Shampoo -Pantene - Smooth and Sleek shampoo

This is the worst shampoo I have ever used. I used it with the conditioner and rather than leaving my hair feeling smooth and sleek, my hair was left a greasy mess. At first I thought it was because I was not washing the product out of my hair well enough, but after continuous washes this was obviously not the case. When I went to blow-dry my hair after showering, my hair was very greasy on the crown of my head, as well as on the bottom layer of my hair. It looked like I had not washed my hair in a long long time. Of course, perhaps my hair and Pantene are just not compatible, but after looking around online it seems that I am not the only one that this has happened to.

Moisturizers -Christian Dior - Hydra Life Pro-Youth Comfort Crème

I was recommended this product after telling the lady at the beauty counter that I wanted something to combat dry skin. I found that this moisturiser did exactly this. One problem I did have at first is applying too much, which caused me to break out majorly. However, when used sparingly, my face looks brighter and softer. A great buy.

After trying countless foundations, I have to say that this is one of the best that I have tried. I recommend using a good moisturiser before applying it, in order to get the best 'glowy' effect. I apply this with the Dior liquid foundation brush which works well. This foundation is easy to apply, blend and it gives a good even coverage. Be warned, a little goes a long long way so be sure to apply this sparingly or your face can look rather orange.

Liquid -Estee Lauder - Double Wear

I bought this foundation after the excellent reviews I had read. I found that it is very hard to blend in, and although looks good after application, by the end of the day my face looked cakey. It also made me break out, so if you have acne prone skin, I would not recommend this product. Two good things about this foundation is that my skin looked good in photographs and from afar.
