Hey folks, just an update on the iQQU scandal. There is further proof that the iQQU skincare products, including the Acne Serum, are not US FDA approved. Now Ms. Phan is stating she does not own iQQU nor is employed by iQQU. Funny thing is that as of Saturday, January 29, 2010 she was still claiming iQQU was approved by the US FDA but once people called the FDA to verify that it's not approved she changed her tune. She's now stating it's FDA Asia approved and meets US regulations but she sold iQQU and doesn't work for iQQU. Buy and use at your own risk folks. For those who have been injured by iQQU's Acne Serum please contact the FDA and file a complaint. You have the right to your money and any damages done by the product. It shouldn't have been sold once the US FDA labeled it as "not safe and effective" and it definately shouldn't be sold as US FDA approved because it's not. http://michellephail.tumblr.com/post/3025093924 http://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/drugInfo.cfm?id=34402 http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cder/ndc/default.cfm iQQU Acne Serum NDC + product code is 50403-226. If you use the FDA link above you'll find no record of approval. And if you go to the U.S. National Library of Medicine you'll find this statement, "...has not been found by FDA to be safe and effective, and this labeling has not been approved by FDA. "
