Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter in Creme Brulee

Am I the only one? I wanted to love this product. I tried it for 3 days and while the colour was nice enough and the consistency was ok, it did not smell of anything offensive - but I HATE the way it tastes after about 15 minutes. Plastic....burnt chemical plastic. Ugh. I had to toss it. I also got the L'Oreal Le Balm in Nourishing Nude and it is not much better, dries my lips out but at least does not taste like I licked a burnt margarine tub! ewwww.
I love this little bar - I have dry to very dry sking and am about to turn 40. I live in an extreme climate (Montreal Canada) and my poor skin suffers badly in the winter - heating, dry cold weather, wind burn. This serum is a must for me at night - it soothes and heals my skin overnight to fight another day! It is easy to apply but takes a while to sink into my skin. Not one to use in the morning though, a bit messy for that. A few people hate the smell, I don't like or hate it. Is fine for a lush product. Have had my bar for over 3 months and have used about 1/4 of it so it is a good value for money. If you have dry, sensitive skin that has a hard time in the winter give this a shot, I think you will like it! x
While I really like the colour of the Nourishing Nude I got of this product (clean nude lip with slight pink tone) and I wanted to love it, it just does not work as a balm at all on me. When I apply it it feels nice and light but it is gone in an hour and my lips feel more dry than when I put it on to start with. Just like any other lipstick (for me). I do have quite dry lips and had such hopes for this! Oh well, off to search for revlon Lip butters !!!

I really like this conditioner - BUT - I have dry, fine, very curly (3b for those of you curlies) hair that needs lots of moisture. It smells divine and leaves my hair soft and happy without weighing it down. I will certainly repurchase as it is the best honey conditioner I have found since the Bodyshop stopped making theirs (sigh). I also use the soap and my bathroom always smells amazing after a shower!
I am in my late 30s and have had dry skin/dry hair with 3b natural curl and have struggled for ages to find ways to keep my skin and hair happy. I hate to sound dramatic - but honey (at 3$ a bottle) has done more for me than the hundreds of other MUCH more expensive products I have used. Face: I use honey on my face whenever it feels dry, tight or I know the weather is really cold/dry. I spray my face with rosewater and rub some honey on. I leave it about 5 mins and wash it off , followed by moisturizer. Once a week I crush 3 aspirin into a tblsp of honey and use that as a mask for 15-20 mins and it works miracles. Any redness or pimple are greatly diminished and my skin glows. Hair: I have fine, dry 3b curls and honey has worked wonders in moisturizing and keeping frizzies at bay ( I avoid silicone products). I just add about a tsp to my conditioner and rub it on my hair, leave it while I wash etc and rinse it out. If the weather is really humid I add a TINY TINY amount (a drop, seriously) to my gel or hair cream and it helps keep the mad frizz at bay. I hope this helps someone thinking about trying honey - I love the stuff!!! It has saved me TONS of money and helped my hair/skin so much.
I just got this is peach and really love it! It was a little weird to have my lips tingle for a while, but I was super impressed with the result! My little lips looked more full and were a lovely peachy shiny colour. And the price was only slightly more than a drugstore lip gloss. Also it smells like Cocoa butter and light vanilla. Really impressed and am debating buying a second one as I lose lipglosses ALL the time.
Moisturizers -Soap and Glory - Glow Job - Daily Radiance Moisture Lotion

I was so skeptical about this product. Am NW15-20 and most bronzers look awful on me, orange and unatural. But this was great, a slight - I just came back from a walk in the sun - glow that builds up nicely. Am a little confounded by the whole bead thing but I learned to start with a very small amount and build up for a natural, healthy glow - as promised for once!!!

I got this last week in London and I am OBSESSED with it. I spray it on myself a few times a day and just love it. I wear it when I am at home alone as the scent just makes me so happy! I have not found a scent I loved this much in years and am SO pleased to have it . For reference I used to wear Burberry classic, Dolce and Gabanna (the original scent) and the original Gucci scent. I tend to prefer spicy and leathery over flowery and sweet. This does have a powdery aspect to it thought that keeps the scent feminine. GO now and try it out - I can't recommend it enough!!

I LOVE IT. Not only does it deel great on my skin but it gives light coverage and a subtle glowy look without any tacky sparkle.I have good skin with some redness in my cheeks and this does a great job of turning the rudy and patchy look into a smooth even cheek colour. I am in the UK but from Canada and will stock up before I go home!! EDIT: Sadly, even though I really liked it , this cream caused my skin to break out in little spots. I rarely have skin trouble but there is something in this that my skin did not like at all. Too bad!!
May well be one of the worst mascaras I have ever wasted money on. I used it twice and was very unhappy. It managed to not show up without any of the benefits of a natural looking mascara. Could not see the colour, made not difference on my blue eyes and did not lengthen or thicken my lashes - Never again!
LOVE this eyeshadow. Am blue-eyed brunette with fair/medium skin and normally browns do nothing for me - I look better in greys. BUT this shade has a really cool undertone that works so well with my fair skin/blue eyes. I use it as for a daytime smokey eye and on my brows. A must have when travelling as is so multi-purpose. Only complaint - can be tough to work with as does not really apply or blend well, and goes on fairly light so you need to build up if you want a really smokey look.
