This highlighter is so wonderful! It's a nice light pinky-toned shade that's prefect for people with lighter skin tones. If you have a darker skin tone or olive complexion then I would reccomend sun beam to you which is more golden/champagne-toned. However, this one works for fair skin like mine and gives me such a nice glowing healthy look. It is expensive but it obviously lasts a long time so it's worth it! The packaging can be a little difficult as the brush tends to get way too much product on it so I reccomend putting a little on the back of your hand and then using your other hand to get a little on your fingertips and apply it. It's so much easier and less messy that way.

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

This mascara gets so much publicity for really nothing. Everyone says this is the "classic go-to mascara" but honesly this did NOTHING for my lashes. It felt like paint to me. Wet, sticky, clumpy paint. My lashes would get stuck together and there would be no lengthening or volumizing or any change in my lashes other than the color looking slightly darker. That's it. The formula is so watery that it's hard to evenly coat your lashes with it and it gives no results. Don't understand all the hype around it.

I really like this scent. I bought the smaller size and it's lasting me very well so I definitely reccomend getting that one over the bigger size because it's such a better deal. The smell is nice and flirty without being too heady and sweet. It's sweet yet fresh at the same time so it's not one of those scents that people will either love or hate. I feel like it's just a classic scent that most people will find pleasant.

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Vanilla Bean Noel Body Splash

This body splash is absolutely amazing! I am obsessed with the smell of vanilla so everything vanilla scented I normally love but this one is one of the best I have tried! It's subtle but still there, just without the headaches that some scents give. This is my go to scent for everyday regardless of what I'm doing. It's one of the few scents that I can wear to any occasion and never feel out of place. I always get so many compliments on it too. Everyone is always asking me which scent it is and borrowing it from me. And you get sooo much product with this I don't think I will EVER run out! I have used it nearly everday since last christmas and barely made a dent.

Loose Powders -Clinique - loose powder

I really love this powder! I've tried many different powders and I honestly prefer this one to all of them so far-including the MAC powders. I love that this is a translucent powder so I don't add any extra coverage or cakiness to my foundation. This gives a very natural finish, not too matte, yet it still keeps you from looking like you just ran a marathon. I do touch up throughout the day still but I have come to realize that's pretty much impossible to avoid. And this powder is great for touchups because it absorbs the oil without messing up your makeup or making it look cakey. On lazy days I will even just wear this with a little concealer and head out the door. It's really that great. I've heard it's comparible to the Laura Mercier powder which I have yet to try, but I will as soon as I use up this one. Which will likely take forever because the amount of product you get with this is unbelievable. I've had it for forever and barely made a dent in it. When I used MAC powders I would run out within 3 months. This is soo much better.

BB Cream -Smashbox - Camera Ready BB Cream SPF 35

I LOOVE this BB cream!! I've used liquid foundation, powder foundation, mineral foundation, and tinted moisturizer and while those were all great none of them were as quick and easy as this one. Especially now that it's getting into summer I don't want to spend too long getting ready in the morning or feel/look like I'm caking on so much makeup. With this you get the moisture, protection, and coverage all in one! So I don't need to spend time moisturizing or using sunscreen first- just quickly apply this with my fingers and it results in a great non-streaky application. This lasts pretty well throughout the day as well. I do find that I have to blot throughout the day though but I'm fine with that. Yes, it is pricy but totally worth it and you get what you pay for, right?

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Be Enchanted

I normally love every scent bath and body works has to offer so this one was just a huge let down for me! I actually recieved it as a gift and I was very excited to try it but as soon as I tested it out I was extremely dissapointed. The scent was way too sweet for me, and not the good kind of sweet, but the kind of sweet that gives you headaches. It was really strong too and the berry scent was a little more overwhelming than fresh and fruity. The packaging and name were great but I was not pleased with the scent and ended up giving it to someone else.

Lip Treatments -Maybelline - Baby Lips lip balm

Gotta say I'm not a huge fan of these. Not sure what all the hype is. The packaging is cute, price is a little pricy for a mediochre drugstore product. I tried the cherry flavor(can't remember the name) and peach kiss. They were so unpigmented that it was barely even a tinted lip balm. Also they were really frosty and gritty feeling like the glitter was chunky. The smell was okay but not great. If you get it in your mouth it tastes NASTY. Doesn't feel moisturizing either, it feels more like putting water on your lips. The NIVEA tinted lip balms are a much better dupe! Better price, better smell, better flavor, better color, no chunky shimmer, and much better hydration.

This is my perfect moisturizer! I have tried everything from Clean&Clear and Neutrogena to La Mer and Chanel. This stuff really does the job well. I have combination skin so I need a moisturizer that will effectively hydrate the dry areas while not making my skin greasy. I use this every morning and night after the Cetaphil gentle cleanser and could not be happier!

Conditioner -ENJOY - Sulfate-Free Hydrating Conditioner

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER! It's so great, definitely HG status! I originally found this through my hair stylist who used these on me and afterwards my hair felt sooo soft and shiny I just had to get some for myself. So I bought this set and am very glad that I did. Yes, it's expensive, but worth it. I have tried everything from drugstore brands to high end brands. I've tried bumble&bumble, it's a 10, paul mitchell, AG, macadamia nut oil, moroccan oil.. A lot. But the problem was that while those did moisturize my hair they would be so heavy that it would weigh my hair down leaving no volume and bounce whatsoever. With ENJOY, my long and thick hair is moisturized yet still has so much bounce to it! Totally recommend!

Lotions/ Creams -Nivea - Nivea Creme

Another product I can't live without! Honestly, give me this and my burts bees and I'm set! I have been a long time user of this ever since my mother introduced it to me and it's just amazing. A tub of this lasts me forever! It's very thick and moisturizing but absorbs very quickly. I like to keep a tub of this next to my bed and then a little pocket sized container in my purse. It leaves my skin so much softer than anything I have ever tried. I like the fact that it has no scent because it doesn't clash with my perfume that day and it's not too strong that when I apply I need to supply the people sitting around me with gas masks. I also love to use this on my feet and then put socks on them and leave it overnight, when I wake up my feet feels soft. Another use for this is in the drier months when my hair starts to get really dry and staticy. If I'm out and about and need a quick pick me up to keep my hair from sticking to my face I just take a little of this in the palm of my hand and mix it with some water, rub it together, and apply it to the ends of my hair. It makes my hair soft and shiny for the rest of the day. This is my HG product!<3

Powder -Bare Escentuals - Matte Foundation spf 15

This is my HG foundation! I love it so much! It gives a great coverage without me feeling or looking like a cake-face. My skin feels so breathable in it. It covers up any blemishes or redness and buffs into my skin very quickly and easily. I use a kabuki brush to apply it and it goes on in seconds. It leaves my skin matte for almost the whole day but I still have to touch it up throughout the day with my MAC blot powder to keep my skin fresh. But that's bound to happen due to multiple dance classes. I heard the original formula broke people out but that hasn't happened for me or anyone else I know with this formula. The price is pretty expensive considering it doesn't last me long but I will still repurchase it. I guess my main complaint is the packaging. The packaging can be annoying because of the dispenser and how it leaves a TON of product behind. Especially considering a little of this stuff goes a long way. I've tried to depot it but still haven't been able to so that's very dissapointing. Still a HG product!

Blush -LORAC - Flaunt (Baked Matte Satin Blush)

I really like this blush. Being a professional dancer, I often need to wear a lot of stage makeup to brighten up my face and this does the trick. It's very pink and pigmented and gives me a beautful glow. I also love how this can be applied lightly for a more natural look. Totally a repurchase!

Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous Million Lashes

This is my HG mascara! I have naturally very long and thick eyelashes and they can sometimes be a little too dramatic with certain mascaras. If I get a mascara that adds too much length, I end up with twiggy-esque lashes. This adds just the right amount of length and volume with overdoing it. It defines my lashes and gives a clean defined look to each of my lashes. The brush is pretty easy to work with and I love the packaging. I attract my friends like moths to flame when I whip out the shiney golden tube. It gives the full million dollar look without spending it! My only complaint is that since it is waterproof it can be a little difficult to remove, however that's also a plus if you are looking for a good waterproof mascara.
