Target for $17.00 at one point.

I bought a small bottle of this without smelling it first and it has turned out to be a nice basic scent. It works for most of my activities and isn't overpowering or disgusting. I'll finish the bottle and keep on looking.

This is a classy scent and I wore it during my early 20s. My tastes have changed, though, and I'm also looking for something my husband likes on me. My dear MIL wears this and so I'll just have to enjoy it on her.

Not the scent for me. It reminds me at first of Sand & Sable (don't know why) and then dries to something that isn't distinguishable (not bad though). I think Kim is very beautiful and was hoping that this fragrance would work for me. It didn't and I'm glad that I received it as a sample.

I like this scent on other people. It is very unique and I can recognize it right away and usually do a double sniff because it smells great. On me, though, it is rank. I tried for half a bottle to pretend it smelled nice on me. I even used the body wash that gave me a rash, but eventually I gave it away so I could smell it on someone else.

This reminds me of the mornings I spend curled up with my coffee cup on the couch, while my hubby makes German pancakes and cinnamon rolls for breakfast. It has a comforting sweet scent (after it has toned down a bit) that is relaxing.

I have been on a quest to find a fragrance my husband likes. I put this on at Target today and liked it and after a few hours liked it even more. I asked my husband to smell it and he was very impressed. That has never happened with a fragrance before!

Deodorants -Tom's of Maine - Long-Lasting Natural Deodorant (with hops) in Apricot Scent

After wearing antiperspirant for years, I was concerned that I might be putting myself at risk for developing some sort of disease and thought I should try something more natural. On the plus side, this product does not cause me to develop a rash or bumps and it has a nice light scent when first applied. The scent is soon overpowered by my own natural "fragrance" though and all I smell is sweat and a faint whiff of apricots. I don't think this is a bad product it just isn't strong enough for me.

Moisturizers -Unlisted Brand - Avocado Oil

I love the way this feels on my skin! It seems to have a different consistency than other natural oils and sinks in my skin. I read many good reviews about jojoba oil and was very disappointed that it made my eyes water when used on my face or hands. So I was thrilled that not only am I able to use avocado oil but it really does hydrate my skin without clogging pores or making me cry.

Lotions/ Creams -Eucerin - Aquaphor Healing Ointment

I use this during the winter when my skin starts to become extremely dry. I only use it for limited amounts of time as I've heard long term use can make your skin more dry. For a quick fix it works wonders and soothes my chapped lips and face. It also doesn't make me break out.

Palettes -Sephora - Colorful Artist Palette

This palette has a nice variety of colors. They work well with my fair skin and dark eyes. I generally wear neutrals and so I've had a chance to play with some different looks. The quality is good-None of the shadows have cracked or broken yet and I don't need to use a lot of product to create a good result so it should last awhile.
