Eyeliner -Clinique - Brush-on Cream Liner in Deep Brown

I love this eyeliner because it stays on 8+ hours for me without budging. You'd be better off with a different brush. My favorites are the white Sonia Kashuk bent eyeliner brush and the black ELF slanted eyeliner. I recommend dabbing a little off the brush onto your hand before you apply because a little goes a long way and this stuff is hard to get off without messing up everything on the lid. Then you can use what's left to build up your line.
The ELF eyelid primer is the best out all the ones I've tried - Mary Kay primer, L'oreal's decrease primer, and ELF primer. I have very oily eyelids and it's very humid where I live, but this keeps everything in place for most of the day. I'm tempted to buy the UD primer, but you can't beat $1. I would definitely try this for everyday wear!
What smells like fruit punch to others smells like cat pee to me. I can understand the fruit part of it, but there's another smell in there that is maybe ammonia-like. I can't stand the smell of this stuff. Yuck, I just put it in my hair and it's awful. Otherwise, it's basic dry shampoo, nothing special about it except the mist is finer and my hair (reddish brown) is less likely to be grayish looking.
Polishes -Sally Hansen - Complete Salon Manicure-Raisin the Bar

Very pretty- it's a disco ball rose color. The color is not work appropriate for me, even with short nails. Two coats lasted all week. I didn't have to wash any dishes throughout the week, though, so that may have made a difference. Love the big, but not too big brush. The color applied streak-free. I can't wear this on my fingernails because of work, but my toenails are having fun!
Essie in general I have tried to like Essie because I love the colors, but I hate everything else about it. I just painted fingernails with Essie and toenails with Sallie Hansen Complete Manicure. My fingernails look horrible. The polish starts off very thin and then gets to the point where you think that for sure, the next dip is going to be a clump. It never clumped but it was streaky. So streaky. And fingernails are still tacky. Love the colors, hate the formula. Essie Eternal Optimist I like this color. That's all I like about it
BB Cream -L'Oreal - Youth Code BB Cream Illuminator

I don't like this BB cream at all. Going on, it initially looked and felt good- very creamy and smooth. BUT then the color changed and turned into this grayish mess. I dusted some mineral powder in my shade on over it (I was planning on powdering anyway) and it helped a little tiny bit. I didnt have time to wash and put something else on. So I went to work and at lunch the cream was sliding off of my face and I looked dead. I tried it a week later just to wear it at home. I didn't put on powder, though. It was a mess a few hours later and the color is just awful. I got the light because I'm fair. I don't recommend this product.
Wish is my favorite lipstick right now. It's a light pink that stays creamy and just feels good. I don't normally get lipsticks in nude or light colors, but I was drawn to this color. It's so pretty! I got the VS slice of heaven gloss to go with it.
I love the Sally Hansen complete salon manicure line. They never streak and the wide brush is easy to use. Mudslide is a beautiful rosey nude color. It's very neutral and I see it working for any skin color.
Makeup Brushes -Stila - #33 One Step Complexion Brush

I agree; perfect for concealer. Because of the size and me being in a rush all the time, it takes too long for me to use it as a foundation brush. It is the softest brush I've tried except when I use it where the brush is completely horizontal, if that makes sense. There's definitely an ouch factor unless you angle it. It may just be my brush. But overall I love it!
Skin: sensitive, combination, acne-prone Foundation before: almay clear complexion Reason for change: my color in at the almay clear complexion was always gone at target and I wanted a gift with purchase online A week into this foundation, I'm learning that it doesn't play nice with other products on my face. I'm hoping that it's not the reason that i'm breaking out so much. At this point, being so early in the switch, I'm chalking the breakouts up to either stress, PMS, and/or new product overhaul (this foundation, new moisturizer, and a probably really bad choice of the clinique 7 day scrub). I started out wearing this and the clinique even better moisturizer together. No breakouts before and now I have five different spots, most on my chin and some way up high on my cheeks which is weird for me. Besides the breakouts, I noticed that my skin was dry and looked like a white film was under the foundation. At noon (put it on at 7am) it looked like what little foundation I had on had turned into a white webbed mess. I stopped wearing the e.b. moisturizer and foundation together and completely stopped the 7 day scrub. After one day of doing this, my complexion looks somewhat better. This foundation seems to do better on it's own for me. I recommend taking advantage of clinique's five day sample and not changing anything else you do. If my skin doesn't clear up soon, I won't use this again. So as of today, I wouldn't repurchase. I love the packaging- makes it easy to use as little as you want.
I'm obsessed about sun protection and this stuff is awesome! Don't rub it in too much, it gets cakey. And expect to have some color- if you're really tan you may look mime-like.
Concealers -L'Oreal - True Match Super-Blendable Concealer

Messiest makeup I've ever had!! Too much product comes out of the tube. I keep tissue wrapped around it while in my makeup drawer...it's that messy. I will throw it away after getting a better concealer.
I tried this today and wow, what a 180. I was waiting for the salesgirl to come back from getting toner in the back and basically got bored and started picking up stuff just to smell and look. So I picked this cute dark bottle up and couldn't smell anything coming from the pump. There were no tester strips so I basically said what the hell and sprayed it on my wrists. I immediately thought omg, I now have to walk through the mall smelling like cheap musk. I started grabbing at cotton balls trying to rub it off. The salesgirl returned and then I just forgot about the musk. I didn't smell it so I just didn't think about it. Thirty minutes later I'm in my car reaching up for something and caught a whiff. Oh my!! I love this stuff now! It has a soft, powdery, sensual smell on me, even now, hours later. There's a hint of something else I smell...it reminds me of a flavored cigar I had in New Orleans. I can't place it, but I love it!
Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion
Lukewarmluxe 8/9/2011 10:32:00 PM
I was wondering why I was breaking out so much!! I have sensitive, combination skin. This lotion does smell weird and doesn't even really moisturize my skin- it just seems to stay on the surface and make my skin greasy looking. I really wanted to like this moisturizer. Time to find something else!
