I have mixed feelings about this mascara. 1. I like the brush, but it comes out of the tube with wayyyyyy too much product on it. You will need to wipe a lot of it off of the wand or you're gonna have clumpy lashes. You wind up wasting a lot of it. 2. For me, it is giving more length than volume. Not impressed with the volume at all, and I don't need a lengthening mascara. I think it makes my already long lashes look a little outlandish. So if you are looking for a good lengthening mascara, this would be a good pick. But I really regret shelling out $20 for this. Will not buy again.

Moisturizers -Unlisted Brand - Avocado Oil

LOVE!!! My skin loves this oil. I've been having a really bad outbreak of eczema on my scalp around the hairline and just bad dandruff all over this past month. None of my other oils could ever make my eczema spots disappear. Two nights ago I tried camellia oil on the rash and it did nothing. It was still red, dry, and flaky in the morning. Last night I applied the avocado oil and this morning there is NO trace of the rash! My hair doesn't even look oily. I should also note I applied the oil after my shower last night and my skin is silky and smooth this morning, even on the one rashy/bumpy spot on my tricep. Also used on my face, and did not give me any new breakouts.

Lipstick -L'Oreal - Colour Riche in True Red

Wow! True Red is........truly red! Red lipstick usually turns out to be a dark shade of pink/purple on my lips so I am VERY pleased! I also love the smell of L'oreal lipsticks and find they leave a nice stain behind even after the lipstick has rubbed off. Will definitely re-buy!

Lip Gloss -L'Oreal - Plumped Plum

I bought this gloss based on the color, not the plumping ability, which is nil. I love this line of glosses! This is the perfect daytime color for me when I want my lips to be noticed but not too loud. This color goes perfectly with my skintone and doesn't make me look pale. My lips are naturally pale purplish. This is definitely a HG color for me.

Lip Gloss -Avon - glazewear intense Cherry Liqueur

GORGEOUS color! Officially my new favorite lipgloss. Very flattering color, and leaves a nice stain behind as it wears off. Will most definitely repurchase. *Edit: Okay, this is the first time I've had a color run into the lines around my mouth despite my use of lipliner. Have to knock off a star for that.

WOOT, WOOT! I tried this for the second time last night. The first time I used it was on towel dried damp hair and I was not impressed with the results after it was dry. This time I applied it to soaking wet hair and then squeezed out the excess water and scrunched with an old t-shirt. Then I combed it through, air dried in front of the fan, and voila! My hair looks awesome this morning! Smooth and shiny and gloriously wurly. Also makes my hair look thicker!

LOVE!!!! I bought this on sale yesterday at Safeway. Used it to CO wash with last night (fine, wurly hair). Woke up this morning with shiny, bouncy hair. Nice!

Mascara -Maybelline - Full 'N Soft Mascara Waterproof

I love the non waterproof version of Full N Soft and had high hopes for this. Unfortunately when I went swimming on Saturday when I got out of the pool I had black smudges under my eyes! So while I liked it ok, it definitely travels around your eyes and for that reason I will not bother repurchasing. When it says waterproof I expect it to stay put!

I like this powder. It does a good job of evening out my complexion and minimizing the appearance of my pores. I use this on the mornings when I am running late for work but still need the appearance of having made an effort to look nice (front desk job). It has yet to break me out and surprisingly (to me, anyways) does not settle in, or highlight my fine lines. Yes, it IS exepensive and no, it will not actually conceal any blemishes.

Liquid -L'Oreal - Visible Lift Serum Absolute Advanced Age-Reversing Makeup

I really wanted to like this.....but I don't. Today was my 4th or 5th time using it, so I think I gave it a fair chance to prove me wrong. Upon application it highlights every dry spot/flake on my face. Here it is 7 hours later and it has settled into my pores and creases and my face looks kinda oily. The only plus for this is that I found a perfect color match in Soft Ivory.

I am sooooo happy I found this color! I was originally looking for Raspberry, but as Rite Aid was having a BOGO 1/2 I wound up looking for a second color and found my HG! This color is perfect for my coloring. My skin tends to be rather rosy at times and also being fair makes it hard for me to find something colorful that doesn't look garish. I suspect this color could go nicely with any outfit and it also leaves a nice stain behind when it wears off. LOVE!

Brows -Clinique - Instant lift for brows

So far this is my favorite brow product yet. I got this in a light brown color and it is very natural looking and easy to blend. Not so much a fan of the highlighter part either, it is invisible on my brow bones but decent for inner eye brightening. I will buy again.

I rate this just a step below my beloved HG Full N Soft because I always feel like I'm gonna poke myself in the eye with the wand. I also like how you can build it up without getting spidery looking. One coat = just a coat of color, with no difference in volume or length. I do maybe 3-4 coats without looking overdone, but with nice volume and length. I was worried I wasn't gonna like this one, b/c I bought this with the Lash Blast Luxe, which was absolute crap. Pleasantly surprised! I might actually buy again.

I bought this at Walgreens BOGO 1/2 off. I got this and the regular Lash Blast Volume. I got it in the darkest black. Whatever shimmer there is in this isn't noticeable to me at all and the volume aspect sucks ass. I guess maybe due to the 'shimmer' it doesn't come off looking very dark either. This was worthless to me. Two thumbs down! Save your money. I hope I wind up liking the regular version better!
