Scrubs -St. Ives - Apricot Scrub Blemish and Blackhead Control

I never thought there would be a product that would top my scrub (Neutrogena blackhead eliminating daily scrub). I was planning to buy another Neutrogeana scrub since it was running out, but I noticed St. Ives. It was on sale for two for $6. Considering the Neutrogena scrub was about $7, I decided to give it a try. Well, that was a great decision I made! I had better results than the Neutrogena, blackheads are smaller and disappeared for me! Even if some blackheads are still there, it was easier to pop them. The beads are large and feels like you're rubbing a whole bunch of dry hard sand on your face. But I love the feeling of it, oddly. It doesn't foam up like other cleaners. I know the cleanser stated you should use this 3-4 days a week, but I'll admit I use this everyday. Probably not a good idea for some people, but my facial skin isn't sensitive at all and is pretty durable. But facial scrubs are known to break out those with sensitive skin. I did break out one time (it was the first time I started using it). Although I brought out, the pimple died really fast. Faster than normal too. So, my skin feels super smooth and is clear! The smell, people like it, but I personally would like it more if it wasn't there. It smells odd... Nonetheless, I love this and will buy this again!

Eyeliner -Prestige - Total Intensity Eyeliner Deepest Black

After hearing all the amazing reviews about this product, I just had to get it! I thought I was going to get HG eyeliner for my waterline. I went to five stores in hopes I would find this product, but nothing came up. I finally just went online and bought it. I was extremely disappointed in this eyeliner. This eyeliner didn't glide on my waterline; it took many swipes for pigments to stick. This was a surprise still I swatched it on my hand before I used this and it was really pigmented. Probably even more darker than my other eyeliners. But it was never like this on my waterline. After application, my eyes would water a bit. My other eyeliners has never made my eyes water and my eyes are not sensitive. i even waited for it to dry a bit, but still watery. Like some reviews this eyeliner was a bit uncomfortable. I compared this product to the new Scandaleyes from Rimmel. The Scandaleyes isn't my HG eyeliner (as I'm still looking), but it has to be the best one I have found. Throughout the day the Scandaleyes would smudge and fade, and Total Intensity smudge x10! It was terrible! I looked really messy after my first class (keep in mind it's an hour class). I was surprise considering all the great reviews this eyeliner had. This product really didn't work for me. Maybe it would work for you, it does have great reviews and it's an average price for a drugstore eyeliner ($6-7), but for me I will not repurchase.

Scrubs -Tree Hut - Almond & Honey Scrub

One of the best body scrub I've ever tried! This is my first Tree Hut scrub and I have become a fan! I got this scrub at Walmart for about $6 for a pretty big tub. This one smells amazing! Smells like a hint of cherry and honey than almond and honey, but nonetheless still smells amazing! The other scrub smells as amazing as well. I use this inside the shower and since there is no scoop some water gets in the tub when I grab for more. Since this is happening the sugar on the top layer is dissolving a bit. When this happens I mix the whole tub so the slightly dissolved sugar is evenly distributed. To the product itself, this works GREAT! I mainly use it on my legs and they have never been more smooth! The scrub is pretty thick and is pretty rough. Feels like you're rubbing sand, but the water dissolves the sugar as you're scrubbing. I look forward to me showers since I would be able to use this! I'm would definitely buy this scrub again and I would loove to try Tree Hut's other scrubs!

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Visibly Even Foaming Cleanser

I only review facial cleaners after I have finished off a tube. With that in play, I believe I have enough knowledge to write a review. I picked this up at Walmart for about $6.50 (a little more than I usually pay for, but an average price overall). I use this once a day, right before I go to bed. After a month or two of using this cleanser, my face has become a little more even. I was able to judge this because I have a half a pea sized sun spot on my cheek. I noticed it has definitely become lighter and less noticeable. This product is definitely not a cleanser where you will see a difference on day one. It takes time, but you will notice a subtle difference. I still have some spots on my face, but my face feels as if there's more life. My face doesn't look as dull, but more radiant and natural. And I must admit, I have also been using this on my legs and it actually has made a difference. My legs are littered with scars and my legs' scars have slightly faded. Although it's going to take a few more tubes before my whole face is visibly even, this product does work, but only with time! Will buy this again for sure!

Eye Shadow -Cover Girl - Eye Enhancers Trio - Cafe au Lait #105

I rarely use eyeshadow, but when I do I use this! This eyeshadow looks really natural and it's very easy to wear. It's great for an everyday look, a lazy day look, or a neutral look, but you it does give you that nice glow around your eye. It has a very nice shimmer that doesn't look like you glitter chucks on your eyelid. It's extremely easy to wear since applying and blending is as simple as 1..2..3! The only gown side to this is it is very soft and natural that it doesn't have much pigment. Eyeshadow primer is must if you want this, but I have wore this without primer and it's okay. Overall, very satisfied with this and will buy this again!:)

Eyeliner -Essence - Gel Eyeliner

This is a great eyeliner! For only $4 you get amazing quality and I'm amazed about this! I bought it from all these rave reviews and decided to give it a go. I bought this mostly for my waterline since reviewers said this thing doesn't budge, but I was sadly disappointed when it did:( It definitely did budge and it smudged and run. What I really didn't like was how it pooled on the outer corner of my eye. Not as waterproof as it stated it was. I stopped using this for my waterline, but I just use this on my top eyelid. Using this on my eyelid is definitely has way better results. It didn't smudge, run, or pooled. It stayed! I do have somewhat oily lids and it didn't transfer! This eyeliner definitely beat the ever-so popular Maybelline Eyestudio gel eyeliner. If I thought wearing Essence gel eyeliner on my waterline was bad, Maybelline was a huge mess. On the top lid, Maybelline smudges, and transfers. For only $4 you should try this, if you don't like it you won't be out much. You'll like this, trust me (but only on the top lid) :) And yes. I will buy this again :)

Eyeliner -Rimmel - Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Eyeliner in Black

I'm starting to think there isn't an eyeliner out there that can stay on my waterline for 8 hours. But I did find this eyeliner that will work all right. I've tried many and they all smudge, fade, run, or pooled. This kohl eyeliner, I have to honestly say, does fade. Even though it says it's waterproof it does need touch up through out the day. However, this eyeliner does go out really smooth and creamy. Little to no tugging and it just glides on my waterline. I don't use this on my eyelid (I use Essence gel eyeliner on top), so I can't review on that. To make this eyeliner say longer, I do apply black eyeshadow on over it. Like I said, this eyeliner fades a bit, but when it fades, it fades "cleanly". It doesn't look like it's running or it smudged. It just fades. But only a bit.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Falsies

I bought this mascara after all this amazing reviews. I already found my HG mascara, but I still like buying different mascaras. Anyway, this mascara really does give me length and volume like my HG mascara, so really like this. As an Asian girl, we are known to have short stubby lashes, and I tried a lot of mascara to give me noticeable lashes. This particular mascara is good enough to be my second HG mascara. It's even cheaper than my other HG mascara! (L'Oreal Million Lashes) There is a tad bit of clumping, but nothing too noticeable. The wand, I'm not sure if I like it. I like plastic wands more and this one is bristles. It's supposed to give you an amazing look since it's the shape of our lashes, but I think it's unnecessary, actually. It personally think it's the formula that give you volume and length. So if you really hate the wand, I'll just switch it out. The formula is a bit wetter than others, but I don't really care for the consistency of the mascara as long as it does what it claims. I just want volume and most of all length. And this thing delivers!!:)

Blush -Cover Girl - Classic Color 'Rose Silk'

This is a really good natural blush for my skin tone! However, it contains a lot of shimmer and was a little disappointed about that. I wish it was more matted like their classic pink blush. When I use this, I won't apply any highlighter since I think this is sparkly enough. I don't know if I'll buy this again, I really like the color, but I don't like the shimmer:/

Masks -Clean & Clear - Blackhead Eraser Cleansing Mask

My nose and around my nose is littered with tiny and large blackheads and I thought this mask would solve my problem; however, this didn't do much. The mask definitely made my skin feel clean and it didn't break me out, but my blacks were still here even after using this mask for a couple weeks. This is an okay product if people are using this just for a regular weekly mask or something, but no for blackhead removal. It might even be possibly be okay if you don't have that much blackheads to begin with. Would I buy this again? Probably not since I found out better ways to get rid of blackheads.

Lips -Chapstick - (All Flavors)

I've been using this brand every since I was born! This has never failed me and I will always have 2 or 3 of these around my house. They heal dry and chapped lips and makes them super soft for my lipstick and lip gloss. It is very light, not very greasy. And Chapstick has many different flavors and they taste like it too. But anyway- I'm always gonna buy this again

Lip Treatments -Carmex - LipBalm

This thing is greattt!:) This is my go to lip balm for my lips. Unlike other lip balms this really does heal my very dry and chapped lips and make them silky smooth! Also for the price ($1), you just can't beat it! I got the one that is a squeeze tube. I exfoliate my lips in the shower, apply a thick layer overnight, and I wake up with smooth lips! When it is first applied it is very minty and there is a slight cool feeling. I don't like using this throughout the day since it had a terrible taste and looks really greasy. But still a great product.

Blush -Cover Girl - Cheekers Blush in Natural Shimmer

I bought this thinking it was going to be a great neutral blush and it went on way to shimmery and I shunned this product for a year or two. Then I suddenly I looked at the name and realized it is probably for highlighting! Those who are really pale would like this, but for those who have color should just this as a highlighter. Well anyway, I started using this as a highlighter and I love this way more than my other two highlighters (HC Glow All the Way and Maybelline Dream Lumi). I use a foundation brush to put it on since the brush is smaller than the one it came with and it gave me more of a precise hand. I use this on my on top my cheekbones, my nose, my cupid's bow, and my chin. This stayed on longer than my other top and I didn't have to blend it as much! It went on like a blush and not like a concealer or foundation. This really did live up to its name, Natural Shimmer! It gives you a great shimmer without looking you packed on glitter! Will buy this again!

Makeup Brushes -Ecotools - Bamboo 6 Piece Brush Set

I always thought brush set weren't necessary and the little brushes that came with the makeup product would be sufficient. I saw these on sale and decided to give it a go. And I loove them:) I made a great purchase and I'm super glad I bought these. My original thought about brushes aren't necessary is still true, but they do make your makeup look better and prettier. This 6 piece brush set comes with a blush brush, an eyeshadow brush, a foundation brush, an eyeliner brush, and a eyelash/brow brush. The only brush I've only been using is the blush brush since I don't really wear eyeshadow, I use fingers for my foundation, and my eyebrows are pretty great already:) But nonetheless, the blush brush is super soft and blends my blush (CG Cheekers Classic Pink) really nice! It looked like my blush was melted into my cheek and looked like I had a really pretty natural blush going on! I also use the blush brush for my translucent powder! And my powder goes on way more evenly and it looks way more natural. It gave me a glow! Although I haven't used the others, I'm sure they work just as great. They're soft, the bristle aren't falling out, it comes in a very nice case, and overall it's a great product. I'll definitely buy these again and now I really want more brushes from EcoTools!

Deodorants -Secret - Invisible Solid in Powder Fresh

Like my other deodorant review, the only real reason why I buy this is because it comes in a bundle of 2 instead of 1 for around $7. But anyway, this deodorant is a bit strong smelly when you put it on, but I'm fine with that as long as it smells fresh and clean. All of the Invisible Solid PH Balance from Secret's scent smell really fresh and clean, which I adore, so I'm okay with that scent. I usually which around these scents. I'll take that any day over strong flowery smells! This does what it does, I don't sweat on regular days, but if there is something going one, for example, a presentation, a date, or something that's make me nervous, I'll sweat through it. It'll then leave my underarms slight damp throughout the whole day. I know I should get a deodorant for stress; however, I can't find myself to fork over my $8-9 for one deodorant. Plus, it still does help me on my regular day activities, so I'll keep buying this.
