I tried this when I ran out of Shadow Insurance and was in a hurry and didn't know when I would get to Sephora again. This stuff works. My eyemakeup doesn't crease and applies smoothly. I can't believe its only a dollar at Target. I haven't made it through a whole tube yet as a little goes a long way but I will keep buying it.
The scratchiest, cheapest brush I have ever used. I buy some cheap brushes so thats pretty bad. I hate this brush.
Powder -Sheer Cover - Sheer Cover - Mineral Foundation

Worst foundation I've ever tried, It feels heavy for a mineral foundation, I hate the primer and the brush is way scratchy. Altogether a crappy product, I'm glad I tried the sample before wasting my money.
I bought this thinking I wouldn't like it since it was so cheap but I figured I'd only be out a dollar. I've actually bought this about 4 times now. I like it as an overall wash. This is the color I wear when I don't feel like anything out of the ordinary. An every-day look, if you will. It is very soft and breaks really easy but that also helps it apply really easy. It blends well too. It has some shimmer but nothing over the top.
I personally really like this color. I have a medium olive tone to my skin and its hard for me to find brights that aren't too cool or too warm. This one is great for me. It brightens up my face. If I'm just bebopping around in jeans I use a thin layer. If I'm going out and a little more dressed up I just add a little more for some more punch. I've always loved MAC lipsticks and this is no exception. I will get another one if I run out while its still around.
Mascara -New York Color - Sky Rise Lengthening Mascara

$1.72 at WalMart. I tried this because I am cheap and I like to try new mascaras. This isn't bad for being so cheap. It isn't the best I've tried but it certainly isn't the worst. I think it is worth the price. My favorite mascaras are the volumnizing type and this doesn't do that a whole lot. However it will do in a pinch and I'm glad I tried it. Its alright.
Moisturizers -Clean & Clear - Oil-Free Dual Action Moisturizer

This seems to help clear up my skin. I don't like getting it near my eyes because it does irritate them. I don't have any dry patches either. I have an oily nose and the rest of my skin is fairly normal. I also use the sensitive skin Clean and Clear foaming cleanser. With the exception of period zits, I rarely break out with this combination. I also use witch hazel to tone, when I remember.
Polishes -Wet 'n' Wild - FastDry - Teal of Fortune

I love this color. When I was a kid, I went to classic car shows with my dad. I always loved the old cars with metal flake paint. Thats what this color reminds me of. An old '57 Chevy with metal flake paint. I wish it was a little glossier but maybe thats just the texture of the glitter. It applied opaguely with two coats.
I am in love with this rich, turquoise blue. Its so pretty. It does dry nice and fast even with a base coat underneath. If I ever run out I will definitely buy another bottle. It was only $1.72 at WalMart. Don't miss this one.
Cleansers -Clean & Clear - Foaming Facial Cleanser - Sensitive Skin

I love this stuff. My face feels really clean and it seems to have decreased the breakouts I used to get from time to time. I have combination skin and get a lot of flakes in the winter. This is gentle enough that I had less flakes this winter while using this. I will definitely buy it again when I run out.
Polishes -Sally Hansen - Xtreme Wear Lacey Lilac 270

I love this color. Application is okay as well. Even seems to last a little bit longer than some of the other polishes I own. I wear this one a lot.
I really like this stuff. It covers well and is easily blended. I wish there were more colors but the medium is okay for my skin tone. I usually buy stick concealers but this is easier to work with and coverage is a lot better. I'm glad I tried it.
I have been using this for years and I still return to it everytime I try something new. Its subtle and easy to apply. I keep trying pencils but they always look too dark and dramatic for me. This is easy to brush out if I accidentally apply too much. It is inexpensive and lasts forever. I have the same one I bought about 5 years ago. I lost the brush and the hinge broke but I just put a hair elastic around it. That said, the packaging could be made more durable but the product is so great that I don't really care that much. Its a staple in my makeup bag.
Eyeliner -Jordana - Fabu Liner Liquid Eyeliner Pen

I love this stuff. I buy it at Walgreen's right by the cosmetic counter. It applies easily and stays on all day long. I've only purchased black and brown and I don't know if it comes in any other colors but the colors I have are perfect. I hope they never discontinue this as I think its my favorite eyeliner. Its cheaper than Wet N Wild. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try liquid liner. Its easier for me to handle and maneuver than gel liners or liners with a long brush.
I like this color. Sort of a dark, strong blue. I wouldn't consider it to be french blue as I think that has a little more violet cast to it. It is a pretty blue creme. I used it with a base and top coat and it was fine for a day, which is normal for me (polish chips quickly on me). I used two coats and it was nice and opague. I removed it today and although I used a base coat it still seemed to leave a little blueness on the tips of my fingernails. Overall I am pleased and will wear it again.
