I purchased this in the XXX gift set with Carney & Gash. Normally selling for 25USD, I jumped at the chance to buy it for 15USD, just to try the product. Zip as a color is a clear, glittery shade with a minty scent. Not much staying power either. Nothing special. But the annoying part was the package. Yes, it looks so cute; a little pot w/ a purple tassle. But the lid doesn't close securely, and I'm so scared it'll open in my bag. I just leave it on my vanity, and let others comment on it's cuteness. I prefer Stila's glosses over these.

Lipstick -Avon - Color Definition Lip Duo

I have this in Crushed Plum - a sheer deep berry. The lip liner is a much darker version, and doesn't match well w/ the lip color. The idea of a dual-ended lipstick/liner is great, but the l/s is very drying, and doesn't match w/ the liner.

This is such a pretty, light red gloss w/ tiny glitter flecks. Ths consistency is fab - not to sticky, and long-wearing. Has a nice vanilla scent too.

Mascara -Maybelline - Wonder Curl Mascara [DISCONTINUED]

I'm not a fan of curved brushed mascaras, but this was on sale! I have this in Very Black, and it does an average job of lengthing my lashes, but use an eye lash curler, ala Trish McEvoy in addition. It didn't flake or fade, but I prefer Maybelline's Full and Soft Mascara.

Eye Shadow -SugarBaby - Eye Candy Shimmer Shadow - Pussy Cat

I found this hard to find mu line on SugarDaisy.com. It's an Aussie based line. Pussy Cat is a really shimmery shadow, sea green w/ blue and green sparkles. It includes an applicator, but not contained in the e/s case. The e/s when applied w/ a brush, barely shows. But used w/ water, it goes on quite bright. Really, a party shadow collection.

Lip Gloss -Hard Candy - Lip Sorbet - Lime Kiss

I really like this gloss. Lime Kiss appears green in the tube, but on lips it's a clear gloss w/ golden shimmer - real pretty. Also, it has a yummy lime flavor, and a sweet cooling sensation. I find it's a decent gloss, and it's not to sticky. I'd try the other flavors.

Mascara -Avon - False Lash Effect

Similar to L'oreal's dual ended mascaras, this lash building top coat is gel-based - which I prefer, because it doesn't clump at all! I have this in Navy, but it seems to be a bright blue, once applied. I was unhappy with the color, but I thought this mascara did a good job of lentghing my lashes.

Palettes -Flirt - Go-Go Glamour - Dance Fever

This is a great pallete for holiday parties. The pallete comes with 2 eyeshadows, and a blush. It also has an additional Lip Velvet in Purple Passion - an odd lilac gloss, that was really sticky. The eyeshadows -Silver Fog, a shimmery silver -Wild Night, sparkly deep black the duo reminds me of Too Faced Ooh & Ahh e/s duo the blush -Crazy In Love, a sparkly bright pink The pallete had a cute psychadelic print.

Palettes -Flirt - La-La Land Palette and Lipgloss

This is such a pretty pallete. I'm not a fan of the lip velvet - I feel it's super messy, and sticky. But the shadows and the blush are highly pigmented and good quality. The pallete is so cute too!

I have this in Capture, a shimmery light mauve. Very pretty. I find it wears very well, not bledding or fading. My only issue is the odd scent.

This is a very pretty shimmery light pink. But I found it had no staying power, and the gloss was really sticky. I prefer Max Factor's long wearing lip inks.

Eye Shadow -Avon - Sparkle Eyeshadow Stick

I have this in Champagne. Not even close to champagne coloring, it's a shimmery white. Quite pretty, the shimmer still makes it day-time friendly. It's a thin stick, but too thick for eyeliner. I also have this in Sorbet, a sparkly bubble gum pink, and Sky Light, a sparkly light blue.

Lipstick -Too Faced - Hoochie

This discontinued shade was a RIS. It's a shimmery, deep bronze. It didn't work well on my pale complexion, but would be SO pretty on a deeper skin tone. Has nice staying power.

Lipstick -mark - Fresh Kiss - Flutter

Firstly, I'm not a fan of mark's Fresh Kiss lipsticks. I find they're really dry, have little staying power, and a lousy color range. I got excited when I saw Flutter in the magalog - a shimmery lilac on page. Was I dissapointed to find an odd bright purple shade, w/ glitter! Yuck! Check out mark's new Glamazing lip and cheek color sticks - a full sized tube, w/ a more varied selection of colors.
