Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter

I love these!! I have Pink Truffle, Candy Apple, Wild Watermelon and a few others, but these 3 are my favorites! I am a total lipstick junkie. I am used to wearing bright reds, and oranges (i have an NC35 skin tone) but they are always such a pain to wear because i usually have to wear lip liner, and they dry out my lips. Lip butters are shiny, light and perfect for a a pop of color depending on which you get. These lipsticks don't offer full coverage, so you would not be able to get a bright bold lip with any of them, but you can still achieve a pop of color, without putting on any lipliner. They last about a couple hours but they are easy to apply. I would describe them as tinted chapstick! I do enjoy them on days when i don't want to wear too much makeup but still want to look put together! ps- sometimes they go on sale at Target and you can find them for about $6!

Crème -Bobbi Brown - Oil-Free Even Finish Compact Foundation

HATE IT! I purchased this product when it just came out. Like everyone else, i have had the same experience with this foundation. It applies streaky, you really have to blend it in for a few minutes, if not you will look cakey! I have tried to apply it with my flat top kabuki brush by sigma, my beauty blender, and even with my fingers, and something about it just does not work. It applies awfully. I am disappointed every time i try to use it. Do not buy!!

Primer/ Corrector -Hourglass - Veil Mineral Primer SPF 15

This primer feels great on, but does not do much for pores, and my face is super shiny mid-day. I do have really oily skin so I'm not sure this is the best primer for that. I think I'll try something else next.

This product is great! It does the job without the high price tag! I have really oily skin, I keep this in my purse and put it on mid day when I start getting shiny. The best thing for me is that it minimizes my pores when I put it on. I usually look like a disco ball by mid day, there's nothing worse than looking at your face and realizing how shiny it is. This product is great and it makes me feel confident after I've been out all day. Will buy again!

Primer/ Corrector -Yves Saint Laurent - Touche Eclat (Radiant Touch)

I can see why people love this stuff, the pretty gold packaging, the name brand, and the price all make you think you are getting more than you actually are! i gave in and purchased this, tried it for a week..and really didn't notice a difference! Not sure if i was given the wrong shade (im an NC35 with yellow undertones, got the #3) but it did not do much for me. It's creamy and blends nicely but it just blended into my skin and did not give me a glowy highlighted look. I was disappointed. I think this can work for some, but not for me. For the price, it was not as awesome as i expected.

Liquid -Shiseido - Sun Protection Liquid Foundation SPF 42 PA+++

I purchased this product a year ago (summer time) i was looking for a light foundation for the summer with spf. I have to say that this entire year i have tried various different foundations along with using this one...maybelline, colorstay, tarte, chanel....and i find myself ALWAYS going back to this one. You really can't beat the way it feels on your skin. It's so light, and spreads like silk, i never have any problem blending this foundation or looking cakey. This stuff glides on and does not move. When i first purchased it i thought the bottle was so small!! but a year later i still have plenty. You really don't need much to cover your face. I would say this is a medium coverage, for reference i wear shade sp60 and im an NC-35-40 in MAC. LOVE this stuff, i will definitely repurchase when i run out!!

Liquid -Maybelline - SuperStay Makeup - New Version

I really enjoy this foundation! I've always spent tons of money on higher end foundations, but this one does just as good as the rest. I switch between this and shiseido waterproof foundation and i love both. I think i was lucky to pick a color that really matches me well. I pour a little on the back of my hand, and tap my brush into it to spread the product around so i don't get too much on my brush at once. It blends well, and covers most of everything. I would say this is a medium coverage foundation. I don't have any redness or problems with my skin so it's hard to say if this would work for everyone. My Skin: Oily, olive toned. I use an NC35 in Mac studiofix and the classic beige matches perfect! (i also use smashbox photofinish primer under this) I will purchase again!

Cleansers -Cerave - Hydrating Cleanser

I actually HATE this face wash. I think what bothers me the most is the consistency, it's like using milk to wash your face, and it does not suds up at all. grr... Also, it did not remove my makeup very well. I won't buy again!

Eyeliner -E.L.F. - Liquid Eyeliner - Black

I really have learned to love this liquid eyeliner. I think the key is to be patient and play around with it for more than a couple days. This liquid eyeliner IS very liquidy, but once its on the skin it does not go anywhere. I usually try to get all the excess off the little tip before i use it on my eyes, and i dont directly start drawing my line near my tear duct because thats where it is supposed to be the thinnest. When you first apply you will get most of the product off the brush so you want to start in the middle and work your way out, and then go back with whatever is left on the brush for the tear duct area (if that makes any sense). Anyway, i really love this and it's $1, lasts forever, and does not come off in the middle of the day. Highly recommend!

Palettes -LORAC - PRO Palette

I don't own any of the urban decay palettes so I can't compare, but this one is really nice. The colors are beautiful, they go on really smoothly and last a long time if you use the lorac primer underneath. The only thing that annoys me is the messiness of it. The eyeshadows go everywhere as soon as you touch them, and it doesn't help that the palette itself is black. Overall i really like the shadows and have been using them everyday!

Mascara -Maybelline - The Rocket Volume Express

I absolutely love this mascara!! Not only is the packaging cute, but the formula really darkens and thickens my eyelashes well. It dries quickly once you put it on which can be good or bad but I don't have a problem with it. I find myself going back to this after I use my high end mascara, that's how I know it's awesome!

Lipstick -Tarte - Glamazon Pure Performance 12 hour lipstick

I got this lipstick in "fierce" and it really IS fierce! It's a bright red/orange, the texture is so buttery and it goes on like a dream! I wouldn't say it lasts 12 hours, but I got a good 5-6 hours in before it faded, after that It was still on a little around the rim of my lip. Really nice product, packaging is fabulous too'

I am a total red lipstick JUNKIE! i have so many, both grocery store and high end red lipsticks. I recently purchased this color at a makeup show. I have to say i think this is by far the best one out of all in my collection! The color is beautiful, it's a bright red with a hint of orange. It lasts a really long time, and if you have dry lips you can just wear chapstick with it and it will be great! The packaging is lovely too. I highly recommend this product!

This color is gorgeous! a bright red with a hint of orange, i almost wish it had a little MORE orange, but i still love it. The formula is great and the brush is wider than most so it goes on quickly! i would totally repurchase this and i will try the other colors in the line!

Polishes -Essie - Fiji

Love the color, HATE the formula! I have so many Essie polishes, and this is the only one that is streaky. Even after applying 3 coats, it still does not look even. I am not sure if it's due to the light colors, but it's really hard to work with. I do not reccomend this!
