This product is really weird. Let me explain why. I got some acne and I put it on them. It dried out the acne along with my good skin. Then 2 weeks later I got new acne, I put it BUT it actually worsened the acne problem, I got more acne by using it. It works if you haven't been using it for a long time. If you use it constantly it increase the acne. I don't know why but now I keep my bottle just to use when I have a very serious acne. For constant use I discovered some real gems in my country, namely: Oxy10 (USA), Prettiean L'Acne (French product produced by STYLECOSMO INTERNATIONAL), Royalsense Acne Gel (Cindamycin (as phosphate) 10mg) produced by Sinphar Pharmaceutical Co in Taiwan.
Today I got a MAC Studio Sculpt in NC20 after reading lots of reviews. I already own a Cle de Peau Concealer in Beige, last week I got a Maybelline Mineral Concealer. Then I set to do some tests. Lately my chin has gotten lots of zits, some ugly purple and red scars, I got these zits because I was using Lancome Visionnary serum. I put some concealer, then powdered on with my Chanel Mat Lumiere compact pwder in Sabre. Cle de Peau was the only one that really hide the bruises and scars, but was heavy on my dark circles under eyes, This concealer works miraculously on the ugly pimples, people don't even know that I have something ugly underneath the concealer. Maybelline Mineral Concealer is liquid, runny but it gives a good result on the undereye circles, it is very light, but I don't have serious dark circles, my serious problem is scar, purple scars left by zits. I paid US$ 20 for MAC Studio Sculpt but it was not good for bruises/scar covering or undereye circles. I also have LM Secret Camouflage, it doesn't work well and it is too difficult to handle. I also have Revlon Age Defying (too orange and fake results), Make up Forever concealer that it is too dry, amplify the undereye lines and gives lots of zits, Lancome Effarcennes, no resut at all and gave me lots of zits. I never tried EL concealer but I use te Estee Lauder liquid foundation in Sand, Chanel compact powder Mat Lumiere in Sable, Nars bronzer and Revlon Highlighter powder to create a perfect skin. I use also the Perfectionist (Estee Lauder) as primer, works better tan Smashbox primer, MAC primer in my opinion.

I just love this product, it comes in a small tube, is white, like vaseline, has a great smell and I use it mostly for my very dry feet, and also on my legs. It gives my very smooth legs. I usually put it at nigh on my feet and legs, I wear socks and pajama pants. Next morning after a shower my legs look beautiful and soo smooth. My feet also, and I wear sandals and flip-flops with pretty feet.
Concealers -Make Up For Ever - Full Cover Concealer

Worst Concealer ever. I am a concealer collector, in my drawer I have Laura Mercier, Maybelline mineral concealer, Benefit, MAC, and Cle de Peau stick concealer. I have zits here and there. This concealer is so dry that it actually cover in a bad way, everyone can see the flaws, it is as bad as Laura Mercier. Both are super dry. I did lots of tests with these concealers, I like the Revlon blemish stick with Salicilic acid but what really worked right for me was Cle de Peau among all my concealer staple. Mac results were good but you get new zits in next day. Lancome Effarcennes also gave me a new collection of zits after usage. I can't give 0 but zero is what I would give if it was an option.
I"m 45, big fan of Lancome products (Hydra Zen night cream and Renergie Volumetric Lift. So I bought Visionnary with high hopes. Genifique didn't work for me, Estee Lauder serum in the brown bottle did nothing, Revitalift Intensive Night Repair Essence did nothing. Sorry but I've been using Visionnary for 1 month, my little forehead lines are not even looking better, my little crow feet are still the same, my pores are still bad, this did nothing, no even the illusion of a smooth skin that the Perfectionist CP (Estee Lauder) delivered. Perfectionist & Idealist just smooth the skin as a primer, wash the face after using that and your skin is drier than before. At least I can use Perfectionist before doing my makeup for better illusionary effects in some events. Visionnary is a joke really. I tried many serums and essences, the only one that really gave me a lot for good price was the L'oreal Revitalift Face, Countour & Neck (Re-contouring Reweaving Care) with Vitafibrine + Elastine 2X that has been discontinued here in my country. That product was cheaper but the results were way better than these expensive serums. I'm now going to see if Youth Code will work, but the new Revitalift essence is also another bad product. Why do they discontinue the good stuff anyway?
This has become a terrible product. I used to buy it and loved it. But I think they changed the formula, now it is pinky, scented and my doesnt absorb it. The cream sits on the top, I need to rub it and it balls, make lots of messes on my face. I hate this cream, I bought it in Taiwan, it is almost US$ 20, terrible quality. I just gave up using Olay products, .
Conditioner -Dove - Damage Therapy Conditioner Intensive Repair

I have been using many kinds of conditioner, and bought this one. I can put it and rinse it right away and will detangle my hair nicely. BUT it is making my scalp very itchy and I am getting acne also in my scalp. The scent is good, everything is ok. But 2 days after my hair becomes very oily and dirty, with residues and I need to use a clarifying shampoo to remove the residues.
I used to be a Revlon Colourstay user. It was a good product, was discontinued. Then I found this one, is an excellent foundation, doesn't turn orange after some time, I use it without worries, it is very stable and looks natural. I used to love Colourstay but compared to this one, Double Wear gives me a more natural finish, it doesn't make my face dry. It is like a second skin. I use this one in Sand and put a Channel Sabre powder foundation Mat Lumiere on on the top and the duo combo just subtract years from my face. Peoples can't believe that I am not that young and can't tell much that I am wearing 2 foundations. My place here is humid, hot and the makeup just stay on after hours. I highly recommend the Double Wear.
After a bad experience with the Resilience serie ( irritated my eyes badly, made me have a runny nose), I switched to Lancome products which offer good price, non irritating products, high quality. I was little wary of this product, the price was good, I bought one. The scent is too strong, I don't like the scent. But the product didn't irritate my eyes or nose. It made my skin tingle at first. But after a week of use I notice that my skin seems younger, I didn't know if my skin was getting better because of the L'oreal Revitalift serie that I use during the day or this cream that I use before sleeping. Then I finished this jar of cream, I went on and bought another jar and also a daytime Time Zone cream. They are good, if you can stand the perfume in the night cream, the day cream is ok, very light scent. I have been using them for almost 2 months, no zits or bumps, acnes which I get with Olay. Revitalift is ok, never gave me a zit at all, Lancome & Shiseido are great also. But with Estee Lauder, I am careful. Some of their creams irritate my eyes, some of the Clinique creams (Triple Defense) also irritate my eyes. But some of their products are good like this one.
I received a sample as GWP. I bought Time Zone Night which is excellent and the shop gave me a 0.5 oz jar. The scent is very light, almost unscented. BUT it did absolutely nothing, it is not very moist, here in Taiwan is very humid, this cream does nothing at all. But it didn't give me any bump or zit and I'm usually sensitive to creams, any Olay gives me a zit the next day, so I pay $$ for EL, Lancome because high brands don't give me any zit.I put in the morning, at night I wash my face and it is getting drier. I was trying this new product but I was a Hydra Zen user (Lancome) for many years. With the Hydra Zen, I could wash my face at night and see that my lines and wrinkles were softer. I decided to try the GWP of this product, but the results were zero, aftwe washing my face, lines were there and also some dry patches. But at least this cream doesn't irritate my eyes like the Resilience serie which yelds good results but my eyes can't stand that product, I start to have runny nose, my eyes water, at the end I need to wash the product away. This cream has almost no scent, doesn't irritate my eyes, but it does nothing, not even a good moisturizer. I'm happy that I got it as a GWP to try.
Liquid -Revlon - Age Defying with DNA Advantage Cream Makeup

This foundation just looked good on application. But after 1 hour it turned my face orange and shiny. I was happy when I went out to shop in the city and to stroll around but after 1 hour or so some people were staring at me and I didn't know why until I saw my reflection on the mirror.
Primer/ Corrector -L'Oreal - Studio Secrets Magic Perfecting Base
MariaLee 4/22/2012 8:56:00 PM
This product is really bad. It is not expensive but it seals your skin in a way that the liquid foundation will not blend on your skin. I applied my liquid foundation and it became a mess. The foundation balled with this prime and couldn't stay put on my face. At the end I washed my face and reapplied the makeup without this base. It is completely useless.
Treatments -L'Oreal - White Perfect Deep Whitening Double Essence

Here in Asia we have the new Dermo-Expertise White Perfect Transparent Rosy Whitening that works wonders on my skin. The last serie of White Perfect line was ineffective, didn't change my skin one bit. This new one, Transparent Rosy Whitening really works. My skin is getting fairer and softer after a week of treatment. At night I use the serum, plus the night cream, the next morning my skin becomes clearer and it is not oily, doesn't break my skin. I've been using cheaper products due to my tighter budget and L'oreal Revitalift and White Perfect are working well on my skin for a pharmacy product. Me that used to only use Estee Lauder, Lancome, Chanel, Shiseido, etc. This product and Garnier Lemon mask, peeling fruit cream are really decent and they work.
This emulsion has a nice smell, it is soft, feels good on skin BUT it broke my skin on the next day, I got cystic acne and spent a lot $$ and used the Neutrogene Sking Clearing Toner everyday to get rid of the problem. Be aware this is one crap product that it is expensive.
I have been using this moisturizer since 1999, in my opinion this is THE BEST moisturizer in the market, has a good smell and it plumps my fine lines. I can just put my makeup and it gets me a perfect skin, it never broke my skin. I tried a lot of products over the years, I used Clinique Different Moisturizer which has a weird drug smell, Triple Moisturizer which stings my eyes, Estee Lauder Resilience line, Moisture on Call, and I can attest that this moisturizer, together with Shiseido Benefiance, L'oreal Revitalift are the best moisturizers in the market. And compared to the other products, it has quality and good price. UPDATE ON 11/19/2012- I think they changed the formula, it is not moisturizing as well as before. I've been using this products for so many years, now it is not working well anymore. I am going to search for something else.
