I love this color. I love all of NARS products, particularly, the blush. However, I am often very nervous about wearing colors that are too bright. I prefer less pink colors, more brown or coral. This color appears as a coral/bronzer shade on me. It has gotten me several compliments, and it gives you a great color on your cheeks without it being obvious to everyone that you have on blush.

Highlighters -Smashbox - Artificial Light Luminizing Lotion in Prism

It certainly provides an artificial glow as it declares in the name. I agree with some people that it can be quite intense for the daytime. However, you can make the product less noticeable by using a very VERY small amount. I prefer other product as a highlighter on my cheekbones, but I love this at the brow/cupids bow.

Eyeliner -Smashbox - Limitless Liquid Liner Pen

I loved this liner....the pen makes it very easy to apply for those that are challenged when it comes to brushes. I somehow lost mine...but this product was so easy to create very fine lines or more dramatic "cat eye" looks.

Palettes -Smashbox - Step-by-Step Contour Kit

I would likely buy this again solely because there are not many contouring palettes out there. I love the dark color but the neutral and light colors do not make any difference in my contouring/highlighting. I guess it is good that the colors are not ugly, but I was hoping for something a bit more drastic when it came to highlight. It makes it very easy for beginners to contour, and I like the brush that came with it. I do not use this product every day, but I like it when going out.

Crème -Laura Mercier - Silk Creme Foundation

I love this foundation when I am looking for a more heavy amount of coverage. I have normal skin, but sometimes want a look that is less natural and more perfected. This product is great when I want to go out with friends or on a nice dinner date. However, because the coverage is heavy so is the feeling that your face gets. It is also a little oily so I think it could be a problem for people with oily skin. It does not make me break out, but was terrible for my friend. Just like all other makeup...this product is hit and miss depending on the person/complexion/skin type. I really like it and it makes my face very smooth.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Naked Palette

I purchased this palette because of the great reviews and the suggestion from several of my close friends. They always had beautiful eye looks when using this palette so I decided to give it a try. However, I have found that I do not use this much at all because I am underwhelmed with the majority of the colors in the palette. I have dark brown eyes and feel like most of these colors do nothing for my eyes or my complexion. I would not buy this again, but it is not a testament to the quality of the product. Urban Decay makes great shadows, and the Naked Palette is no exception. Just make sure that you truly like these colors before letting the hype get the best of you for $50.

Foundations -Make Up For Ever - HD High Definition Foundation

I loved this color during the winter...I wore 140. However, now that I have begun to get more tan for the spring/summer, this foundation does not suit me well. I have a very tan (almost orange) undertone to my skin, so this foundation makes me look washed out even in very dark colors. It is strange. Overall, it is a great product that provided me just the amount of medium coverage I need. I have normal skin and did not see any change (good or bad) in my complexion when using this foundation. I am terrible about washing off my makeup after a long day, but it still did not make me break out. I will purchase the 140 when I am back to being a little more pale than I am in the summer.
