Self Tanners -Unlisted Brand - body drench tanning spray

I found my holy grail. I have tried at least 300 sunless tanners in my lifetime....sprays, gels, lotions, towels, gradual tanners, etc. This is it. I'm never buying another sunless tanner again. I am PALE, DRY and Irish. I have never found anything that looked 100% real on me. This stuff goes on dark, a gorgeous tropical brown. It washes off the next day to reveal a light brown. I apply 2 more days in a row and I look like I came back from the Islands and it's totally real looking. It smells like vanilla. The only cons about this stuff is it goes everywhere when you spray it...your floor, shower curtain, sink, toilet, curtains, etc. I line my bathroom floor up with old towels, open the window and turn on the exhaust fan to receive minimal damage. lol. The stuff dries quick. It NEVER EVER dries streaky. Even if it looks streaky it adjusts itself somehow. You can rub it in real quickly and lightly with gloves or not. Doesnt matter. It will all come out even. I promise. If you have dry skin like me (alligator in winter) I would advise you slather yourself with coco butter in between tanning. It dries you out b/c its aerosol. This stuff is $20 a bottle at Sally's and worth every penny. I'd still buy it if they doubled the price!
I have very fair dry skin. I bought medium shade. It gave me NO color. I applied and slept in it. So after 10 hours I have no color. My skin is also drier. Hate this stuff. It cost about $9 or $10. Won't be repurchasing.
Self Tanners -Hawaiian Tropic - Island Radiance Self Tanner

I have fair dry skin and this is wonderful. Alot of those airbrush/aerosol sprays dry my skin out overnight. This stuff is like applying a rich lotion. Just make sure to rub prduct in with rubber gloves very well or it might streak. After I apply 2 days in a row I have perfect believable color.
Mascara -Wet 'n' Wild - MegaVolume Thickening Mascara

I bought this because i was on vacation and realized I forgot my HG mascara. It was only $2.99. I didn't expect much but I was surprised. I like the brush and the smooth application. It separated my lashes and seemed to thicken them. I don't usually use wet n wild but I just might repurchase this. It has no smell, didnt smudge or flake.
Self Tanners -L'Oreal - Sublime Bronze Airbrush-Effect Dry Mist BODY

I can't stand the smell of this. Instant headache. Smells like mens cologne. I rather have the normal stench of self-tanner. I'm a pretty experienced self tanner so I knew to rub this stuff in even though it claims you don't have to. It dried SUPER QUICK. I like that a lot. The color was pretty good on my pale skin for a 1st time application. However, i will not repurchase because of this cologne smell. Oh, I got it for about $8 at walmart.
Eye Shadow -MAC - Glitter Brilliant - Reflects Purple Duo
Luv_MAC 12/2/2009 9:04:00 PM
This is barely glitter. Not glitter as I know it. I could almost just call this shimmer in a jar. It's not gritty and doesn't feel like glitter at all. I do use this on my eyes and haven't had a problem yet. I don't wear contacts or have sensitive eyes though. This goes on as purple but reflects pink mostly on me. NC15, blue eyes.
Horrible applicator. says it's a brush. No, it's not. It's like a big pointy crappy felt tip marker. The product doesn't glide in a smooth line at all. I end up having to straighten out with a wet q tip. In the trash it goes.
Eye Shadow -L.A. Colors - 5 Color Metallic Eyeshadow in Darling

Pretty good quality for $2. The range of colors are good for everyday wear. My only complaint is that the shimmer doesn't go all the through the shadow. The top 15 or 20 swipes are shimmery, but as you start to make a dip the shimmer factor drops dramatically. Still, good color payoff, and pretty lasting considering i got 5 shadows for $2.
I'm way too pale for these colors. I can wear the pink but that's about it. I'm NC15 on a good day, very pale. When I tried to do a smokey eye with this i looked dead or sick. Blah.
I've had this for years now and I still have a lot of product left and I do use all the colors. Very pretty palette also. Looks great in my makeup case.
I also bought this for the packaging and because i thought I could use all of the colors. Horrible pigmentation, no color payoff. Boo.
I loved the colors so I bought it. Waste of money. You have to apply all the colors except the dark blue one with mixing medium (of just wet) to get any color payoff. Really disappointing.
Mascara -Yves Rocher - Luminelle Separating Mascara
Luv_MAC 8/17/2009 12:09:00 AM
The brush is similar to Maybelline Lash discovery. It's not a big huge bushy wand. It does separate lashes but the formula is kinda thin. I had to put on several coats to achieve the look I wanted. It didn't flake or smudge so I gave it 3 lippies.
First let me start by saying I have always hated AVON since trying it back in the 80's and 90's. Well I got a special offer for 75% off and free shipping plus points in the program I belong to. So I gave it a shot. I figured I could always swap the crap away on here. Let me just say I am shocked. This is the best non-liquid and non-mechanical eye liner I have ever used. It's almost like cake eyeliner put into a pencil...and without the brush. Honestly I paid about $2 for this. I would have paid $20 if I had known how awesome this was! I got it in dark brown. I am very fair with blonde hair & can't wear black eyeliner ever. This is one of the darkest browns I have every used. I absolutely love it. It went on so smooth, the line was perfect, got between all my bottom eyelashes, and never smudged.
Top Hat is too gorgeous not to purchase. I was instantly drawn to it. It's a true deep purple with some shimmer to it. It's not so dark that it's black. This is highly pigmented, goes on very smooth, & has wonderful texture.
