Foundations -Cover Girl - Outlast Stay Fabulous 3 in 1 Foundation

Found this baby at Walmart for under $10 so that is a huge plus! Like many others have indicated this is a very matte foundation but for my oily large pored skin it works quite well. I apply with the Sephora 55 professional brush and it works like a charm. I use slightly over one pump and this covers my whole face beautifully and it is easy to layer. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and no break outs and no changing color on me. Some days i have to blot once, others days no blotting at all. Of course i do keep in mind it's winter now and that makes a difference for me. This foundation holds up on my oily skin better than EL DW, Revlon CS and all other long lasting, oil controlling foundations!! EL DW basically ruined their foundation when they changed the formula, my oily skin finds it useless. I am very happy with this Cover Girl product~long lasting, controls oil and yes it is a matte finish but as time wears on the foundation looks better and better. I never dreamed I would end up liking a Cover Girl foundation this much~this one is a winner for oily peeps and want a matte long lasting foundation. Also I do not notice any frag and it does not feel heavy when applied or through out the day!!! Yay!!
I have been testing this for a couple months now and now purchased a full size bottle. I am wearing 2.1 shade and am NW20-25. I find this foundation lasts on my face all day but i do wear a mattifying Asian spf underneath. This is a build able foundation. I apply it with my fingers and a little bit goes a long way. It is not heavy feeling going on and does not get heavy feeling as time goes on, if that makes since. It does just as good of a job controlling my oilies as EL DW perhaps even better. I do have to blot about once a day and summer it will probably be a couple times but the foundation does not budge and I just reapply a bit of MAC Blot over the top in my oily t-zone area. It is also unscented and the bottle comes with a lovely pump. You have control of how much comes out which is a plus too. I would get sampled to find your correct shade before you purchase if you can. It took the SA 3 different sample shades till I finally figured it out myself.
Foundations -Hourglass - Immaculate Liquid Powder Foundation

I have only tried this in a sample form but it was enough to know that this is not the so called wonderful foundation for super oily skin. Now the color/shade was perfectly matched and it felt wonderful when first applied but after a couple hours I needed blotting badly and my nose looked greasy. I used my same regimen with this foundation that I use with all my liquid foundations~mattifying spf as my primer and MAC blot pressed pwd to set it with, but this foundation did not hold up as well as EL DW or SmashBox 15 hour wear. I am thankful a sweet friend lined up the samples for me or I would be returning this product. I can see where it would work for possibly slightly oily peeps/normal and combo dry. This feels like it contains a lot of "cones" in it and those have a tendency to make me oilier:(
Once again another wet formula mascara and this stuff is useless w/o a primer for me. And it doesn't add any length and comes out of the tube all gooped up on the wand, ugh! Not impressed and won't be repurchasing it.
I seem to have pretty good luck with Rimmel mascaras and this one did not let me down. I do wear a primer under it but I do with all mascaras. It gives quite a bit of length to my eye lashes along with some volume, not a ton of volume but that's okay I don't like them clumped up. This does not flake or smudge on me and washes off with ease. Plus it doesn't not irritate my sensitive eyes and make them water!
This is a very wet mascara and I am finding out that this type of mascara a very wet formula does nothing for me. I have to wear a primer with this in order to get length and volume and even then I have to apply a couple coats. Only nice thing is that is washes off easily and doesn't require any tugging at the lids other than that I would pass on it.
Treatments -Olay - Regenerist Night Resurfacing Elixir

For my oily skin this is a decent serum to use but still leaves my skin tacky feeling after it dries. I will probably not be able to use it during the summer months. I do not like it as well as my Neutrogena Intensive Night Cream in the tube. The Neutrogena one sinks in and leaves my skin feeling bare not tacky feeling. I also am seeing more results with the Neutrogena one than the Olay one as well. I will finish up the Olay one but will not purchase another. My skin has had no reactions to it so I think it is very mild. I usually can not take any SA or gly acid but with this one so far no problems.
This stuff is getting returned asap! When I apply w/o a primer it add zero length and volume, when I use a primer it doesn't make much difference. The brush is so huge it's a joke, hard to work around your eyes with this joke of a brush. This is a complete wash out of a mascara. Have yet to find a Revlon mascara I like :(
This is my second lash primer i have tried, my first was PX. I really like this one and got it on sale at Sephora. It doesn't clump and always adds in making my lashes extra long and full. Definitely recommend for all to try if they are looking to give their mascara a little help.
Cleansers -Aveeno - Ultra-Calming Moisturizing Cream Cleanser [DISCONTINUED]

This is a lovely creamy cleanser for all skin types. I am very oily but do not like foaming cleansers because they tend to dry me out. This cleanser removes my waterproof mu and spf w/o needing any additional cleansers afterward. The price is quite affordable and the other huge plus is it's unscented!!! Will continue to purchase!
For one dollar you have one of the best e/s brushes I have every tried. It's soft but not too soft, it grabs the product from it's container and applies it very smoothly and evenly over the eye lid. If it doesn't last long it's no problem cause it's only $1 for this lovely baby!!! Highly recommend to anyone who likes using a e/s brush!
Sunscreen -Neutrogena - Ultra Sheer Liquid Daily Sunblock spf 70

The only thing I do not like about this product is that is it a chemical spf and not a physical one and also the spf smell to it. It looks and feels just like Shiseido lotion spf 55 but unfortunately my sensitive nose does not like the spf scent to it or otherwise I would love this product. I also prefer a physical spf as they do not stain my clothes. But overall this spf is perfect for ppl w/ oily skin types. It's very light and soaks right in, no greasy feeling even after exercising outside in the sun.
Moisturizers -Earth Science - Almond-Aloe Moisturizer

This is frag free and very light lotion! In fact a bit too light for the winter months on my oily skin. I really do like it other wise when the weather is a bit warmer out. It's a 5oz bottle and a little goes a long way. It soaks up quickly and does not leave any film, truly an elegant moisturizer for the price. It also contains beta-liposomes which is an added bonus. Give this light moisturizer a try, I got it for around $6 at drugstore.com-WoW!!
One of the best creamy cleansers I have tried! The price is affordable and the quality is great. It removes all my WP spf and makeup w/o any problems. This product does not dry out my face in anyway either or irritate it. It is frag free but does have a smell due to the ingredients but I think the smell is pleasant I am not a "scent lover" hth. I highly recommend trying this lovely cleanser with whatever your skin type is!
Not impressed with this mascara. I should have known cause the regular Great Lash majorly sucks on me. This one is nice when used along w/ a lash primer but by it self it doesn't add any length or volume so to speak. The plus side is that it doesn't flake on me or irritate my eyes in anyway. Will not buy again :( Oh by the way this is a review for the new Great Lash Big Mascara
