Conditioner -Frederic Fekkai - Glossing Conditioner

Ok I bought this and I wish I didn't. Why? It is better than all the other conditioners. Yes, I have to admit, it makes my hairs look excellent. Yes, they look excellent enough that I will buy this again. And it's expensive. I didn't want to admit that this would work better than plain old Vo5 which I normally use. Well it does. It works better. Significantly better.

Adds a little glow/shimmer. I appreciate it since 1) I'm really pale and 2) I am getting to be middle aged so this kind of thing adds a little softening to my features. It's subtle -- don't expect a huge difference, just a little "lift".
Hmmm. I'm not sure what to think of this. Pros: blends very well. Light finish, not cakey. Doesn't settle in fine lines. Natural looking, not too shiny or too matte. Cons: it really doesn't cover that well, despite thick texture. It's weird. It sort of blends in very easily and sinks in... but then I still need to use a lot of corrector to cover acne scars and my undereye circles. Most foundation covers this stuff at least SOMEWHAT this one: not so much. It does sort of even my skin tone a bit... and makes the texture look a bit nicer. I would really prefer a pump bottle on this. Even if you do wash your brushes/sponge whatever it's still kind of gross to me to dip into it every day. I will say that since I applied it it seems like it has "set" and it looks very nice. I have acne prone skin so I'm waiting to see if this will break me out. I hope not. I think this would be good for someone who just wants a little "polish" but doesn't need much coverage.

Works great. Lightweight. Excellent hold. Doesn't smell bad (important for hairspray, IMO!) also... the spray nozzle hasn't gotten clogged! Sprays nice and even. A winner!

Love this stuff. Smells really nice. A little shine enhancer for hair. It does have silicones tho so you will need clarifying shampoo from time to time. Otherwise great product.

Got a sample of this with Lactic Acid mask. I didn't expect it to do much but I put it on before I went to a wedding for a little skin pick me up. Immediately it started tingling and even stung a little bit. I was concerned that maybe it would be too strong and make my skin red/tight/flaky etc but I just said "What the hell' and left it on for 5 mins, then washed it off. at first my skin was a little red/flushed. However it quickly settled down and became AWESOME. Yes it was! Pores were much smaller, skin texture was much smoother, overall just looked nicer and clearer. I will def buy a full size container of this.
Skincare - Face -Avalon Organics Botanicals - Lavender Revitalizing Eye Gel

I bought this because I like Avalon Organics vitamin C eye cream and thought I'd give this a try instead. I like the pump dispenser. I like the scent. It's sort of aloe based so texture/consistency is like aloe gel. I didn't have an issue with burning that other reviewers mentioned. On the other hand, not sure it actually does much to reduce puffiness/fine lines/dark shadows etc. A little pricey so I prob won't repurchase.
Lotions/ Creams -Neutrogena - Body Lotion Light Sesame Formula

Really nice, light, sinks right in. Does not cause breakouts. I use it when I get out of the shower on my whole body including my face. No acne! Mild pleasant scent. I like the pump bottle. Will rebuy.
Cleansers -Makeup Artist's Choice (MUAC) - Green Tea/Pomegranate Cleanser

I like it. It comes in a pump bottle. I keep it in the shower. I like the smell and it makes my skin feel really squeaky clean. If you have dry skin that might be too much, but for me it's good.

Yes it's as good as people say it is. Yes it helped clear up my acne. Yes I will totally buy this again and again and again. My only complaint: not crazy about the smell. It's not horrible but it kind of makes me cough. Otherwise: it's fantastic.

OK I have very fair skin that freckles and burns easily. I spent all the summers of my girlhood with my family on a lake, in the sun. We never wore sunscreen, and I burned every single summer. I thought of it as part of summer, having a sunburn. Sometimes just a little, sometimes blistering and very painful. Flash forward to 2010. I'm 42 and I have wrinkles. Not little crows feet, actual visible wrinkles right above my cheekbones under my eyes. So I tried this eyecream. Never used an eyecream before. I patted it on the wrinkles after my shower when my skin was still damp. Guess what? After only a week of this I could hardly see the wrinkles!!! I used up the whole bottle and I feel I look a lot younger. The skin under my eyes feels soothed, soft and plump. Much nicer. I look like I got a good night's sleep. I love this stuff it's wonderful. Just bought my 2nd bottle. Highly reccomend.
OMG the SMELL of this is revolting! I felt so sick the day I tried this. It actually does work and I wish they'd make an unscented vesion b/c this is just GROSS. UGH would not every buy again!
