I absolutely adore the colour and consistency of this product. It's a gorgeous natural sheer berry colour that gives my lips a tinted flushed look. Unfortunately, the taste and smell of it is GROSS. It's that horrible 80's crayon flavour that is just awful. It also is quite drying on the lips so I usually apply a balm first. The packaging isn't great but doesn't bother me too much... I've had worse. I will probably buy again because I the colour and sheerness is perfection.

Styling Products -TRESemme - Fresh Start Dry Shampoo for Oily/Straight to Normal Hair

This is the worst dry shampoo I have ever used. I normally use Klorane which is fantastic but they were sold out in Priceline the other day so I picked up this instead as it was so cheap - BIG MISTAKE. The first time I used it, it was ok. I sprayed it on my part only, waited a couple of mins and then brush it out. It did leave my hair looking clean and the roots were oil free and lifted. The second time I used it, however, was a disaster. I did exactly the same thing as before except I applied it to a great area of hair... my part and the roots on the top half my head. This time it went on really sticky like hairspray. I waited a couple of minutes and tried to brush it out but could scarcely get the brush through my hair as my roots were so sticky from this stuff. My brush is now covered in white sticky stuff and my hair feels dirtier than before. Will not make this mistake again... am promptly going back to Klorane. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Lipstick -Maybelline - Color Sensational - Madison Mauve

I ADORE this lip colour.... On me, it does not look purple... it's more of a gorgeous berry/mauve colour with a blue-ish shimmer. It's one of those colours that will look different on different people. I have very neutral skin tone leaning towards olive skin, blue eyes and ashy blonde hair and this lip colour makes my whole face POP. Amazing lipstick, lasts for ages when I put it on too. This is my current HG and really really hope it's not discontinued as I will be heart broken!

Moisturizers -Neutrogena - Fresh Moisture Ultra-Light Moisturizer ] [DISCONTINUED]

I am LOVING this moisturiser. I went on the hunt for a new moisturiser when Olay changed the formula of their Complete UV Defense "Sensitive" and it broke me out like crazy and made my face look like an oil slick. I decided to try an oil-free moisturiser in the hope of returning my face to some sort of normality. Anyways, I saw this at the chemist and the reviews on hear are pretty good so I decided to give it a go. It has a kind of gel like consistency which just absorbs right into the skin leaving no residue whatsoever but leaves my skin feeling really silky. My skin feels moisturised without feeling like I've put anything on. It is a dream under my mineral foundation too! I normally use Clarins Instant Perfecting Touch as a makeup primer but find that I don't need it ant more for my everyday makeup with this moisturiser. My face does not turn into an oil slick during the day and my makeup looks fresh all day! Best of all, it has not broken me out!! In fact, most of the black heads/congestion that was caused by Olay has now subsided. I will definitely continue to use this. Please don't discontinue this Neutrogena!!

I used to really like this product. It was my HG moisturiser for a few years but alas, they changed the formula. Now, it breaks me out AND makes my face look like an oil slick. Seriously, if I wear this moisturiser under my mineral makeup, I look like have a wet face by lunch time! Really disappointed. I've now changed to Neutrogena Fresh Moisture and it is 100% better.

Blush -NARS - Deep Throat

Gorgeous colour! I was using NARS Orgasm but decided to try this one out due to all the rave reviews. Boy, am I glad I did! I have light-med, cool skin tone and this soft peachy-pink blush works perfectly for me. It is alot less pink than Orgasm and isn't as shimmery. It's a lovely everyday, day-time blush.

Makeup Brushes -MAC - #190 Foundation Brush

Firstly, I want to say that I'm just getting into makeup brushes and have previously always applied my Revlon Colorstay with my fingers. I love this brush! I don't understand other reviewers who say that this brush leaves your face streaky with foundation... I have never had this problem. Maybe you are using the bursh incorrectly or maybe it's your foundation?? This brush combined with my Revlon Colourstay liquid gives me the perfect coverage with no streaking whatsoever. I just apply a little foundation to the back of my hand to use a palette and then pick some of it up with the brush. I then apply to my face using short, fast movements... I find doing this, it blends itself and I don't ever have to use my fingers to blend. I also find that I am using much less product now. LOVE THIS BRUSH!!

Self Tanners -Nivea - Summer Beauty

I am so torn about this product!! It is the first self tanner/ gradual tanner that does completely stink! It has a light, pleasent smell - it doesn't bother me at all. Also, it absorbs into my skin very quickly. AND, it does not streak at all. My only gripe is that the colour is VERY light - even the medium/dark formula is very light. However, it is not orangey at all. I love everything about this gradual tanner but prefer Dove's colour slightly more. I will continue to buy this over Dove as it has many better qualities than Dove and other brands.

Powder -Maybelline - Mineral Power Powder Foundation

I am regular mineral makeup user (EDM, BM & others) and Maybelline's version is spot on! I actually prefer this to other brands that I have tried. It comes with a brush which I threw out immediately - I only use my kabuki brush my mineral makeup. It has great coverage that you can build if needed. It makes me look fresh and natural and never cakes on me and does not turn orange - I use the lightest shade. I apply first thing in the morning, after I have cleansed, applied rosehip oil & day cream. It lasts throughout the day and does not budge until I remove in the evening. I will definately be repurchasing this product!

Concealers -Revlon - Age Defying Spa Concealer [DISCONTINUED]

OMG... I finally have found my HG concealer!! This is seriously the best concealer I have ever used (and I've used ALOT). I have very fair skin with very dark circles under my eyes and a couple of fine lines under eyes too. I apply this in the morning after I have applied my day eye cream. I apply a little bit with the pen and then I use my finger to pat and blend. This completely covers my dark circles but still looks natural too. I use the lightest shade 001 Light. It does not cake and does not fall into the fine fines. It makes my eyes area look smooth, bright and flawless. The best thing is that it lasts all day while at work AND after my workout at the gym after work, it's still there! Anyone with dark circles - GET INTO IT!!

Fragrances -Calvin Klein - Escape For Women

I have repurchased this fragrance a couple of times because I love wearing when I am heading out on the town. It is a very strong, clean scent which, when wearing it, gets heaps of compliments. It's not for everyone though and I can see how some can get headaches for it. The trick I have found is that less is more and to only spritz wrists, and cleavage. I never put this one behind the ears as the smell would be too much. Really long lasting as well. Lasts all night and can even smell a hint of it after I've showered!

Fragrances -Davidoff - Cool Water for Women

This was one of the first perfumes I ever bought... and I still buy and wear it occasionally! It's a very fresh, young scent that I usually only wear in summer. Lasts well and I find smells better after being on the skin for a bit. So cheap these days so I continue to buy it as it is an old favourite.

I love this fragrance! It's a very heavy floral scent which may be too strong for some but for me... it's perfect! I usually wear this to work (just a light spritz) and it's lasts right throughout the day until I get home and take a shower. It's makes me feel beautiful and classy.

I love this concealer. I am very dark under the eyes and this stuff covers wonderfully. Doesn't sink into the lines either and lasts all day! Only con is the small amount that you get in the tube...
