This is my HG foundation! It's perfect for my combo skin. For reference, i'm NW15 and i wear #2 (Porcelain) in F & B. I tried #36 (Pink) but it was a tad too light and pink for me. I might mix the 2 together. This gives a light natural finish but it's quite buildable. It's not a matte finish, more glowy, i like to use a powder over it to control the oilies (MUFE All Matte). It covers my old acne marks, but i still have to use concealer to mask them completly. It does not emphasize my flakies (using retin-a i get a lot of them right now, boo!!) and best of all, never oxidized on my skin! Will repruchase!

Mascara -Clarins - Wonder Length Mascara

This is the perfect my-lashes-but-better mascara. This won't give you the false lashes effect, but it will define and darken them for a great natural day look. If you're looking for a little volume, i would try it over a primer.

Mascara -Almay - Intense I-Color Volumizing Mascara- Raisin Quartz

This is a really average mascara. It didn't enhance my green eyes at all, it looks like a soft black on. The formula is kinda goopy... it didn't clump on me, but it was really thick and hard to apply. The brush is a CG Lash Exact wannabe, but i found it to be hard to manage. I won't be repurchase.

Liquid -Christian Dior - DiorSkin Forever Extreme Wear Flawless Makeup SPF

The search for my HG foundation will go on, because Dior Forever is great, but not THAT great. I got this in the lightest shade 10 and it matches my nw15-20 skin fine. Forever is kinda thick, so i have to blend a lot to get it sheer enough so it doesn't look mask-like. It didn't oxidized much on me (didn't turn orange like Chanel Vitalumière did) but i did notice it kinda was a bit darker at the end of the day (but nothing extreme). The foundation did not budge for my face all day, which is a huge plus! It mattified nicely, but my skin felt dryish at the end of the day. Primer/ Corrector -MAC - Prep + Prime Face Protect SPF 50

I got the original Prep + Prime and it broke me out so i was hesitant for this one. But i'm so glad i finally got this! I've been using it for about 2 months now. Face Protect is a thick white cream that goes on smoothly onto the face. It mattified and hid my pores very well. I did not notice a white cast in pictures and it did not broke me out! It did however, dry out my skin a bit so i'll keep this one for summer only. Still, i great product worth a try!

Tools -Shiseido - The Skincare Cleansing Massage Brush

I can't believe the difference this brush made in my skincare! I've been using it twice a day for about a month now and my skin is glowing. I changed nothing else in my routine so it must be the brush. I feel it truly deep clean without being harsh for the skin. It removes every trace of makeup left by my makeup remover milk (i double cleanse). I have to problem cleaning it, but you do need to rinse it very well. The SA said nothing to me about leaving it in the sun for a week, i found that out here (as usual lol). Overall, this was a great buy for me, and i would buy it again for sure!

Pressed Powders -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish Natural - Medium

OMG i nearly died when MAC annonced it was d/cing it! It's the perfect finishing powder for me! I use it over Clarins Truly Matte foundation and it leaves my skin virtualy poreless and with this glowing matte finish. It never oxydized nor broke me out. It will be dearly missed :o(

Primer/ Corrector -Lise Watier - Base Miracle – Pore Minimizing Primer

This is the best primer i've used (i've tried MAC, LG, SB and Boots so far). Smooth over face well and leaves skin really soft! Made my foundation application and blending way easier. Kept me matte (most important for me!) for hours and even when I did blot, i used less papers then usual. Makeup did not slid off my face mid-day or accumulate between my eyebrows. And it did not brake me out at all! I do think it's really expensive for such a small amount (28$ CAN for 25 ml) but it's worth it for me. Will repurchase when i run out!

Mascara -Maybelline - Define A Lash

This is a really great mascara! Absolutely zero clumps, stayed in place all day and didn't flake at all! It lengthens very well and i did get i little volume from it that I liked. It's almost like CG Volume Exact. It's really HG material for me, i'm in love with that kind of wand!

I'm a PPP with light brown hair, green eyes and sensitive, combo skin. I'm in love with this blush!! Not only is it soooooo pretty in the packaging (looks like a MAC MSF), it's gorgeous on the cheeks! It's the perfect pinky-plummy color without huge chunks of glitter (like some MSF), just soft shimmers. Did not cause any blemishes (huge plus for me!). I'll buy it again for sure!

Fragrances -Gucci - Envy ME

I don't know why I love this fragrance so much! I've never been into flowery smell, but this one, well I couldn't resist! It's really strong on me thought, that's why I took off one lippie, because I usually don't like such strong fragrance, but this one is perfect for special occasion. The packaging is very sleek and cute and pink, very girly. Overall, it's a repurchase for me!

I'm a PPP with light brown hair, green eyes and sensitive, combo skin. I wanted to like his product so much after reading all the rave about it on the Makeup Board! Unfortunetly, it did not do much for me. My foundation (Clarins's Truly Matte) slid off my forehead mid-afternoon! It made me way more oily then usual. I tried it on 10 different occasions and it did the exact same thing each time. Still on the lookout for a primer...

I'm a PPP with light brown hair, green eyes and sensitive, combo skin. This foundation was also recommended to me by a SA at a Shoppers Drug Mart. I've been using it for 2 months now, almost everyday. It is a perfect match for my light skin (02 - Pale Ivory) and the best thing for me is : it doesn't oxidize at all! It totally controls my oily forehead during the day and didn't break me out once. This is trully HG material for me right now. I did have a small problem with flaking at first, but after a good steady regimen of exfoliating and moisturizing, it was back to normal. It has really light texture that is comfortable to wear. It does have a powerfull smell, but I actually like it!
